this is only for the pharmacy. lied to me about my prescription…..then tried to deny my prescription…..after telling my doctor they would fill it…..then proceeded to sit and laugh at me as I sat and cried in panic……worst service i’ve ever seen….especially considering it was only woman behind the counter. do better.

This pharmacy is rude and totally incompetent. I started going to Walmart years ago because they gave me an antibiotic with atleast 4 or 5 muscle relaxers in the bottle WHILE I WAS PREGNANT! Denied they did it. The pills were a slightly different color with different writing on them. Im not sure if I took any of them. I assume I would have noticed if I did. If I wouldn’t have been so far along they could have caused serious damage to my baby! He was born perfectly healthy.

We have been here twice more recently to pick up a prescription in a pinch and have not had any issues from the pharmacy techs or with checkouts as mentioned by other reviews?

If I could give a zero star I would, the pharmacist was so unprofessional talking down to the patient before me in the line, he was respectfully asking to see how much longer would it take for his medication to be ready and that he has been waiting in the store for over an hour but the lady pharmacist started going off at him and refusing to even transfer out his medication to another branch. Then she proceeded to tell the patient and I quote “do you wanna get a job?” The level of unprofessional and rude attitude I have never had seen such a disgusting incidentIs that even legally allowed to deny and withholding patients medication?Who ever is managing this place needs to review and have a checking with his staff or do a little training ! I will never go here again !

Incredibly rude staff.My mom had an rx sent in a couple days ago. Drove in to get it, sat behind one car for literally 10 minutes. Pull up to the window and it wasnt ready, I asked why it wasnt ready since it had been a few days, the rude girl said “ we are still filling prescriptions from several days ago” ( not my problem- should have more staff). Then I asked how long because we were done in town and she said “ i dont know drive around but you can’t stay here” I explained i just sat behind a man for 10 minutes, whats the difference- theres nobody behind us “. She then got an attitude again and I told her i would complain for her attitude, she then said “ then i wont fill it”.Actually, yes you will, you cannot refuse that.I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody.I then Went inside and Shalon immediately helped me and was very nice.Lindsey was the rude girl at the window. She is representing the entire store and her customer service skills are lacking.

There should -100 pharmacist Jessica should be fired!!! She is rude and could have caused a lethal outcome by not helping my diabetic JMU student get some insulin tonight. She shut down the phones so the doctor was not able to call in and fix the prescription- she left for the night and left my daughter with no medication- my daughter can die with out insulin. Jessica was rude to me on the phone and kicked my daughter out of the store. An innocent customer helped her and said she had seen other JMU student being berated and treated horribly before. The store manager and a pharmacy associate helped to get her through the night !!! We will NEVER go to this CVS again!!! Cvs needs to review all of there terrible reviews and do something to make this right!!! Im sure a recent pharmacy grad would like a job!!Jessica, I hope cvs fires you!! You do NOT deserve to be a pharmacist and I will find the licensing board and report you there too!!!

Super rude staff. I went to pick up a medication in which my insurance doesn’t help on. I switched to the generic version recently so I wasn’t sure of the cost. I came to the drive through and asked them to take off my insurance and put on Good RX because it was still pricier than what I had seen. She told me to come inside for help and when I did another lady helped me. She was blunt with me and when I tried to be friendly she made me feel stupid. I asked her if she could try running the Good RX because I had seen this medication cheap online with it. She told me bluntly she would have to redo everything and it would be more expensive. She grabbed my good RX card from me and I tried to tell her I also had a coupon online from them but she interrupted me telling me to “give her a minute” before I could finish speaking. Of course it was more expensive and she “told me so” so then I gave her the online coupon I tried mentioning and it was the price I saw online. She said nothing when she gave me my phone back and told me to go to the pick up counter.It’s super sad that people who need medication to live and are trying to get the cost lower have to deal with this. I didn’t get a good day or any sort of smile, all I felt like was a huge problem. If I didn’t already have my medications and coupons set at this CVS, I wouldn’t be back.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and care given when medication was unavailable. Maddie was “too busy” to see if any other CVS had the medication needed or even if it was in recent shipment. Asked me to come into store (with a very sick 5yo in tow) to wait to print out the prescription as she was too busy to do it right then. Will not use CVS services ever again.

The pharmacy itself is clean and well stocked. The staff is really nice and can be helpful. My only dislike is the fact that CVS has started their own rules when it comes to getting your medications. Apparently the state and the physicians rules/laws are not good enough for CVS.To update my review... Recently my pain management doctor changed my medication. I tried to get the two he gave me filled. He had written on them to fill today and circled those words. Well they needed to speak to him about my medications. After waiting half the day they refused to fill both of them saying it was to much medication. I've been going to this doctor for over 13 years and he is amazing! They don't know my history or what is wrong with me. Not worth the trouble.

