I've shopped here for years and I've always received my birthday treat from the app in an easy order. Thank you Harrisonburg Auntie Anne's for being there when a girl simply wants a pretzel🥨

My grandchildren wanted just a drink. The sales associates was to busy talking to a person that has stopped by to talked so she rang up my granddaughters order and never ask if that was all on this order. When she finally decided to stopped talking she gave me the total and was pissed when I told her I needed two more drinks.

Went to Auntie Anne’s for my free birthday pretzel, and they refused to give it to me because I didn’t download the app at least a month before my birthday. I went out of my way to download the app, drive across town to Auntie Anne’s, and was so excited for my free birthday treat. The manager refused to give me the free pretzel, and instead cited corporate policy to me, which was not explicitly advertised. Even with proof of it being my birthday, the app downloaded on my phone, and already purchasing other items during this event, he still refused to offer me the birthday treat. He didn’t even say happy birthday to me by the end of it, and honestly it was so disappointing. Makes me not want to come back, which is sad because I was brand loyal for so long.

The Harrisonburg’s locations boss is extremely disrespectful towards its staff and customers. He makes rude and crude comments to his employees. He won’t train you but expects a perfect performance. Since you don’t reach his expectations he won’t schedule you. If you respect the workers you won’t give them your business.

This Auntie Anne's in the mall does something extra special. Anything that is not sold gets donated to the Salvation Army, to OCP (Our Community Place), and sometimes to Open Doors. This is what helping ur community means. I wish more businesses did this..I want to personally thank the staff and the gentleman who runs this Auntie Anne's for doing this..I pray u all are blessed a thousand fold many times over for all what u do for others..Thank u..
