We've been taking our labradoodle here for over two years, and every time Nicole gives him a great cut. She is responsive to my preferences, and kind and gentle with my dog (who is anxious about getting groomed). The other staff are friendly and the prices are good.

I write a lot of reviews on Google, and sadly this is the only low review. I called them 1.5 months ago as our dog needs grooming badly, as our other groomer stopped taking larger dogs. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them, and had to wait 1.5 months for an open appointment. I explained our dog is very standoffish at first, but once you take the leash and get to know her she's loving and super friendly, but there is an adjustment period. She's a Briard, a French sheepdog, and they are known to be like this. I had thought about trimming her myself due to the long time without grooming, but we waited. We walked in and she barked loudly and stepped towards the woman. Without even trying to get to know her they said get her out and NO! Sorry, but dog experts would know that was just an initial response to a new place. She sat when I told her to sit, and she stopped. They didn't even want to talk to me or take a minute to get to know her. We've had dogs for 40 years, and I've had 3 Briards, and other breeds, and I've NEVER been to a place, either a groomer or Vet, that acted like that! Sorry, they seem to be amateurs in dealing with dogs IMHO, and maybe it's for the best they turned us away as I'm not sure I would trust my dog with people so naive about dogs. Now my dog's fur is very long and needs grooming because I had to wait 1.5 months for nothing. I would have made other arrangements if they hadn't been dishonest with me on the phone.EDIT: I'd like to respond to the business response below. I DID let them know about my Dog and described her typical initial behavior, as I said I was on the phone 1.5 months ago for at least 20 minutes. Again, they did not even attempt to befriend my dog, and I found, as I said in my 40+ years, of visting kennels, groomers, and vets in at least 6 States I've NEVER had anyone react unprofessionally the way they did nor did they seem like experts with handling dogs. It is normal for many dogs to be stressed on first visit to any groomer, kennel, or Vet, this is behavior that dog professionals normally handle just fine.

Just want to say I was happy with this place until my last visit. The usual groomer my dog saw was not who took care of him that day. She apparently cut back her days, and I was not notified. They put my dog with a new person, and then they overloaded her schedule. I felt bad for her but more for my dog. He was there for 7 hours, and he also never even got to go outside to go to the bathroom. I was supposed to be able to pick him up at 3:30, maybe 4. I didn't get to leave till almost 6. I know the girl tried her best, but she didn't do as well as the other groomer. Probably won't go back !

I just tried to take my dog to his appointment today and just because my dad had put a fairly neutral review of four stars they decided to CANCEL my dog appointment. not only that they also lied in response to his review claiming they don't charge clients for waiting in the lobby when I know for a FACT that they charged my mom $10 for waiting inside. they don't even have the dignity to call and say they canceled the appointment, they told us to our face acting as if we were supposed to know they canceled our appointment.

Wife loved the service and how our dog looks. Only complaint I have it that they are SLOW and charge extra for the owner to wait in their lobby. $10 for priority but it took 2.5hrs.Update:Today my wife went to drop off our other dog Oreo for his grooming appointment and was denied, they cancelled the appointment on the spot because of my previous 4 star review. Besides finding this ridiculous I find it unethical.I gave an honest 4 star review and now they retaliate with cancelling the appointment.This business might treat the pets with professionalism but certainly not the pet owners.To everyone reading this review please reconsider using this business.

We have a dog that suffers from anxiety and I have read all these reviews about how good they are there with this issue and I watched our dog get his nails done for two mins and was told we will be changed double because it took one to cut his nails and one to calm him down. This was only after that fact she cut one of his nails so short he jerked it from here and she used appointment to stop the bleeding. We will not be going back here again due to the fact that they are unprofessional and they had no care for our dog. All dogs deserve the best and don’t fall for those cute pictures they place Facebook.

Had a great experience! We took our 2 large German Shepherds and they did great! Amber was wonderful! Big area, friendly staff and they kept our dogs together as well as they do better together. We’re already scheduled to go back for another bath in a month! Highly recommend

I took my 9 month old puppy Charlie in for the first time and Fourpaws did an amazing job- specifically Nicole! I dropped Charlie off at 8AM and he was ready for pick-up before noon. They were efficient and very welcoming. My boy looks as handsome as ever, thank you Nicole!!

