Came in being a newbie to all things vaping and was not sure which piece to buy. After I purchased the nautilus mini I instantly realized that I bought the wrong piece and wanted to exchange it for a nicer, more expensive piece and they would not let me even though It hadnt even been 2 minutes and I had not left the store yet. SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER Service! They wouldnt let me exchange it for a refund or for the higher priced item.....

Came in last week 1:30 mins before closing to two employees watching Netflix… no problem…. I’m chill. But then I was rushed by the gentleman working. I’ve spent over $1,000 dollars with these people on Rigs, accessories and more so it didn’t feel good. I like getting multiple things when i shop and to feel like I was an inconvenience to their Netflix party was wack. Do better.

I wander around the east coast and buy glass as souvenirs and gifts. 2 display cases of varied glass spoons, and 2 other displays of specific glass apparatus. I've been there a few times, staff is cool, usually very friendly and helpful. They also have incense, varied hippie items and some smokable accessories, wraps, papers, and the strange stuff that most shops sell.

I stopped at this place passing through Harrisonburg Virginia and I liked it.. there was a couple young gentlemen in there can't remember the one's name but he was very helpful. The place has plenty of space and they could probably pack a whole lot more stuff in there but the things that they did have were on the nicer end name brand good quality. They had some of the novelty items that you usually see in a smoke shop but they had some of the higher end accessories that I like to see a smoke shop spending their money on and investing in their inventory. They did have some really nice quartz bangers. They had a wide selection they had a few carb caps a few odd size bangers. I'm a big fan of smoke shops getting the lower end quality and the higher end quality so people like myself can have a choice. I haven't been to a whole lot of smoke shops in Harrisonburg Virginia but I'd be willing to guess if this is probably one of the best ones. Definitely recommend it for anyone in the area.

I have been going here for a couple of months now and the manager has always be awesome as our the employees I’ve seen.But I felt the need to thank the young lady that helped me today essentially. I went in with a very grim mood but due to her overall kind attitude it lifted a little bit of the weight in my back and it didn’t seem forced. I Would name everyone by name if was any good at names lol thank you to everyone that lets me speak. In general no one knows what a stranger might be going thru.I’ve been saying this for years but , treating a person kindly can literally save a life. I know that to be fact. I didn’t get a chance to chat with my buddy that was working today also , but thank you sir for all the knowledge and your Pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend this place. They are knowledgeable and have good prices and a loyalty rewards type thing that helps me a lot. Thanks guys and check this spot.

This is the second time I've been there and the staff at the time of purchase were helpful and friendly. Great right? Wrong. After spending $20 on a Nectar Collector, the thing breaks in one day on the second time of me trying to use it. Well, its twenty bucks, I get it, it's thinly made and cheap. But I did not expect it to break like it was a $5 piece of glass.I go to call the store the next day to see what they can do and the guy sounds like he is trying to get off at the fact the store purposefully sold me something that they knew was going to break so easily. I didn't ask if they could take the piece back or even give me my money back, I simply just wanted to know what I should do. The guy just kept repeating himself "Well it's a $20 piece of glass, what did you expect? It's left the store, I don't know what I can tell you". So you're meaning to tell me you sold me this piece yesterday that you knew wasn't going to last but 5 minutes, assume that I have money just to blow on something that is just going to break so easily, and you're going to make it sound like the business just doesn't care about its customers in general?No, thank you. It doesn't matter from a single consumer stand point but it matters to me; I will take my business to a place where the salesperson is honest and at least will try to sound empathetic at the fact that the business they are representing may accidentally make their customer feel dissatisfied.

Best smoke shop in Harrisonburg. I went to so many different places looking for CBD and they had a great selection and everything else you could imagine. The staff was great and the cleanliness of the store was top notch.

Ive enjoyed every visit here. Zack is amazing!! He keeps it real with you, is extremely knowledgeable about literally everything in the store, and will tell you even if the cheaper item works better in his experience. They keep the store very clean, with always a movie or music playing. The girls are very friendly and don’t make you feel silly as a new comer with many questions.

