very weird experience here. pharmacist acted rude that we had scheduled a vaccine appointment, took them 10 minutes to give my boyfriend the paper he needed to fill out for them, and then they told him he needed to “hurry up” because the pharmacist needed to go to lunch

Never fill automatic refill prescriptions. We always have to call and order or order manually on the app. Also, never seem to have the prescription meds on hand even though we get them every month.

Love going to Walgreens. They do have vaccines. It's best to schedule, but you can walk in

On the whole, the people who work there seem to try to help you. That's the only good thing. They are frequently out of stock on meds and there is often delay of three or more days. Every month when my meds are refilled, I get texts from them that the meds were not approved (even when they are) and I never know until I get there whether they have filled the prescriptions. I once had the pharmacist tell me that they waited to fill it until I came to pick it up, and it would be another hour until it was ready - and then when I went back for it I was told it was too early to refill and would be another three days before I could get it. Just incredibly frustrating to deal with. Also fyi the pharmacy doesn't open until 9am. I am switching to CVS even though I will have to drive 20 minutes to get there, because at least I know they will have my meds when I do get there.

Absolute train wreck of a pharmacy. Once had them tell me a prescription would be "on the truck for delivery" for 5 days straight. Notifications have been sent when no actual prescription was prepared. Prescriptions have been prepared without notification. I'm currently waiting for the pharmacist who is casually chatting on the phone because the available technician can't look at an issue I've already cleared up twice now. It's probably my own fault for still coming back here.

Their automated system never really works, told not ready or ready and it's inaccurate, and the last three prescriptions I sent over I had to go in person for them to begin filling the prescription; at least it seemed that way. I was told on the phone it would be ready at X time and show up after the said X time, and then given more time to fill it. The slowest pharmacy I've been to, but the customer service was average. No one there was unpleasant. I might shop there again, but I won't be using the pharmacy anymore. There's other pharmacies that will not take so long in filling prescriptions for simple scripts. I call the pharmacy at my office for clients and they can fill most scripts within an hour, and they are accurate with the times they tell me they can fill it.

I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes without even being addressed. What a mess! I used to love this location when it was a rite aid. Being in healthcare myself, I know things are rough, that's the only reason I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1. They really need to hire more people!!

Pharmacy is Horrible! I always filled in my prescriptions there before, but I guess since they changed the name something changed and my prescriptions are never ready. Last 4 times I called early morning for refill, I was told that it will be ready for pick up after 11 am. I go at 5:30 PM and it is not ready! Everytime it is either computers are slow or not enough staff. The pharmacist is rude and only apologized when told her that I am switching to other place.

This transition from Rite Aid to Walgreens has been horrible. I try to always be patient with these types of things, but it's went from bad to the most horrible thing ever. I've waited at the store for over two hours at one point for a prescription, I've called and been waiting on the line for over 30 minutes and never even got to speak to anyone, I can only imagine how long that hold may have lasted if I remained on the line longer. I truly can't understand what the issue is, I doubt that they have gotten new new business with this name change, since it's totally new to the area. I would have assumed that changing the store over to Walgreens should have been an upgrade, but that is the furthest thing from the truth. At this point, I believe I have given them more chances than they deserve and I'm afraid to drive up or walk up, because I don't know what issue I will be presented with this time. As soon as I can get everything switched somewhere new, I'm out. There are truly some fine people that work at this store and I feel sorry that they have to be subjected to working under those conditions. Walgreens, you need to get your act together, or you won't be in business much longer. Honestly after I leave there to pick up my blood pressure meds, I probably need a higher dosage from how stressed out I become.

The store manager, Dielle, is rude and unprofessional. I called in advance as I am preparing to move after being told their truck came in on Thursday’s and asked if they could hold boxes for me so I could pick them up. I know they have the ability to give boxes away when they’re not in use as I have seen it happen before countless times, at this location and at others. The girl on the phone informed me that that was perfectly ok and that they would save me some boxes only for me to come in and the store manager to tell me she threw all the boxes out and wouldn’t have saved them for me.

If 0 stars were an options, this Walgreens would get it. I traveled an hour to pic up the same day photos I spent 4 hours online purchasing. (downloading and then uploading) just to arrive and they tell me they did not have the right paper to create the order. Practically laughing in my face, the young lady informs me that they tried their best to get in touch with me to let me know, but on the account my cell phone number and email are available and neither were contacted. I told her to please just cancel the order, and now the order is still pending. She even yelled over me at the other co-workers while I was still discussing the issue at hand. Very unprofessional, and very poor customer service. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Horrible customer services!!! Being put on hold 25 minutes and then hung up on is not acceptable!!!!! Then after calling back and speaking to the front staff I was told the pharmacy was busy and had a line .....I understand that but when I've made 2 trips to the pharmacy, called and accessed the online system and I still have not been given any information about a medication I requested a fill on the last week of December is NOT ok!!! How do you stay in business????

The pharmacy at this location is atrocious since it switched to Walgreens from Rite Aid. Trying to get a prescription filled in a timely manner is almost impossible. I called today to see if a prescription was ready and sat on hold for 25 minutes before giving up. I can only assume the pharmacy is understaffed and cannot keep up.

This store has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier and “manager” I encountered were absolutely clueless and quite rude. They obviously both need more training.

I went to the pharmacy drive thru to purchase muccinex, because I am high risk for COVID. I was told I would have to come inside to purchase it. I can not believe it.... when CVS, Walmart are all willing to accommodate their customers during these unique times ,in the interest of keeping people safe.I left and went to CVS drive thru.Perhaps Walgreens needs to rethink their policies.

Very nice store with great and friendly customer service. Lots of items to choose from besides just the regular health and beauty/personal care products. Food, wine, beer, tobacco products, toys and even per supplies. Formerly Rite-Aid.

Since this became a Walgreens it has deteriorated significantly. I just got off the phone with someone who was so snippy with me it put me in a tizzy caused me to make a mistake with my request. Now I don't even want to call back so I am just going to switch my perscriptions to somewhere else.
