Orkin has worked very hard to fix my once horrific ant problem around my very old house! They always listen to my findings and make extra suggestions for keeping all pests away. At times they have stayed longer than I would have anticipated so that they can monitor activity. I greatly appreciate this as it keeps me from having to call them back for extra services. Monty is especially my favorite, he's very knowledgeable and professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. It's apparent that even if he's not the person who comes he has read the notes from other and that he keeps up with messages from the main office. There are times when I'm unable to be home for my service but my cameras are monitoring. I've never had a problem with any of the exterminator but I can say Monty doesn't just run in and spray a few problem areas he's the most consistently through about taking care of the entire property. 10/10. I highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and get the package with scheduled services and free call backs. It has saved me so much. I've used other companies and done one-time treatments that were much pricier and way less effective. Orkin is in a different league from the others!

I worked with Ashley at the call center. I told her of our situation and she was very concerned and informative about the situation we have. She explained what would take place, how the technician would come to my home and take his time to assess the situation and he would explain the treatment plan. She also explained what the technician would do when he arrives at my home. She went over the options for a payment plan and explained that I could choose how to pay. Ashley was very concerned, very informative , a very pleasant and a polite lady to speak with. She made this whole situation a very positive experience for me. She is an asset to your company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 gold stars for AshleyBlane is the gentleman that came to my house on time. I showed him where the ants was seen at he took the time to watch where the ants was coming from. He then sprayed and his information was correct about the stuff he sprayed would stop the ants within a day. It’s been a week and we have seen absolutely no live bugs inside the home at all. Blane was very kind and informative also. He is also a asset to your company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 gold stars for Blane also

Amazing service! The technician fit me in his schedule last min and came by same day. Not even 5 mins after, and the bugs were creeping out, which tells me that whatever he did worked! He also talked us through everything he did and treated our whole home throughly! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

When I made my first contact to Orkin they responded immediately with an inspection as I had an issue with termites. They explained the remedy and the folks that came out to start treatment did so the same week. Being unable to complete the treatment due to rain it was rescheduled on two occasions and in later finding out the reason for no shows it made sense. I just would have appreciated a phone call or text so I would have understood why they did not come. This was explained to the regional manager who came out after my call with him that day and all treatment was completed. Their business is so very busy this time of year but bottom line, every individual I met with was polite and understanding, knowledgeable and thorough with all their efforts so they would be recommended by me for any pest situation you experience.

Orkin always called to let us know when they were coming, and they arrived when they said they would. The first guy to come out looked at the termites with me and explained how he knew they were termites. Then he went into detail about the course of treatment in terms that I could understand. They performed the treatment with excellence. We paid to have another year of checking for termites. I called to see when they were coming, and the receptionist told me. Later she called back because she had told me the wrong month, and let me know when it would be, which was very nice of her. The next day or two the Orkin man came to check for termite activity. Orkin has acted with courtesy and skill from beginning to end. Their tv advertisement is true.

We had a great experience with the Orkin service we received. We had mice in our house and our previous pest control company did not provide adequate mitigation except to replace our insulation in the attic because it was covered in mice feces and urine. We’ll….come to find out from our Orkin technician Jay Crowley inspected our attic and found no evidence of mice in the attic at all! He did find how they got in and closed up the area and distributed bait traps. Jay explained everything and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Orkin!

I was able to reschedule the day before for the same day but at a later time. I appreciate that. The worker was friendly, polite, worked quickly, wore coverings over his shoes. I do wish that masks are required again to protect the workers as well as the customers.

Good work from their guy Jay Crowley. There was a small scheduling mishap and he called and communicated it well as soon as it was noticed. He was very professional and worked with me on my schedule. When he got here he did a great assessment, got the job done, and made sure he did it well. Our tech mike is the best. He knows our pets and has key pad to our house. Great price and helped us with an infestation of roaches when we purchased our new house. We bought a Fixer upper and the previous tenants had the home in an unlivable condition. We gutted the house and orkin did their thing and we got rid of our problem! Thank you orkin

I wish I could leave negative stars...Orkin stinks. We have had zero satisfaction, and cannot even get them to schedule a follow up meeting. Both employees we had contact with have left the company and no one has followed up on our calls. The job was horribly messy and incomplete. We even found 'traps' that were not buried thrown behind our bushes. Ugh. I do not recommend them...thought they were a reputable company but they proved to be as annoying as termites.

UPDATE - Manager promptly followed up to get full details. A new technician was sent out to resolve issues with poor service and provided a satisfactory service. He advised that he will be our new regular service technician.Consistently poor service - always a excuse why the tech cant kill the ants that are causing saw dust. Supposed to dust cob webs - never does. Even with calling for "free retreatment" tech comes out and says there's nothing else he can do. When I suggest what the previous employee did that was successful - he doesn't recommend it - he's worried he will attract the bugs to the building with his poison 😂 Very frustrating to deal with and drives very fast across our property endangering pets and children. We have used Orkin for 2 years. The first year was good but so far the summer of 2020 has been very bad. Orkin is completely worth the money. They inspect for a bug problem and only recommend treating if they think you have an infestation. And they treat it correctly if you do...no cutting corners. I'd rather spend a little more to kill the pests the first time than pay a cheaper company first and still have to treat with Orkin when the cheaper treatment didn't succeed.

I have a historic house that is being renovated. The first visit from Orkin, they did not require me to be present and they treated the interior. I presumed this would be the routine. I have found out that they have only been spraying the exterior and not going inside to treat the interior ever since the first visit. They send a different representative each time. I work a 50-hour week 10 miles away from the property. I cannot be there to let them in the door or supervise them. I presume other Orkin customers work and can't be onsite, either, when the service representative visits their property. Because of their negligence, a dust beetle and powder post beetle problem has developed in the log cabin portion of the house. Orkin is under contract with me to treat the interior of my house! I am going to file a Better Business Bureau complaint to get 50% back of what I pay Orkin monthly. This has created one more thing I have to worry about! They also never answer their phone. I had to call Orkin as a new prospective customer to speak to a human being. They promised that someone would call me back but they didn't call me back! This is supposedly a nationally known leader in the pest control industry but I have had a very bad experience with them.

This Orkin branch is excellent and though there were initially some issues in completing the crawl space encapsulation, they were resolved by Alex, the most experienced technician. The old dehumidifier, age unknown, was running but not working. It required replacement with a new one Orkin recommended.Prior to moving to Fishersville I had been a very satisfied Orkin customer for over 20+ years.The Branch Manager, A.W., was most helpful and patient in explaining the procedure.Yes, Orkin is expensive, but they stand behind their service.

This has been the worst customer experience of my life, paying for both termite baiting and crawlspace vapor barrier, nothing was completed as promised. The crawlspace vapor barrier was installed on top of glass and construction material, violating the contract to remove debris, so as a result the material is already showing holes. And it wasn't even fully rolled out and pinned down all the way into the crawlspace. How is it to prevent moisture and humidity if it isn't correctly installed? My sales person, Corey Walker, never returned my calls, nor did the manager he claimed to have sent my concerns to. I never received a report from the 6 month bait inspection. And then at time to renewal, when I continued to ask to speak to anyone about my concerns with the crawlspace installation, the new sales person Anthony refused to return my call, the manager did not call as promised, nor did the service manager Matt. I still have no email response from a year of correspondence and over a dozen phone calls. Will update if I hear anything.Service: Termite inspection
