Petco is NOT where the pets go.Tried to take in my sweet lab this morning for grooming. Once we had already made and came for the appointment they informed us they couldn’t take her due to a pain medication she is on. They were rude and snappy with me with informing me of this policy. I reviewed the website, and could not find where this information was accessible. They did not make policies accessible and were not friendly when telling me of this policy after I was already at the appointment.

Mackenzie and Brooke always do a wonderful job. Due to an injury this year and recovery from surgery, I was way past time bringing my canine kids in. I knew Barney's beard was matted and felt so bad about it. After dropping off the canine kids for their spa day, I received a phone call about the beard, wanting to know if it was okay to trim it off. I was definitely ok with that and I greatly appreciated being asked before it was done.

McKenzie came highly recommended by friends and she ended up doing a great job! Chewie looked so adorable! Also Petco seemed much more professional and cleaner than other places I've been to.

Very personable staff who obviously love dogs. This was my first visit with a new miniature schnauzer puppy. The groomer queried me about how I would like him styled and also informed me of what her recommendations were for his breed and sex. She gave suggestions for skin and coat care in-between appointments and also how to desensitize him to having his ears and paws handled. A very professional visit with attention to detail and personal service.

Brooke was very informative about things to do at home to help Gizmo become more comfortable with the process. Gizmo looked great when I picked her up. Not too much of a trim and seemed happy and not stressed with the process.

MacKenzie is awesome with our dog Tilly and she is very knowable about her needs. She takes her time and does a great job! Tilly hadn't been for a while and she needed some extra care and MacKenzie took great care of Tilly. I highly recommend MacKenzie for grooming services!! Thank you!
