So the reason for 4 is because of two reasons. 1 the Oreo cookies were ground down to dust. Every sweet frog I go to I get the same thing. This is the cleanest location and the staff was very kind. However they said the Oreo cookie being ground was for the mess the bigger pieces make on the bar. I was just so disappointed. It’s simply not the same. I like the crunch and flavor. 2. I did get cookies and cream flavor and it tasted on the cusp of freezer burn. Everything else was alright.

Very disappointed. The caramel looked good, but when we put it in our mouth it fizzed kinda like beer. It was really gross. We are used to menchies which is really creamy and good and this was more like Italian water ice that had some very serious taste issues. I told my husband you should be able to weigh what was inedible and get refunded for that portion.

Nobody in the store when we walked in. We made our cups and finally a girl walked out from somewhere. Could of just walked out and nobody would of known. Yogurt was watery/melted already. Didn’t taste that good. First and last time here. First time I’ve seen my kid say he didn’t want to finish a dessert lol.

Fresh frozen yogurt and a variety of flavors and toppings. However, everytime I've been in there, it's always the same flavors and never anything new. My personal favorite is the blackberry yogurt. On a summer day, it's very refreshing! The toppings include candy, cake, Nutella, marshmallows, caramel and any kind of sweet you can think of. Before you go crazy with the toppings, just remember they charge BY POUND so if you fill an entire cup, it can be pricey.

This was my first experience and her second with the franchise. We thought we would try it. Should have chose different. Upon entering, there wasn’t anyone in sight (including worker) for about 3-4 minutes at least. Then we put on gloves and picked our size and chose flavors, only to find that the first 3 we tried were liquid. So we chose others. They have a lot of toppings at least. We bought and paid $18 for a medium and small. Went to car to eat and after 2 bites I was done. It tasted awful. Not sure if the mix was wrong or what but it was gross. My gf said hers wasn’t good either. I went back in to tell them maybe something went bad with the machine but, again, nobody in site. After 3-4 minutes someone came out and I told them the issue, they said they didn’t know and well that’s all. I said well check the machines maybe, and threw our items away. Never again

Solid frozen yogurt place with nice help and a wide selection of toppings. My only gripe is that the sweet cream/base flavor had gone completely sour. The worker appeared to change it once we told her.

This site was great. Extremely clean, very pleasant atmosphere, all the toppings were full. Young lady working was very friendly and just a joy. She was working constantly with a smile on her face.

This chain is awesome. You pick your flavor of froyo, then add your toppings and pay by weight. This location used to offer discounts of up to 15% correctly answering trivia questions 5% for each correct answer. I hope they bring that back.

Great froyo and toppings but the young lady that was in there tonight was not friendly at all. In the twenty or so minutes me and my family were in there she never greeted the customers or smiled and multiple times I watched her talk to her friend that was sitting in side as well talk about the customers. I would expect better customer service with this being a larger tourist town.

Honestly, not that good. Half the yogurt dispensers were not frozen. Candy toppings are stale. Stone and patio no so clean. I've had better experiences at other store, but this one needs improvement.

First time to sweet frog with the kiddos, cool experience however a couple of options weren't available. I was made aware that Thursday's are but one get one however when I asked the cashier she said "of we do that on different Wednesday's" I told her from by knowledge it was Thursday. She then continued ringing us up. I'm not sure if will return to this location. But we will give another one a try and hope it has better customer service.

I'm not really a fan of the creamy sweet frozen yogurt. I prefer the sour flavors so I was limited to the tart strawberry which was not that tart. Kids enjoy the fixings bar which has a good selection of candies to use as toppings.

For being a first time customer we didn't have a very good experience. As soon as we walked in the door we had no clue what to do so we stood in front of the cashier for like 5 minutes waiting to ask someone what to do.. Then we saw the lady behind the counter and like a few seconds she walked away again and didn't help so we just went over to the machines and figured it out ourselves . we got a decent amount of ice cream . and then got our toppings little did we know they charge for. Pound not for the cup. Only 4 of us and we walked out pay $25 . which to me wasn't worth it .

This store has its hours posted as 11:30-10. We visited at 11:30, the "open" sign was on, but the doors were locked. We waited fifteen minutes and even called the store, but eventually had to leave. If they do not open at 11:30, the hours need to be updated. We could see employees in the store, but they must not have seen us.This would have been our first time eating at Sweet Frog, but we will not be returning.

Staff is friendly and the yogurt is good. They've recently introduced Dole whip, which is awesome!Unfortunately almost every time we go, several machines are down which is a bummer, and parking is tricky now that Krispy Kreme is next door. Easiest place to park is right around the side of the building. Overall, good place, we go there frequently now that it's the only froyo place in town.

No Weigh Days are a scam! Signed up for their text notifications and recently started coming during these days to help support business during the pandemic. Well come to find out on No Weigh Days they take certain toppings away because they are too heavy. Umm that’s not how that would work!!! I think I will rethink my decision to support this business.