Go somewhere else. The female pharmacist has no clue what she is doing and is 110% incompetent in her job, rude and totally unprofessional. She is absolutely clueless and shouldnt even be allowed to run a drive thru at a Tasty Freeze much less a pharmacy. The entire team has no communication within and most seem to not have any experience at all. You're better off goin somewhere else and avoid the hassle and incompetence. Hopefully cvs corporate sees this and follows up. Case number is Case number s7615050 Sylvonique in customer relations was fantastic in find a plausible solution so I very grateful for that. Again GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I am normally satisfied with the drive thru service but today I was very disappointed. The girl at the window was very rude and it seem it hurt her to help us. We have been dealing with CVS for years and I don't expect this type of service maybe it's time for a change.

Really terrible service regularly at the pharmacy window. I live out of town and make a specific drive to see my doctor and then pick up my prescriptions. Every week they extend the wait, 2 hours, 3 hours, next day. I am on a medicine I cannot miss a day of and it's just ridiculous I have to fight them every single time for my pills.

As someone said previously, CVS has their own rules on whether or not they will fulfill prescriptions. Despite having an override for a medication that I was completely out of ( I use this medication daily) they refused to refill it. In fact, they refused to even call the number that I was given for the override information. I asked the pharmacist, "Why would I be given this override if it does absolutely nothing at all?" and she said, " I don't know". She just kept trying to overrule everything my insurance company was telling me. Horrible customer service. I went to Rite-Aid and they fulfilled the prescription immediately. I will not be going back to this CVS, since I can't even be sure that they'll ever fill scripts due to whatever crazy rules they have.

The pharmacy is the worst when you go inside they have a enough staff but don't wanna work to get you in and out. Then when you call the lady that answered is so rude. If it wasn't for my insurance i would find a new pharmacy.

I called the Front Store today, a young Girl answers.I had to Repeat myself 8 times. I am a Frequent CVS Customer at S High Street CVS but They are All out of Tena Overnight Pads.So I began calling around. Port Rd. Front Store laughed at me ... Never came back onto the Phone to give me an Answer either. Your Customer Service Sucks!!! Whoever You are Shouldn't me working there. I pity your Mom when She Gets Old and You have to buy Incontinent Items for her.

Pharmacist was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what the medications did and the timing of when to take them, and made sure we completely understood before leaving. Haven't seen many attentive pharmacists like that around.

I called CVS on Port Rd, Your Associate giggled then said"excuse me?" 3xs to me and hung upSo I Drove to that CVS, when I walked in .. No OneGreeted me in That Store. The Young Girls working were too busy "Being Them" instead of worrying about Me or Any other Customer walking in.Dear Manager of Customer Service... The pharmacy here has the worst customer service, and it seems as though they make their own rules as to whether they will fill a prescription or not. Despite having a written prescription from my doctor, for a medication that I take daily, they still would not fill my medication until 3 days later. I don't get it. This place is ridiculous. This is not the first time this has happened either, it's almost every time I take my prescription there. I kept going back because that is the only place my insurance would cover it through, but because of the many incidences I've had with cvs, i started going to a different pharmacy and paying out of pocket. It's sad that they are so awful to deal with.

This is NOT a deaf friendly pharmacy at all. Waited for over an hour to find out why my refills weren’t there. Kids at drive thru kept telling me I had to come in the store to get help. I’m 72 and handicap this was humiliating. I will not be using this pharmacy again. As part of the deaf community we are left out and ignored enough shame on you.

This location always busy. Staff seems to be completely overwhelmed. Had multiple issues over the last couple of years with prescriptions: late, out of stock, forgot to order, computer system is messed up, etc. Excuses are endless. Maybe they should concentrate on filling prescriptions instead of pushing flu shots and covid testing at this location.

They are always polite and respectful here. The orders are filled fairly quickly and they keep a close eye on what you take, so your meds don't react with each other in a dangerous manner

This CVS told me that i would have my prescription ready the same day i filled it there and they just couldn't keep their commitment i guess so i will be taking my business elsewhere because i cannot rely on a service that doesn't fulfill its promise.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Everyone is helpful and courteous. The two pharmacists on staff are exceptional. I’ve used this location for three years and the customizer service always exceeds my expectations.

If youre someone whose looking to work here, or even shop here I'd turn the other direction and find the nearest Walgreens. I will never shop here for the reason that theyre treating their staff wrong. Just like a bug being smushed under a shoe, you'll find your work environment to be the same ( STUDENTS CANT EVEN TAKE OFF FOR SCHOOL RELATED EVENTS!!!! ) so please for anyone trying to work with supporting, no tolerance to harassment kind of work environment, id go look somewhere else!
