We love this place. Great selection of fire arms at competitive prices. Ammo is in stock albeit at the new normal prices which are up to 3x higher than 2 years ago. Good selection of clothing and outerwear. Great selection of other sporting goods also. Fishing, archery, food processing etc. Products for animals too. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.

Ran into the sporting goods side today. Saw a little stand set up infront of hardware store. Walked over to buy what looked like sandwiches. Everything was free. Pork loin sandwiches and chips. It was customer appreciation day. The staff is always nice , friendly and very helpful. Food was amazing also . Thanks guys!

Would love to give a 5 star rating based off of my previous service here. However there is some guy there, I believe Kelly, who has just been flat out rude to guests and I overheard him talking down to employees. Very disappointed in my recent visit to this wonderful store.

I shopped here for a long time, spent alot of money on firearms, archery, hunting supplies, knives, etc. My son bought a defective Heritage 22 , never fired. Returned next day. Was told no refund, or trade out, must be sent back. After 2 weeks no response. I called ,they say don't know when it will be returned. I said I have spent alot of money at this place, and was told not as much as others. Okay. I will never spend another dime here, nor will my large family and many friends. I will never again recommend them for any business.

I became disabled last year and never got to hunt I could never get any of my compound bows pulled due to my weight loss but this year I am making improvements and i am ready to go. I did a lot of research on crossbows and pricing. after great information by Stacy and after bugging him on like 10 calls he gave me all the information i needed he was not trying to make a sale just wanted to help me. he also gave me the best price around. Customer service like this is just what we need in a world like today. I brought the bow last evening it was close to closing time but he still took time to help me and told me to call him if I ever have questions. You have earned my business and when left I felt like I had just made a new friend thanks for what you did keep up the good service that what brings people back and helps sales. thanks again.

I love coming here. The sporting goods department is second to none. They treat you with such respect and answer any questions you have. It’s hard to find Ammunition and parts right now but they go above and beyond to make sure you leave overly satisfied and show you that true customer service still doesexist

Pretty disappointed, I’ve shopped here for years and have spent thousands of dollars in this store. Every single lady at the counter has always been extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming (except the younger one). Not only is this a store selling hunting and fishin stuff but it’s a small business, so you would think customer service would be great. The last straw was this week when I went up to the counter with almost a 100 dollars worth of stuff and the lady says nothing to me but my total and just looks at me. Her demeanor has always been unfriendly and I’m just done. It’s sad they treat their loyal customers like this that have spent a lot of money there.

Great place for outdoor sporting goods and feed and such for livestock and pets, they usually have a pretty good selection of ammo but I only gave it four stars because man is that ammo overpriced.

We had a great experience here purchasing and mounting a scope for a Marlin 336w. The staff is knowledgible and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They have a wide selection of gun supplies and hunting gear and apparel as well.

Great service on a busy Saturday morning June 27??!!I brought my bow in for a new rest and time job. The younger guy that worked on my bow, sorry but didn't get his name, 25-30 ish dark hair. Anyway, it was great service and even though they were busy he fit me in and hooked me up with a new QAD REST and fixed a module issue on my Elite Hunter. .Thank you my friend!I'll visit next time I'm back up from VA beach 👍👍

Review has gone from five stars to one.This place used to be one of my regular go-tos for gun, arrow, and ammo shopping, but the last several times I have been in here I've gotten indifference at best when I have stopped by the gun counter.The quality of this place has really declined ever since they moved off Grace Street, and there are better options in town and in Elkton and even Staunton. The good staff have quit or moved to other areas of the store, and the people left on the gun counter can't be bothered to answer questions about what they have in stock, speak with anything other than apathy, or even call you back when you specifically want to purchase something they have in stock.If you have a time machine then go back about ten years or so and buy from them. Stay away these days.

I bought a paid of ariat boots 200+dollars and went back for a refund because it was the wrong boots. That's been over a week ago. STILLhavent gotten my money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE so if you buy something from them please make sure you don't have to return it because you might never get you're money refunded back to you

Carhartt clothing, farm & ranch essentials, and lots more, all in one tidy package. The staff is always helpful and prices (especially on larger items like hay rings, etc.) are often a touch lower than what you'll find at other stores. The only suggestion for improvement would be to carry a selection of horse tack. That would be the cherry on top! 🍒

They don't have much of customer service when I was there. 1 young girl at feed talking to 2 young guys and 1 at the register doing the same. The guys at the back was swamped. Service was good after I got to talk to the one of the guys with the guns.
