The store was not helpful when I called about a small item I accidentally left. I live an hour away from the store, so I thought to give them a call to see if my item had been found. The lady told me that I would need the original receipt or that she could look at the camera to help me. When I told her I did not have the original receipt as I threw it away as most people might do. I asked her if she would be able to go onto the cameras like she had suggested. I knew the date and the time that I was there. She proceeded to tell me that she could not do that however, she originally suggested it herself! She even said that it would help us to know if someone behind me even accidentally picked it up. I loved shopping at Hobby lobby and that day I spent over $350 on flowers. It’s pretty sad that the lady could not help me with even her own suggestion. Very contradicting! I will not return.

This is an excellent Hobby Lobby! I was impressed. It was stocked to the hilt and they were in the midst of the 50%off fall sale. We felt like we hit the jackpot. There was great variety of decor for the fall for wreath and home decorations. The sale prices were a great deal and these were great quality. Thanks Hobby Lobby of Harrisonburg. 🙋🏽‍♀️😁👍🏾🙌🏾🎯

This store is absolutely amazing! If you in any way enjoy crafting, repurposing old furniture, sewing, models, painting or any other hobbies that doesn't require a ball, Hobby Lobby has you covered. It is bright and clean, always has the things in looking for and a lot of things I didn't even know I needed. I was assisted the other day by Dixie and she answered every question I had and recommended a few new things to try. I wish they were open on Sundays but I understand their position and respect them for sticking to it.

It's a great store, nice employees... but the amount of moving things around and somewhat high prices can be tricky. While sales are always happening.. it's confusing.

Poor customer service in the fabric department. Maybe place a sign stating you're "away from your post" before yelling at customers for doing your job. Waited 10 minutes to get fabric cut for my daughter. After ringing the bell several times, yes I cut my own fabric. I dont have all day to chase down an unhappy employee who doesn't want to do their job as it is. Oh well. Won't be back.

If you choose to shop here for whatever reason make sure that if anything is on sale that you watch carefully at the register. It doesn't come off when they scan it they have to look it up in a book and they are too lazy to look it up so they just charge you full price. Really watch really make sure they have tried to scam me almost every time I've ever been in there and I always ask if I wouldn't have asked would you have looked it up and they always say no

Went to a Hobby Lobby for the first time and I was really impressed. There is a huge selection of stuff and a very competent and helpful staff. I got a custom framing done and the pricing was excellent!

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby ❤️ You can make almost anything from the huge selection they carry. Just use your imagination and the sky is the limit! The employees are always helpful and love for you to share with them what you make. Best Arts and Crafts store ever!

i really love what this place stands for not necessarily the politics either way but the whole hobby stuff 'using my brain' (to sometimes think of the marketing or what exactly it is like liking sector 9 longboards a lot or my new footlocker ordered shaq shoes different restaurants) um also the workers i've seen here have been quite charming and presentable (i think i remember seeing some older women who look like they knew exactly what i was looking for and what they were talking about) different faces who seem like they really can help and provide answers (different price ranges of stuff and selections to chose from) so what i like is i have been pursuing days as a painter lately (and lots of other hobbies if they can help with those video photography guitar piano blogging writing longboarding miniatures home ownership) i got some stuff here that's been good enough quality and fun to do some of it with my style may have been a little bit funny to think of being ghetto or realistic different angles i really like accumulating and finishing canvases there's a picture i really enjoy of ronnie wood from the stones in his studio with all these finished paintings in there recently i got a real good guitar wall art piece (really rings the bell on that) and a microphone decoration (definitely seems to support my goals and my parents let me get it too they didn't have an issue with it like how i'm still using some older guitars how happy i was with my gibson sg i got in high school from walking dogs money) i like some of the like southern vibe (one thing i might like is when something can seem a little 'trashy' in a good way like deli wings or thinking of groceries too the shopping experience and even at times being miserly) here another would be the charm of the college campus jmu the students that mixed with others a steady flow of people to be around coming here this is by the dentist i go through with the veterans affairs i've learned more of the map around here with my parents um one thing i like a lot about this is it being an alternative to 'vices' not to get specific or vulgar a positive thing to do like sunday catholic mass i've found different things that help with my dreams it is a blast coming here thanks hobby lobby also the prices are good and testing the waters on how far to go

Bev the lady at the Fabric Counter was so sweet! She went out of her way to help me with my projects. She gave me amazing advice and her customer service was outstanding! I am really really impressed! The prices were fair and sale prices were amazing! This will be my go to craft store from now on!!!!

I've gone to hobby lobby twice now and neither experience was good. Checkout associates should worry more about the customers in line, instead of having a conversation with a person they clearly know all the while smacking her gum and building a line.

Hobby Lobby is so awesome! Not just in principle, but in the wide variety of merchandise too! The staff are all so friendly and seem to embody the joy that comes from knowing the Lord. I love that I can expect to get all the Christian decor I could ever want. Yayy Hobby Lobby!

I love this store and all the products. I'm only giving 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1) they reduced their yarn selection by more than half. They used to have the best selection in the area. Now its as bad or worse than Michael's yarn selection 2) The cashiers are ridiculously slow. It does not matter what day of the week it is, what time of day or if its busy or slow, the cashiers are ALWAYS SLOW!

They have the most beautiful decor for a beautiful home! Plus, there's always a sale! The only thing I find overwhelming is the fact that they put out seasonal items about six months ahead of time...though certainly not a deal-breaker.

It is the place to go for craft supplies that you are unable to find at the Dollar Tree or if you need better quality than DT offers. They usually put seasonal items on sale a month or so ahead, so shop early. Photo: hoop from DT, yarn from HL, decorations are re-purposed from fast food places, the sign is from wide craft sticks.

I enjoy shopping at this store a few times a year and they have a wide selection. Appreciate that the staff has been very helpful, friendly, and courteous. I find most of what I need in the crafts section and very much like the quality of the merchandise they sell in this store.

I'm all over the place in this store looking at all the new products. And their prices are really not bad at all. Decorating, and fabric,is what brings me out to this store. I'd be happy to spend the whole day there.
