I love this Ross store and how it is set up for an easy shopping experience. The prices were reasonable and they had a wide selection. The staff was friendly. Much better than where I am from.

Been here 3 times since the first of Dec.The first two times I left before checking out because the lines were so long. Today I actually checked out but while doing so the cashier called for the next person in line before I had completed my transaction. (Noticed they all did it) They also requested over the loud speaker for those in line to remove the hangers from the clothing.While I was waiting for my sister to finish her transaction at another register they came over the loud speaker once again this time to say “please don’t bother the associates on the floor or ask them to scan tags to find out a price for an item. “I’m sorry, but what happened to customer service? Isn’t the associates job to help the customer?If I find an item I want but it doesn’t have a sticker with a price but a barcode only, they want me to stand in line for who knows how long to find out the price and then decide if I want it, if it’s in my budget, etc?I might stand in line for nothing.I don’t think I’ll be back.

Ross's is a great place to shop you can find some really unique items unexpectedly in Harrisonburg. Jimmy is the manager there he does a fantastic job always willing to help

I really love shopping at Ross. The only thing that concerns me is the 5” thick dust on the tops of the dressing room walls. And boogers on the mirror. I now try on clothes at home and bring them back if they don’t fit. I expect so much out of my little community and just wish the things people seem to use the most inside of a store were clean.

The customers come in and trash the place. I feel sorry for the employees and management. However, the bathrooms are disgusting and neglected! Little to no thought given to the importance of clean, well-stocked with toilet paper or soap. Even during Covid, when they limited the patrons by locking the doors and allowing one at a time, the bathrooms were still disgusting. Whoever they are paying to clean is getting paid for doing absolutely nothing!!! So, I didn't see how Ross has any interest in doing their part to protect the public or employees.

I enjoyed my trip to this Ross store although we didn't find the shoe size we were searching for my nephew. Really good prices on Men's fragrances and deodorant body sprays. Overall the inventory was huge, prices were excellent and the store was clean. Next time I visit I will be shopping for myself.

For the most part, I really enjoy this store's reasonably priced home decorating section in the rear of the store but know due to its nature that there may only be only one of this or that of what I want and sometimes the wrong size or colors to fit my needs. I do often find home decor I really like here though and much prefer shopping in this small store than on the web and having to wait on slow mail delivery at very high costs. I wish their store return policy was longer though.

I don't go to ROSS very often, but I always find what I'm looking for. The prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Thanks a bunch to the employees!

I love this store! Right now they have so much stuff and everything is at amazing prices! The manager is so lovely, helpful, and hard working! She always recognizes me and makes sure to say something. This store just wouldn't be the same without her! Reminds me I need to go back and get a few more items. LOL

This used to be the best Ross around but now it’s pretty much absolute trash. I’m going to say what a lot of people won’t the foreigners in here ruin the experience and they need to stop acting the way they do, they are very rude and they use being from out of the country as a excuse to act mean and getting in everyone’s way. Kids was running WILD in here they was coughing all over the clothing which I feel is super inappropriate and it’s gross. the parents was NO WHERE to be found while they was running every where in the store. I really believe that the employees need to kick out people that are acting like this your going to lose loyal customers if you keep allowing this behavior in your stores. The behavior I witnessed is super scummy and I think it’s problematic YOUR KIDS ARE NOT MY PROBLEM! THEY EXPECT OTHER SHOPPERS TO BABYSIT THEIR KIDS FOR FREE AND I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO DO THAT THIS NEEDS ADDRESSED NOW! Please do not shop here if you have morals because this place attracts some gross gross people they need told they are not welcome anymore but sadly no one will speak up but I AM!

The staff is friendly. Is always find a cart full of stuff to buy for great prices. If you lean more towards the goth/hipster type of clothing you'll definitely find something for you there I've found a good majority of my going out on the town clothes there.

Considering how consistently busy this store seems to be, it remains clean and pretty well organized. The staff is friendly and efficient when going through checkout.Even when I don't find anything to purchase, Ross is a fun place to go and browse.

I found some awesome deals on name brand shirts and I found some nice quality rugs cheap the last time I was there and this time I found a plush baby blanket and a toy for my niece and a set of sheets all at great prices.

The selection isn't the best but that's to be expected during a pandemic. The customer service is awesome. I barely waited any time in line even though it was long. The employees are doing their best with what they have to work with.

A great discount store similar to TJ Max. This Ross has a nice selection of men's and women's shoes, clothes and accessories. This store has home goods, electronics, food, toys and pet products as well. Ross is also a good spot to pick up some fragrances at a discount. Worth checking out. Highly recommended!

The stores is big with good selections most of the time. This store carries many brand names with deep discounted prices. They also have a senior citizen day with a percentage off your total bill. Sorry, I can’t remember which day. I like the kitchen wares department the best. Another thing it’s something new each time you go shopping.

Staff welcomes you at the door, treat you well enough, and the products are often good. Good store to find a bargain, but a quick turnover rate. The checkout could also be more streamlined and often has a while wait.

I would have given 5 stars, except for the rude female cashier, who blatantly ignored that my son and I were the next customers in line, and proceeded to wait on someone else, then asks me if I have a question, I replied, No, I am ready to check out, she (cashier) replies that the line is over here.Yet you just rang a customer up in front of me and my son just a moment ago, how does that make sense?????Extremely disrespectful and rude behavior towards a customer.The 4 stars are for the amazingly low prices and great clothing items, I was able to score for my son for Back to School.Thank you for the affordable prices, especially for a Mom on a budget!Hope to have a friendly, respectful, polite, and more attentive cashier ringing me and my son up, on our next visit.

You need time to shop here because everything is everywhere. Nonetheless, this is with every Ross store. You can really find some nice things in there.

Love this store! I always find great cosmetics and clearance. The shoe selection is really great as well. They don't have very many food options. But this is a wonderful place to go to for home decor and apartment decorating and clothing!