The staff were super nice and friendly. She asked exactly what I wanted prior to dropping my dog off so that was great. Unfortunately, I dropped her off at 8am and after over 5 hours of not hearing anything, I called them and seemed to catch her off guard.. She said to come in 30 minutes so I did and my dog was up on the grooming table still. She said that my spayed dog was on her period because there was a tiny bit of blood back there which I'm pretty sure came from a nik of the buzzer... Anyway, after I go home and really got a chance to look at my dog, the only things that were done were her paws, underbelly, and hind area... I honestly think this was a one-off time where they were short staffed or something, I don't know but I definitely won't be bringing my dog here again. I could have done everything that they did at home at no cost to me.

I’ve taken my dog there for de-shedding and grooming. They always do a fantastic job for a great price! This last time I had Brittany, and not only did she do a great job but she was detail oriented. Her professional eye realizes my dog had a tooth issue and I was able to get her to the vet. Without her professional eye and great work, we may not have caught the issue so soon ! Can not recommend them enough, great service, affordable and I can trust them with my babies!

We have been taking our dog here for a little over a year, and the service has progressively gotten worse over time. Lots of staff turn over. Inconsistent groom wait times. Every time our dog comes out with a different looking trim even though they have index cards for all the dogs with their preferences noted. That said, we can be understanding to a workplace that is understaffed and over worked, which is why we have stayed thus far; however, today was our last day. We went to pick up our 13 year old dog from his grooming appointment and he was bleeding profusely from his right paw. Our dog was assigned to Dakota and when I called to politely ask for recommendations on how to stop the bleeding, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior before being hung up on. Unfortunately, the customer service and quality of grooming care is not what it used to be. Please save your pets from going to this awful place.

Megan is the best. We have taken our dogs there for years. She treats them like her own and even cares for our golden retriever with severe anxiety in her own special way. When Megan learned that we were expecting, she planned a photoshoot with our pups and had special bows for them celebrating our babies! She is always kind, reliable, and flexible. We highly recommend to everyone. Even after moving farther away, it is worth the 40 minute drive, hands down!! It’s an added bonus that they always come home with new seasonal/holiday bows and bandanas!!

My dog has been here twice. The first time was wonderful and I couldn’t say enough good things. The women in this establishment have been informative and polite and seem to really care. My dog never minded going there so I didn’t worry too much about it when this most recent time they had him for a full 8.5 hours before calling me to come get him. He did however have to hold his bladder that full time as it was obvious by how long he took to go potty once he got outside. In the days after his grooming we noticed clumps of hair laying around the house and realized he started shedding severely after his grooming. A day or so goes by and we realize my long hair Pekingese mix is digging and scratching at himself so much he is starting to develop raw places and his hair is not just shedding it’s falling out… IN CLUMPS! Over the weekend after his appointment he got so bad that he would pant severely and dig like he was absolutely miserable. I couldn’t call the vet until Monday so I did what I could with giving him a soothing oatmeal bath and Benadryl to help him relax. The following Monday we found out he is having a severe allergic skin reaction and has burn like sores under all that long hair. I don’t know what shampoos or products were used on him this last time but I can’t in good conscience ever take my baby back there knowing there’s a product being used that can give a dog chemical burn marks. The allergic reaction is probably not anyone’s fault maybe he is just sensitive to grooming products but he has had many baths by me and others close to him and nothing like this has ever happened. The vet suggested to me that his groomer is using a product that is of too high a concentration and I should not go back. These ladies really do know their stuff but the 8.5 hours without a potty break paired with chemical burns and an allergic reaction is just too scary for me not to make this review to potentially warn anyone that could have the same issue as my fur baby did.

They did a great job on my shih tzu, Lola! Lola had been going to a different salon and had not been groomed well. The young lady who worked on Lola at 4 Paws Grooming was very patient and spent a long time working on Lola. I think that maybe after the next cut, Lola will just need a regular groom. Ohhhh also, the price is great!