Wasn't in 5 minutes and pulled down my mask to see prices on Sweatshirts, because my glasses were fogged, and the guy behind the counter jumped right on me. Telling me I had to pull my mask up! I'm sorry, I just pulled it down to see what the prices were and not a single person was near me. My husband and I were the only ones in the store, other than the 2 workers & they were behind the counter. We are from out of state and have a ton of gifts to buy on our way back up north. Exactly the stuff our friends love. This guy just rubbed us the wrong way, mask police! We left immediately after, didn't want to spend our money there. I could see if the store was packed! I hope the loss of money was worth your controlling personality. Back off a bit. I was just shopping!

Great selection of hardware/glassware. The e-liquid, kratom, and delta 8 selection not so much. With so much space in the glass display cases maybe pick out a few different brands to carry. Also there are a few "vape" shops in the area that have much more competitive pricing. 100 dollars for four 60 mil bottles of e-liquid is pretty steep compared with other shops. Customer service was great and the shop was clean.

Do not shop here unless you know exactly what you need. They will sell you something without disclosing their no returns or exchange policy. Customer service is an after thought. On top of that, rude people work there (the white guy with pony tail).

Don't buy anything you're not familiar with. They have a secret "no return" policy that they hide in the fine print on their receipts and nowhere else in the store. 0/5 professionalism. 0/5 customer service. 1/5 glass quality.

I stopped by this place last week on my way to Pennsylvania, I needed some Valerian coils for the ride. I was greeted when I first entered the store and was promptly asked if I needed any help. They didn't carry the coils I needed and suggested a new tank - I was desperate so I caved and got a new tank $29 - Boom! I made it to the car and opened the box it was a tank for concentrates, I turned around and went back in to exchange it. I was told I could buy another tank and come back at 9pm closing (it was 5pm) or tomorrow to exchange or get a refund. I asked why and was told "the guy who does that isn't in" I thanked the young man and took it as a lost since I don't live in the area. Why were they not told how to do a return/exchange? It's very strange and not the best practice.

Long time smoker, looking to quit. Walked in the shop with absolutely no knowledge about vapes, cartridges, juice, wicks and what have you....Jackson was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Walked out with 2 vapes and 4 juices. Very very happy with Jackson’s recommendations!!Store was well laid out and well stocked. Staff and Store itself isn't bad. The prices and selection are what make me not shop here anymore. Really need to get more of a variety in regards to all products. Deals are also horrible.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I went there looking for CBD products. In mid sentence of me asking questions the person behind the counter cuts me off and says I can’t have my Vape pen in the shop. She continues to tell me she will no longer give me any details about the CBD products they sell until I take my pen back to the truck. Whether they have a policy or not, the employee was abrupt and rude and cared little for me as a customer. BTW, there is nothing posted before entering stating you can’t bring your Vape pen in the store. I am new to CBD and hoped to get some help figuring out what I needed to help with sleep. I won’t step foot in the store again and recommend that no one else does either.

Terrible. Everything was overpriced. I walked in with my friends(all of which are 18) and they immediately asked for our IDs and I was the only one that had one. They said the wrong prices over the phone. And when I tried to buy some CBD gummies, the cashier charged me $21 and all I had was a $20. And he didn’t sell it to me! They said on the phone they were $8!

Definitely the best smoke shop around Harrisonburg. I love this shop and all of the pieces in it. The people who work there are actually helpful and knowledgeable unlike a lot of other vape shops I’ve been to. It’s really refreshing to have a nice experience with a smoke shop.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They sell stuff that doesn't work and then tell you you're out of luck because they don't do exchanges or refunds!!! I bought a Nebox that leaks, brought it back the next day and the clerk couldn't care less. He laughed and said that nothing could be done!!! Places like this need to be put out of business. They also sold me batteries that don't work!!!!
