Would not return here. The service was subpar and the quality of ice cream is not my preference. It was thick like custard, but not creamy at all. It had more of the same consistency as ice dream from chick fil a or ice milk. The cookie dough flavor had barely any chocolate chips. I asked for extra cookie dough on top and it was crumbled which gave it a weird flavor.

My boyfriend and I were visiting the area and was told about Kline's. We stopped by after dinner and shared a small hot fudge sundae. We enjoyed ourselves along with a lot of other happy patrons. The staff was really nice and SUPER appreciative when I tipped them. It was a nice treat after dinner.

Went there for hot fudge sundae and was told only thing included on hot fudge sundae was the fudge- that was considered the 1 topping when before you got to add 1 topping in addition to fudge, the waffle bowl l tried was generic so I paid $8 for a fake hot fudge sundae and a rude cashier: Klines owner here is hot fudge sundae For the Sundae:▢ Ice Cream▢ Whipped Cream▢ Sprinkles▢ Nuts▢ CherriesHope this helps you remember!!

Kline's is hands down, the best ice cream and frozen desserts bar in Harrisonburg.Each week they offer special flavors which are fun to try. I have yet to get a flavor that was less than delicious!This location is next to Subway and at the lower end of the shopping center parking lot.You can enter from South Main St or from West Mosby Road and come down from the plaza parking lot.

Chocolate, vanilla and cherry chocolate chip (made with Maraschino cherries) are the only flavors. I ordered 2 sundaes and learned they charge extra for the whipped cream, nuts and cherry that are standard ingredients of any ice cream sundae! The ice cream wasn't rich and creamy, the hot fudge was more like chocolate sauce than thicker hot fudge. Very disappointed.

Got a hot fudge shake that hit the spot. They have vanilla and chocolate custard-style ice-cream at all times, and one or two special flavors that changes frequently. Never a long line when I come here and that's a plus on a hot day!

Excellent local ice cream. Unique texture to any other ice cream. Their weekly flavours are a hit or miss, but vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone, with strawberries and wet nuts is a combo that you can not go wrong with. Keep up the good work!

Greedy bunch of overpriced lunatics!!! My kids ask for chocolate vanilla swirl, they said they have to charge for 2 dips… I said ok put half of each in each kids cup.? No we have to charge you $14.00 for (2) kiddie cups and 4 scoops! Good luck in your bankruptcy! I won’t be back!!! Rode next door @ McDonald’s got the kids a cone of ice cream 🍦 for $1.59.

Truth be told, you really haven't had true ice cream until you've had some here. The best ice cream place in the city, and the best ice cream I've had anywhere. It's homemade, and made with care. Their flavors of the week are also really good, and I haven't had one I didn't like, and each location has a different one each week as well in each of their locations, If you are in any of the towns they are in, you definitely should swing by there and give it a try, it'll be worth your while.

Almost $9 for 2 single scoop waffle cones so be aware this is not cheap. We got 2 of the mint chocolate chip frozen custard and really enjoyed it. The waffle cone was mid tier and we were mildly disappointed. Overall a great taste. Be aware that a hot day this stuff melts quickly so you might prefer a bowl if a mess is an issue. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score.

Kline's is a classic Harrisonburg (now with other locations) favorite! Great soft serve ice cream with a different flavor every week in addition to the standards of chocolate and vanilla. A real local treat and highly recommend!

It's quite possible that we are living in the golden age of ice cream innovation, one where old-school creameries are churning out vanilla bean masterpieces honed over generations while creameries are tossing the term "chef" into the mix to challenge the very notion of what ice cream is. It's a win-win for everyone, especially when temps outside begin to spike.This past few weeks I came to try different flavors or those available. This place offers some options at a price range that is accessible to all ages and pockets. The 3 🌟 it is because of my knowledge on Ice Cream.

Very casual location with great items! Their special for the week: Black Raspberry was really delicious. A very deep flavour with just the right amount of thickness. Wife got an Ice cream Sunday and she shares similar praises as me.

Way overpriced run of the mill ice cream. Most places include whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry in the price of their sundae but not this place, add them and the price jumps to $6 and change for a small, 1/2 cup serving. The sundae next door at McDonald's is better. Their shakes must be good, so if you decide to try it, go that route. They are hopping this afternoon but most people seem to be ordering milkshakes. Good luck, worst $11 dollars we ever spent.

My wife and I tried Kline's because a number of people told us they had fantastic ice cream. Boy, were they right! We got a vanilla w/ waffle cone and banana pudding milkshake. Both were insanely good, and it didn't take long until we were finished despite the medium-sized serving. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality ice cream!

The ice cream is yummy and made like custard. I love it! If you get a chance to try cake batter, DO IT!the only complaint is you don't get discounts when buying in bulk. And occasionally I get a skimp pint.
