This little gem of the typical American Italian restaurant is pretty darn good. They do an amazing amount of take out for the locals. You can also dine in but the dining room is a bit small. Everything is very clean, and as my wife says very cute. My son had the Dano burger which he said was good. I had the buffalo chicken sub which was amazing. The potato salad was also quite tasty. Service was fast, pleasant, and professional on a very busy Friday night. Certainly recommended.

If you’re looking for great Pizza options in the Deltaville, VA look no farther. With excellent parking you’ll be able to jump in/out in no time with your order. If you’re looking to dine in, there is seating options for a large or small party of folks. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. I was able to place my order, and waited a minimal amount of time for my food to be ready. I would highly recommend the cheese pizza for yourself or your hungry kiddos.

The food was great, service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was the perfect quick lunch stop.We had the Italian sausage sub with fries and the Italian deli sandwich with pasta salad. All items were delicious and we especially like that the fries weren't crinkle cut and just the right thickness, freshly made and cooked to perfection.Lunch prices were good for the portions you get. The fresh cake slices were irresistible and very reasonably priced as well.We would highly recommend this place for lunch. The place was busy, indicating good food, but not so busy that you had to wait long for your food.We will definitely be back next time we're up in the area of Rappahannock.

Just ordered lunch from this place, after eating here hundreds of times we know it to be pretty decent.This is bad! Whoever is in the kitchen today does not want their job. Everything about the order was sloppy and unprofessional. Please do better, I know there is no competition in the area but you should have standards for yourselves. Embarrassing.

Just discovered that Dano's delivers to our address. Have ordered the Club Sub several times since. SO GOOD! And very generous with the cold cuts. Delivery drivers are always super polite. Highly recommend. Husband has great things to say about the pizza also.

Friendly n busy place. Been there a few times.. Popular with locals, onion rings a must have! Reasonable prices. Ample size servings of decent food, you'll likely season to taste. Zero decor, but if you're hungry it works just fine.

Pictures are deceiving. The red velvet cake was so dry and lacked flavor. The rib dinner was $18.99. The sweet potato fries were soggyand cold. The coleslaw was in a condiment container, two bites would finish it-tasted blah. The wings were dry, more breading than meat.

The crust is really not good, the pizza was less than mediocre - incredibly bland. This place is the only “delivery” game in town which might be why they are busy. We also ordered salads which were chock full of wilting lettuce and topped old-ish tomato slices - unimpressed.

Well, the pizza was round, I'll give it that. The tomato sauce was red and tasteless. No seasoning, just a bunch of red. Woman who served me for takeout ignored my pizza when it was ready. She went on the take phone orders and to chat with other customer whhile my pizza just sat there.

I've eaten at danos on quite a few occasions in my life and only had 2 bad experiences.. service is usually friendly, there are at times longer wait times but that's to be expected from such a busy place in the summer months. Most recently I had an Italian sub and it was great. Also they delivered faster than we were told it would be so that's always a good thing.

I ordered carryout tonight and when my spouse went to pick up the order he told them it was wrong. The girl at the desk argued with him and was not accommodating at all. When he got home I called and read them off my notepad exactly what I had ordered and was told that was not what I ordered. So $68.00 for the order and my guest got no dinner because she is vegetarian. I have been ordering from here for 6 years and never have I been treated so rudely. NO MORE FOR ME!!!!!!

I ordered a large pizza and wings. When I got there the woman tried to give me a small pizza and wings. When I told her my order was wrong she got an attitude and asked if I wanted to take it anyway. I told her no and she proceeded to ask me what the difference was. I looked at her and said it’s bigger ?! She continued to get upset so I left. Didn’t even get my wings or pizza. I couldn’t believe she acted that way. As if I took my own order.

I wouldn’t give a star if possible. I ordered subs at five. Was told they would be here in 40 minutes which they were. The oil for the subs were forgotten. Called them to let them know. Said they would send the driver right out. Thirty minutes later...nothing. Called Dano’s back and spoke with the manager. Explained I wanted a refund and they could have the subs back as they were now cold. She was short and never apologized for any inconvenience. The kicker is I heard the driver in he background and he was never sent out to bring the oil. I Was a frequent customer but never again.

They had amazing super soft two ply toilet paper in the bathroom. Using it is like my bottom being caressed by an angel. Even in more expensive restaurants they always have single ply rough toilet paper that leaves my behind needing therapy. NOT HERE! Completely unexpected surprise. Would definitely "go" here again.Food was good too.

THEY DELIVER! Staying overnight on the boat in Deltaville. Very courteous and friendly over the phone taking our order. Driver was nice and arrived prior to promised time, awesome! because we were hungry after sailing all day. Pizza was delicious and hot. Really hit the spot. Would highly recommend Danos if you are in the area or staying in Deltaville. Go to pie stop when we are up this way.

The food here is pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is good sometimes it tastes like gasoline. Delivery takes a while with minimal help for the people their. I would just get in your car and get Anna's pizza more of a solid and if you have some gas money you should go. Danos is so expensive and I dont get why.

Good food! Poor waitress was running around like crazy! Tea was great, they bring parmesan bread sticks to each table which was a welcome surprise. Overall we were pleased!
