I never have a problem with their pharmacy or store ... Both are Extremely Nice. Look beyond Orders. This pharmacy staff stands on Their feet 8-10 hours a day! I can't do that, can you?? So be patient, think ahead when driving through the drive-through to pick up medicines. CVS is under Control. The US Govt regulates all medicines, not the local pharmacies.

If you want to wait in line forever for your prescriptions, then go here. They never get the prescriptions that are called in from the vet but the vet has records where the calls were made. They have dropped the ball so many times here that I am going elsewhere. They attendants do not have much care for the customers.

My husband always fill his prescriptions at this CVS and as the person who always picks them up, I can tell you the pharmacists are very nice and helpful. Inside is laid out well and very spacious and clean. I generally stick to go through the drive-in for prescriptions, which is such a nice convenience when you've got kids.

I have been trying to get an Rx filled since Tuesday at 12:55pm which is the time the dr sent the Rx to CVS . On Wednesday they claimed to not have it. On Thursday they said we "just got it" and it would be "awhile" when I questioned what that meant at 1:30pm, he said 2hrs. At 6pm when attempting to pick it up they said it would be another hour. Unacceptable for it to take 2 in person visits & a phone call to get an Rx filled. Been out of meds since Tuesday & they do not care to have any customer service whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacist insulted and blamed us for doctor miscommunication while getting medicine filled. And lied about the availability of time sensitive medications.

After going to three pharmacies, finally I never thought it would be difficult to find magnesium citrate. They had it.
