Super responsive to calls from far away when you need to buy Fromm dog kibble. Amy and Matt are always prepared to stay open a few extra minutes or leave a bag at the front door to tide you over. A great community, dog-friendly oasis. Thank you!

Amazing little store who truly love their pets and their customer's pets. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure our little Ava has all that she needs. They focus on holistic and healthy food and treat options. Not a huge food selection, but then again you only need one high quality brand and stick with it. I would highly recommend Blue Ridge Dog!!

I have been buying dog food from their shop for years. All of my dogs love the dog food and have had no issues. Matt and Amy are absolutely wonderful to work with. They sell tons of other great quality items for your dogs. I have purchased dog hiking gear from them.

Blue Ridge dog is wonderful! We searched for months to find a particular toy that our dog likes and finally found it online at Blue Ridge Dog. The owner was very accommodating and shipped the toys to us as we are located out of state. The box was hand addressed to our dog and included some complementary dog treats. It is very clear that this business cares about dogs! Thank you, our pup is very happy!

You can tell they really love dogs here. Home baked treats, neat products (I didn't know there was such a thing as a cooling jacket!) and great health products. The front door frame has markings to show how all the local doggies have grown over the years. So adorable. 😍

Great place to stop and visit with your pup. The lady was very helpful in talking us through products she enjoyed with her dog. The gourmet doggie treats are awesome too.Dr. Indiana Jones, the host with the most, is worth the visit as well as he guides you through the store, no doubt to his favorite toys. :-)

Was out walking with my dog and stumbled across this place. First off, the place has clean water ready for thirsty pups both outside and inside. The guy working there was very helpful and kind to me and my dog. He let Ezra (my pooch) try a treat and sold us a great selection of homemade baked dog goodies. I see no reason to shop for treats and toys anywhere else. Thanks so much!

Local pet store with friendly owners. You are usually greeted by their dog or dogs that hang around the store. Upon walking in the owners will give you a treat (homemade!) to give to their dogs. They get high quality toys, harnesses, treats, etc. You can tell they love their pets and want to share their love with whoever they can.

Great local place for dog supplies. They carry a good stock of dog toys and supplies. They also carry fresh baked dog treats that my dogs love. I wanted a dog bone that they didn't carry and they contacted the vendor and ordered the item and continued to carry it. Great people who love dogs.

Lived in Harrisonburg for 4 years and love supporting local businesses however this one is not one to support. I write this after just returning from the store wanting to pick up a few products that my girlfriend and I ordered a month ago for our dog. The man working there told me that a girl had picked up the jacket we had ordered for our dog (which she did not or he would be wearing it right now). He was clearly high and tried to give me other coats that were the wrong size while telling me that my girlfriend had already picked up the jacket. Total incompetence on the entire place. Love the idea but terrible ownership.
