Want to thank everyone here. We came in to get one of their pink Breast Cancer buckets for a Breast Cancer Awareness event that we were holding and found that they were not even on sale yet. However, the nice people here went out of there way to go back to the warehouse and get me one. Our event went great and we got lots of donations here at Shenandoah Automotive. Thank you all so much for helping us support all our community and cancer survivors.

Excellent store staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. Broad selection on all kinds of items for the home and yard. Broad selection of Espoma products. Clearance selections are Broad and priced well also. We ended up buying fire extinguishers, shower head, lip balms, house keys made, fertilizers, propane grill thermometer as well as other items. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.

They say first impressions are lasting impressions, well these folks knocked it out of the park today on my first of many future visits.They are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and customer service focused.I'm a barber at a local barbershop and I am restoring this antique barber chair that was manufactured in the 1910s.The folks at Rocking R Ace helped me get the replacement bolts, screws, washers etc that I needed for my project. Thank you!Looking forward to getting the chair finished and bringing it to use at the barber shop!💈

I was looking for plants for garden. Went to 3 other places had no luck. When I went there service was great. I walk with walker and couldn't plants. Someone helped me get them and took them inside so I could pay. Then the cashier carried them out to my vehicle. VERY VERY HELPFUL.

I must say, I rarely give five star reviews. One of the exceptions is this hardware store in the Shenandoah Valley where I grew up. I recently retired after working across the country and radio for the last 25+ years. I find myself needing things at this hardware store on a regular basis and regardless of my needs, I always walk away satisfied and impressed. It never ceases to amaze me how warm and friendly the staff is. They are incredibly well trained and equipped to help with virtually any thing one might need. The store is easy to navigate and is incredibly well stocked. The maintenance of the displays and point of purchase items, is impressive. The store is clean and well lit. The store is well marked in order to navigate in and out quickly. Parking is never a problem. The cashiers can be a bit chilly at times, but I chalk that up to having to deal with so many during a health crisis. As a homeowner and handyman, I frequent hardware stores wherever I live and work, which has been in multiple states around the United States. Rocking R Ace Hardware is head and shoulders above them all. Best wishes for the holidays.

Employees continuously and impulsively ask if I need help. I replied 'no' but about 5-10 minutes later, as all I was doing was looking throughout the whole store, with no reason for employees to have any suspicions, I was asked again. Made me feel as though I was being followed/watched the entire time when a good reason for this was never given.

Generally a nice place to shop at. BUT! their "grill guy" talked me out of a Traeger and into a Green Mountain Grill pellet smoker. The thing has broken (Auger motor) 4 times now and ruined a handful of expensive cuts of meat. It's a trash grill and he talked it up like it was just as good as the others I was looking at. Pretty unfortunate as I expect a grill to last more than 6 months before it breaks initially and don't expect it to break every 4 months after that. Be careful of the salesmen in the grill section!
