I had to transfer prescriptions to them because of my insurance. I've had to call numerous times and talk to many people over almost a week to get three scripts transferred. I've been disconnected, talked over, ignored, provided misinformation, given the run around and heard them blame everyone else for their mistakes and incompetence. No one seems to want to do their job very well and won't even look the number to another local pharmacy to call and get the transfers...even though it HAS to go through them. I've had to look up and get them the number three times. This has been a most frustrating experience and I STILL don't have my prescriptions. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and if I wasn't being forced by my insurance company to use CVS I certainly wouldn't use them.

The worst pharmacy!!!!! I got there at 2 when they was coming off of lunch. I ask if they had one of my meds in stock, and they said yes. I waited 40 minutes for them to tell me that they did not have one of my med, the same med I ask them about 40 minutes prior. Then was say we should have some in a week or so, like really you are trying to make your customers wait that long for med that they need that day. The worst thing is no apology or anything. Save your money and time and leave CVS. They do not care about you so why should you car about them because your just another number to them nothing more.

This is literally the worst CVS I have ever been to. No one has any idea what they are doing, no one communicated with each other, and it is just IMPOSSIBLE to refill a prescription. On hold for 20 minutes after going back and forth 6 different times with them trying to refill a prescription and they hung up on me without saying anything just for me to call back and they’re “closed”. So ridiculous, if you need immediate attention and it’s an emergency DO NOT go here or even if you need something so simple done, do not go here. Terrible.

I’m at the Harrisonburg Va CVS Martin Luther King location and had the pleasure to helped by Mr. Jonathan. He was awesome by walking me through using the CVS app, using my extra care bucks and making a purchase. He’s just a very genuine gentleman, he’s very kind and professional.

9-22-2021 I never Thought it would come a Day that I would actually Hear from a CVS Pharmacist that She didn't Care if We didn't like it or not that My Friend's Prescriptions would Not be Ready until 8pm. It's Very Sad especially when She called In at 1130am and the Prescriptions were for 2 Inhalers Only. No Pills to be Counted just 2 Boxed Inhalers. She told us it was Approved over the Phone. I cannot believe it would take over 8 hours to fill 2 Inhalers. All the Other CVS's are So Nice and Try to go out of their way to Help Everyone but Not this one. I told my Friend I see why you're upset!! My Friend has Severe Asthma since She was Born and Cancer and It's Ironic .. CVS .. when you Fill my Friends medicines it Tells you All her Medical Needs & Problems. Those Inhalers should have been done within an hour if that!! I just picked them up for my Friend because I too am Handicapped. It's 7pm on 9-23-2021 and CVS you also know me and my History. You need to Get Your Priorities Corrected.

This is a great CVS with a huge selection of stuff and very friendly staff. We stopped in yesterday to get our kids a little something to add to their Valentine's stuffed animals and were greeted as soon as we entered, as was everyone else who came in while we were there. We ended up getting 2 chocolate roses and 2 boxes of Sweethearts for under $6 and they were a huge hit with our kids!

NEVER go to this CVS pharmacy!! I went to get tested for Covid and the lady at the window (on the paper they gave me after my visit it said her name was Danushca Pardo) was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered in my life! I could not believe how rude and unprofessional she was but after reading all the other reviews on here I see I’m not the only one who has had a terrible experience at this location. Go to one of the Staunton locations if you want to get tested for Covid. I’ve gone to Staunton twice before this visit and they are much more professional and helpful. Honestly, the drive is worth not getting treated like garbage. Never again. If I could give it a lower rating I would.

Most incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever seen! I get the same three prescriptions every month and not once since July have they gotten it right. When I ask what happened because prior to July everything for over a year was fine, they gave tremendous attitude.

I've never been to another drugstore where they were so far behind on orders that they couldn't help their customers when they first walk in, and they didn't have enough employees working to try to get things caught up to help their customers! To say nothing about the sky high prices.

Fata Is an amazing person as soom as I walked in she greeded me with a smile and asked if If she can help me find something I am looking for. I would recommend you to use this CVS because they got great customer service. Fata made my day.....so helpful.

Went in to print pictures on 3 18 16, both their computers were broken, the two women working sat there talking amongst themselves even after I asked them for help. Never did get to print a single picture. I'd go to the other stores in the area but this one just seems to have bad employees

This is the worse CVS I have ever been too they do not care about anybody my 3 years old had proscription I dropped it off at 10 they told me to come back at 3 pm I go back they say it want be ready for next two days . Never going here again
