Sadly disappointed!! I showed up to this place to return 4 items at 8:25pm after checking online that they were open till 10. Walked up and note on door says "Closed at 8...". I rushed with my kids from the waterpark just to come and return these items before heading on my journey back he for some last minute items. 2 thumbs down! These bags are not what they used to be. Zippers broke off while attempting to close it on first use! Only 3 little items in it, plenty of space and it BROKE. NOT WORTH THE DOLLAR 25.🙄

This dollar tree is pretty good. Sometimes it's not the cleanest and sometimes there's an odd smell, but overall they're usually well stocked and the employees are very nice and super helpful. It did bother me quite a bit that they require customers to fully wear masks, which i completely agree with, but 2 of the 3 cashiers were checking customers out while wearing their masks below their noses. Jennifer and another male with long graying hair. You should know better, especially since Dollar Tree's updated mask policy was posted at eye level on top of your station.

I went in today to get balloons and I believe her name was collet! She was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me even though it was busy. Her colleague was extremely rude yelling at her and when she asked for help she stared and said “No”. Collet was polite and has great customer service skills. She made an uncomfortable situation much better by being attentive and professional. We need more employees like her.

I am conflicted about this one for sure. Most of then are super sweet and kind. But on any given bad day they suddenly aren't. My main issue is that if you give a 2$ off of 2 coupon for 2 items. They change the coupon to a dollar off. Because " dollar tree standard is one dollar value for each coupon" so when dollar tree takes that to the manufacturer they will get 2$ but i will only benefit 1$ . not very ethical. However on the upside it is pretty good stuff for a dollar. And sometimes free with the correct coupon. So depends on the day

We visited this store on Sunday (Monday was Memorial Day). Upon entering we weren't greeted although an employee was at register. We said, hello (no response) and continued shopping.The store was organized and well stocked. I got everything we were looking for and more(per usual, when shopping at a Dollar Tree)!Checked out with a cashier by the name of Jordan. Superlackluster in customer service. I had several glass vases and he bagged them. After noticing, I asked of he could wrap them with the usual tan wrapping paper glass items are wrapped in(frequent shopper). He became visibly irrated by the ask. I offered to help wrap items. We finshed and I thanked him. He looked down , said nothing. I said it again, thinking my mask prohibited my voice projection. Still, no response. I asked him, do you hear me speaking to you? He said, huh, and just stared at me. I repeated myself and said, I am thanking you. Still nothing. Finally the other employee, said, you're welcome. I said, you didn't have to say it. He said, well, we're not used to people thanking us. My response to that- whether or not customers do or don't say it. It's a world wide reply. Basic etiquette. Jordan is a bad representation of Dollar Tree. Now that I think about it, he wasnt friendly to the other African American customer either. Management, please do a refresher customer service training.

Have to been this location a few times, im from a few towns over. Boxes and stock sitting around but there were employees trying to put it away. Overall pretty tidy store with lots of items to choose from. Had halloween and start of Christnas items when we stopped by.

They have got a bunch more crafts. Fellas, if your wife is crafty this will be her solid second stop for all pinterest, Instagram and whatever else is out there that takes 7 regular household items and turns it into something fancy for your house. Yes, you will need to build onto your house or finish your basement to store all the "future projects" for her. Yes, you will need to take out a second mortgage to justify "its only a buck twenty five." Yes, she will hold it against you if you tell her she has a problem. Yes, she will use one of her home made crafts as a shiv if you stage an intervention.

This dollar tree charges 1.25 for EVERYTHING. The one in charlottesville has better items and everything is only 1.00. That extra 0.25 adds up after you get 20 items. And they had no Xmas items hardly.

Last Thursday went to Dollar tree beside PetSmart and was told they could order me a product to pick up. Called today to see if it was in and they told me they did not or could not order for me. Very confusing

This store has pretty much anything you might need or want. Party, cleaning and craft supplies, food, toys and brand name items all for just $1! Right now they have yarn for scarves and blankets and anything floaty or fun for the pool. Hate it all comes from China, but that's what we get for just $1! Lol

Very surprised with the recent covid uptick to see no employees with masks on and no cleaning in between customers in the store. Seem like they were more worried about rushing us through than being safe or sanitary.

The dirtiest, filthiest place of business I have ever seen! Floors so covered with dirt and filth it was very clear either they didn't have a vacuum, weren't taught how to use one or was just too down right LAZY to care about using one! When I commented on the fact they were under staffed and could use some help, especially with putting away stock so it's not cluttering up the store and the store needs to be clean I was told to do it myself! Seriously you rude little (fill in blank)???! It's YOUR job, not mine. If you don't want to do your job there are PLENTY that can and will! City needs to condemn this filthy place!

It's not Macy's, it's the Dollar Tree...you get inexpensive things that you use daily, like toiletries. Clean, well lit and visible from the road with a very large, lighted parking lot. The image is from three of the solar Halloween lights.

I go to both the Dollar Tree stores in Harrisonburg the one I went to tonight was out of a whole lot of merchandise they didn't seem to be able to keep their shelves stock but the one out on John Wayland highway always has everything completely stopped both stores are very clean with friendly people I guess when it comes to product the other store must sell a whole lot more it's a shame because I didn't have the time to go all the way over to the other Dollar Tree to get the things that I needed!

I mainly shop for the affordable cleaning supplies. The store is usually neat and clean and employees are for the most part are friendly. The restrooms are usually disgusting.

Was in an out. The lady was very nice. And friendly. First time in a while a customer service was met an great in a long time. She was amazing.
