Harrisonburg VA East Market store was dirty, trash everywhere at entrance breezeway, accessible buggy was dead as always, 1 cashier, a line of customers trailed out into the isles the week before Easter, all self checkouts full. I hope everyone reading this will expect more from this store or any and not spend your money there if they don't care about us as customers.

I love target is always been my very special place to shop at. They have amazing deals and items. The products are awesome. They close everything that they have amazing. Customer service is very OnPoint and I just love to shop there and hassle free.

the lady working at the self checkout today was so kind!!! i was having problems with my book purchase and she was able to help me while also having a great attitude!! i think her name was arrie, she was great!!

Picking up orders at Target is great - delivery is not. FedEx is incredibly lazy and refuses to deliver packages to the front door. So I have to hike down, then back up, 3 flights of stairs to get my packages, which have been left at the bottom of the stairs in my building. I feel bad for people that have items delivered and have mobility issues. FedEx just dumps the packages - found one in the middle of the hallway on the 1st floor, when I live on the 3rd floor. Too much trouble to actually deliver the packages I guess. 😡🤬

I love target, love everything in target, there products are always better than others and the workers are friendly into the store, I go shopping every week, that is why target stores are important to be located in USA

What else can I say other than Target is the BEST!!! The store is clean, staff members are friendly and go out of their way to help, and they always have my items in stock whenever I make a Target run. I also appreciate how EASY they make the return process. I rarely have to wait very long to return items or check-out. Simply the best!!! :)

Waited for a pick up order for drive up for 20+ mins then the store associate came to drop of my order and stated it was my fault it took so long due to me switching from in store pickup to drive up when no such change was made. So I told her no need to lie if you’re busy you’re busy and she proceeded to walk away ignoring me.

I do like Target for many reasons. Most of the staff has always been helpful and the store is kept tidy and clean. Since this review is for a brick and mortar physical store, I will be clear. When you advertise that you carry items in your store, the items should be on the shelves and not held in back for online purchase only forcing buyers to pay with credit instead of cash, or another form of payment which should be decided by the buyer who is paying you. Accordingly, requiring a customer to go onto an app and pay with credit when you state you have an item in stock is not reasonable either. I went to your store for allergy medicine needed right away since it was showing it was in stock. I couldn't find it anywhere and was told by your store clerk it had to be ordered online and picked up. This is ridiculous. I went 2 doors away and bought 5 boxes. You lost a large purchase for this reason and complaints to your corporate office did not yield a management response. I have had similar problems when buying books there with online vs store prices being so much higher. I think Target has lost their identity and their edge as a local convenience store to pick up items up on a moment's notice with reliable pricing. Instead they are trying too hard to compete with online sellers but sticking you with higher prices when you get to the store, and this is a total turnoff, so no more Target for this savvy shopper.

Bought an android phone at your Winchester,VA. store. They offered no help setting it up, told me to go through consumer cellular. Target: how about servicing what you sell?? Or have you forgotten that the customer is King? Maybe Target needs an old 1930's style DEPRESSION To get the point!!

Decent overall. However if you want more variety of options and more stock items, better off going to Target in Waynesboro. With all the JMU students,alot of things go fast and are picked over.

I ordered Drive up because I had my baby with me. It took them almost 45 minutes to get my order!! Worst experience ever. By the time we left, my baby started to scream because we had to wait so long. The employees came up to us multiple times asking our name but never once used our verification number. What is the point of the number?! All the other cars were served and more came and left before they finally helped us. All they had to say for themselves was "Thanks for your patience". No apology. No courtesy gift card. Drive up is not worth it. I recommend taking your service elsewhere. Kroger is way better. The wait is only 5 minutes max!

I have been in more organized Goodwill stores. Shoes not in their right boxes, pants haphazardly put on shelves with no regard to size and style, and things on the ground.Then there is the layout, with certain items not being showcased in this store. Not happy, but due to location will return.

I was greeted by store employees, everyone was polite and helpful (despite the holiday crowd) and the employees were working so hard to put safety measures in place. Target is one of the few stores you actively see this inside the store. Even with all that going on, the employees were still nice and engaging.

There was a long line to checkout and only one cashier ringing up customers. One employee was sanitizing the self checkout registers (which were all full) after every customer and another just standing there looking at the line with his clipboard. Would've been nice if he were on a register. Absolutely ridiculous that the only option is to check yourself out.

Called at least 15 times, all different extensions... called Starbucks 3 times, and they picked up and then hung up on me 3 times... even called HR... TWICE... both times hung up... I don't usually shop at Target, but I needed to see if they had a certain thing before I drove all the way in there. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!

I had no problem with ordering online and pick up at our local store. My daughter-in-law shops there daily I think and loves the store. Need to go back when all the Christmas rush is over and check the new layout. Of course I will go before that to check out Christmas items, paper, ornaments, etc.

As I was just checking out the little section of toys at the front of the store, a lady named Sarah was extremely busy but asked if I needed help finding anything and pointed out some clearance items and dollar Play-Doh because I mentioned I was looking for hands on stuff for my 5 year old grandson. She was super helpful and kind!!

Nice, clean Target. The employees are nice and helpful. They also have free, fast wifi. The Starbucks in here is 👌👌 great. By far my favorite Target. Honestly, it's like a second home to me at this point.
