Great value items at a cheap price. Great rug selection and patio accessories. I will always check there before going elsewhere. Pro tip: if you like the item, buy it. Chances are someone will buy it and that's what happened with us. We came back for a rug and we didn't find what we were looking for. Few days later, it was back. We were happy.

Only giving 3 starts because we travel for work and we're in alot of Ollie's. So I was a little bothered by how dirty this store is. Especially in the back areas. Just not clean, not organized in the back at all.

I gave four stars because of the great bargains. There are lots lots merchandise. So you need to navigate through the isles.If you search carefully you will find very good buys. I think the sales associates work very hard to maintain this place! So if the check out line get too long and you have to wait for a bit please be patient.The customer service I experienced today I will say five stars!

One of the biggest Ollie's in Virginia. Great staff, and amazing finds from all over the place. I think it's tough to get a place this size organized and tidy but I did not movie any major issues. Manger was helpful and my only feedback is the stores being unable to lol up coupons on their system unless I have them on me. We like the kid section and deals on books, food, and random goodies are fantastic

So this is my first time ever visiting this store I was kind of floored when I first walked in because you know usually the first impressions are kind of like I guess everything my first impression of the store was not the greatest it's somewhat of maybe I would classify as an acquired taste .. they do however have a little bit of everything so to speak some things are I would say quite overpriced than others for the quality of the product and I kind of think that the store is not set up to be efficient to be able to shop through in certain sections and find what you're looking for it's kind of like all jumbled and jostle together like it's kind of like going into a Dollar general if anyone's ever been into a Dollar general in the past few years and you go in there and you can't get down on you got a bunch of carts and boxes on top of like these carts and you can't get down on aisle and you can't find what you're looking for well then there you go that's kind of like this place is but without the the carts full of boxes

Always liked shopped at Ollie's but today turned me off. I bought a bag of chips for 4.99 went to the car to try them. They smelled so bad and I tried one. They were terrible. I understand this is not their fault but when I went in to get my money back. The nice young man who waited on me said he couldn't do returns so he sent m to a woman who must have been the manager she was so rude, no apology, just said we don't take food back and it's opened. Really how would I have known it was bad. She was mean. The young man smelled them and knew they were bad. She turned her nose away and said I'm not smelling them. I wouldn't be upset but not even a sorry! And 5 dollars is a lot of money for something I threw away.

This is the biggest Ollie’s ever at a whopping 55,742 square feet. It’s about 20,000 square feet bigger than an average Ollie’s which is about 25,000 to 45,000 square feet. You should go to this Ollie’s.

Always find good deals at Ollie’s, but this location is by far the best I have been to for customer service.I bought a 9x12 rug and the store’s team were all so helpful. Massive thank you to Kevin! He immediately brought the rug up to the register for me and even loaded it in my car.

A discount chain with constant turnover, crowded aisles and many bargains if you know what to watch for. Prices are not always the cheapest but often are competitive. The only caveat I have discovered is that some seasonal food items which are far out of season are past their freshest (not unsafe or inedible but not prime).

Well as I've stated before...this place has some pretty cool, gimmicky, novelty,"AS SEEN ON TV" kind of stuff. A little bit of everything and a whole lot of nothing. They have food but not enough to fill your grocery list no refrigerated products. If you're looking for some cheap carpet or rugs or even like bed sheets and towels this is a pretty good place to go. Guys one thing this place does have is extremely cheap paint equipment such as rollers brushes and tape but every aerosol spray can no matter what it is from brake cleaner to spray paint to spray adhesive is only $3.99. they also have the lowest priced bungee straps and tarps in town. If you're looking for universal phone and PC accessories they have a pretty wide selection of decent stuff. One more final thing, I do like how there's hardly ever anybody in the store but I dislike how slow they're registers are and having only one person to ring you up can build a line that seems to take forever. I remember when this place was first built when it was brand new super fresh, farmer Jack,... And I tell you what this shopping center has really gone downhill. Nothing that it would deter me from going there. If you are out that way you should check out the restore that's next door they're open Thursday through Saturday 10:00 to 6:00 and have a lot of very low priced household items such as furniture, couches, shelves, light bulbs, lamps, kitchen stuff, hardware, you name it.

There are some good deals here and a lot of items you just wonder who buys? Definitely a different type of store but worth a trip to check out.
