First time in store today. Clean store with good selection of gear. And I really liked the selection of local team custom items. Minus stars because staff was pretty abrasive about my questions. Seemed to be having a very nice conversation with the people in front of me but I needed a football and was ready to buy multiple whatever was on hand but left frustrated that we couldn't get past why I needed one in February.

The Sport Shack is another great example of a great local business here in Gloucester. Very knowledgeable owner. He has helped us several times purchasing soccer gear for my daughter. The shop owner has a wealth of knowledge and makes sure you leave with a good quality product that you are happy with. We mistakenly strayed and tried to buy a pair of cleats from Amazon and soon realized we needed to make the trip up to the Sports Shack and get a pair that fit her feet better. Of course, they did not disappoint and made sure we were fitted with a quality pair of cleats that fit my daughter perfectly. It's a great environment with the shop owner and his little dog, which is just as friendly as the owner. 😁 I would recommend skipping Amazon and Wal-Mart and going to Sport Shack so you can purchase the correct product and you can enjoy the sport that you are participating in without having to worry about having the wrong gear.

This is my second time going in there. First time was to look at prices and ask questions. We brought our son in there today . Guy was so friendly and helpful. So good with son and showed me what to do. I will definitely be going back there.

Sports Shack came through when I was in need of cleats last minute for my son. They had exactly what we needed, & for a great price. I wish I had gotten the ladies name that helped us! She was extremely friendly & helpful. We will definitely come back for future needs.

I avoid this store because it makes me uncomfortable. The staff doesn't make me feel welcome...ever. I suppose I'm more likely to shop at places where the staff smiles and is thankful for my business. I expect more from a family-owned business. I have one of my own and I always have a happy mask on. I appreciate my customers and make them aware of that.

I always get the best service when I go here to buy my kids' tennis shoes, soccer shoes and basketball shoes. Unlike Dicks or pretty much anywhere else in the mall, they actually have the sizes we need most of the time. They are very well-stocked and I have even started buying shoes for myself there! Great store, comparable prices and very convenient location for me!

Will always be partial to this company! They do impeccable work with printing and embroidery. Even when looking into ordering our company apparel online, PAUL still beat their price by a mile. The attention to detail they put into each piece is rarely seen anymore, as many screenprinting companies are more focused on getting the product out the door using the cheapest material. THIS is why i will always keep my business with Sport Shack. Not only is their quality outstanding, they have enough experience to offer helpful suggestions on colors amd logo changes.
