Went in here too find some gloves the clothes and shoes department literally looked ramsacked old shoes and socks laying everywhere from people who had shoplifted I’m guessing this store was just remodeled and obviously the employees don’t care about it can’t wait for the new one too be built on the other end of town!

Good place to run in & grab small amounts of feed for animals. Cashiers are friendly & quick! Got rid of the green bag of turkey feed so this answers the 4 stars instead of 5

I called ahead knowing we were cutting it close on time. Told the man we were almost there and needed just one item. He said okay.We pulled up to the door at exactly 9 pm. Workers saw us and turned away. How's that for poor customer service. I worked for tractor supply for 4 years, we were always accommodating.

Bought two fire rings Sunday to stack but were odd sizes. Took one back this morning and the girls up front uncabled, measured, and found an exact size to swap out. A lot of extra effort to make me happy!

Tractor Supply is a nice store where you can find items that you may not find at Lowe's or Home Depot, and/or may find at a better price than what you find at Lowe's or Home Depot. They are also at a convenient location, right off of Route 33.It's also fun to go in this store when they have the baby chicks or baby ducks for sale. I love to sit and watch them as they bounce around in the pin. Hearing their chirps reminds me of when my Grandfather & Grandmother used to get chicks in the mail. Their soft peeps were & are still so soothing!

At first I thought this was a store that was just for tractor supplies just like the name of the store says but I was wrong. Most of the time when I shop here I buy bird seed and I can get the best deal on 100 pack of puppy pads for only $30 when everywhere else I look it is much more expensive. They have very friendly customer service and are very knowledgeable about what they carry and supply and any questions you may have. I was very surprised when I was able to rent a trailer to attach to a pickup truck and it was only $14 and U-Haul was way more expensive and so was Home Depot and every other place I tried to find a place where I could rent a trailer.

Drove 2.5 hours to pick up a boat near Harrisonburg and stopped here to get a couple new tires for the trailer before driving back. An employee named Johnathan had a lot of expertise and carried the tires out to the parking lot and assisted in putting them on. He went way above and beyond to help, and I hope this review can help him out in return! Would 100% be back if I were a local!

I was surprised at the variety of goods they sold including pet supplies and bird feeders. I was pleased that they had a hard to find product that I had been looking for while I was there I browsed the pet food supplies and phones that the bag of Purina dog food I usually buy was $17 instead of the $25 it was the same day at Walmart. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Safe to say that my first visit will not be my last. In fact I made a second trip today.

Terrible managerial skills! They do not know how to deal with customers. We asked to speak with general manager (Jonathan) and he refused to come and speak with us. By the way I found the receipt and I will be taking this matter up with your bosses! Learn how to deal with customers or don't be in the profession.

The lady cashier embarrassed me at the checkout. I gave her cash for my purchase & she said something so fast that I misunderstood her & thought she said do you want to cancel, so I pushed cancel. She immediately asked what I was doing & told me that I don’t start pushing buttons when I gave her cash. Well, enjoy that cash because I will never shop here again. P.S. clean up your store, it looks horrible and a one star is being generous.

Find the regular Staff/ Cashiers very pleasant & helpful but the Manager is an A**hat; they were not busy when first managed to get the larger Woodstove Mat into the Store passing him at entry where he was helping a gentleman with bags of something, no let me help you Ma’am? But the clincher was Cashier immediately said let me get someone & when he comes to register instead of taking me first at that register decided to ask the patrons who were what would have been 5 deep behind me at the other register before me. Not like I’m not a Preferred Customer there, scooted the boxed Mat that’s up to my chin & I got in Allison’s Line where she apologized for Him! Really was so noticed by others that one said that was rude of him, it was obvious you were there!

I have been going to the Harrisonburg store for months for my farm stuff. I use to go in and out as fast as I could, because the store looked horrible. I felt like it was a thrift shop. I must say that my recent visit to the store I was amazed at how clean and organized it is. I can actually feel good about shopping there now. I will definitely come back. Keep up the great job!

I was camping nearby from out of state when my 7 week old kitten became lethargic and had loss of bowel control. I assumed it was a parasite or worms. Made a bee line to this store for medicine. While I'm in a panic in the pet aisle, in an unfamiliar town, on the verge of crying, a staff member (with beautiful Moroccan tattoos) immediately asks me if I need help. I explain my situation and she says "Let me get the cat expert." and quickly brings back a wonderful woman. I wish I had gotten their names. She explains that its probably not worms but a parasite and that I need a vet. The first girl immediately begins googling nearby vets and while she finds one, the Cat Expert explains cat illnesses to me. When a vet is found, she then pulls out a business card for said vet from her apron pocket. It was her own vet, and it saved my day. I rush to the vet and sure enough, Cat Expert was right. I now have a happy healthy kitten. If it hadn't been for these women, I would have probably lost my cat due to my own ignorance. 5 stars for the best customer service I've ever had in my life.

Convenient location, employees are friendly/helpful, prices are decent, but the checkout process always takes too long, the store is really worn out desperately in need of some tlc, and the parking lot arrangement needs to be reconfigured. I primarily go there out of convenience.

Not exactly the neatest looking store in town, but this is a farm store. They have everything from fencing to feeds, clothing, toys, home decor, and much more. I was looking for pellet stove piping and found just what I needed. Had to look for someone to help me, but when I did find someone, they were knowledgeable about my needs.

I went out on black Friday to get a truck box, the place was packed. I had no problem finding someone to help. Even though they were real busy. Kate was calm and polite. Very professional.

The manager Kris has a major problem interacting with customers.. instead of going above and beyond trying to help you she does everything not to help you.. had a major problem with a log splitter that was a defect had to take it to Harrisonburg to have it resolved.. call Many of local tractor supplies.. and none of them wanted to take care of it had to go out of my district to Harrisonburg as all the other stores for the contact number for the general district manager and no one would be willing to give it to me.. piss poor customer service that didn't want to back up things that they sold.. if I bought a steak from Steakhouse they would make it right!!!daum shame the manufacturer called me before they contacted me back..

They are under staffed making it difficult to get service and some of the staff are rude. The hours of operation and improved selection over a couple of years ago are what get it the third star. Have been to other TSC's with much better service.

Tractor supply has made me wait In the cold for the last time. Went for propane fill. Waited ten minutes no one showed up after ten minutes. This is not the first time this has happened but it is the last. Won’t be back for poor customer service.

Stay away from this place. Not only did I have to go in twice to get my mower working, but they didn't even test the mower to make sure it was working. Waste of money and I recommend you go elsewhere with your business. The will surely charge you to inspect the machine again.

My experience was not the best, I suppose in thier defense they seemed short handed and I waited and waited at the service desk behind one other person who was in line seemingly like forever! Didn't get waited on to purchase the item I was interested in? Oh well lost sales!
