The staff has been very helpful when I need something and do not know what to get! My dog also loves visiting because everyone is nice to her and she gets lots of love! Nova Jean also loves their food toppers as well as their treats! I was able to also get her ear wipes and disinfectant for when she slides around in the grass and opens a little wound! They were definitely much needed for the lake! Also, I met Barkley while there the other day and he is such a cutie!

I real enjoy coming into.this store and my dog does to . I was able to fine a good dry dog food that I could afford on my budget for my two dogs and they both love it. Thanks to the staff who recommended it to me. Their dog treats are reasonable prices too.

Wonderful pet store! We have so many pet parents around the lake it's great to have a local, small business owned store with tons of quality products. Prices are very reasonable and staff are pleasant and helpful. I love that I don't have to travel far or take a chance ordering things online anymore as they have such a wide array of products. Awesome addition to our community, and very welcomed! A+++

Management is non-existent. Orders are late and/or incorrect, so pets end up having to eat food their systems are not used to (i.e., resulting GI issues). If there was any other choice in the Westlake/Rocky Mount area for pet supplies, we would switch.

Young lady was extremely helpful and also shared some entertainment for our fur babies. Gentleman shared his knowledge on helping stressed fur babies with the 4th of July not too far away. Prices are reasonable for this size store. Saves from going to Rocky Mount and/or Roanoke.
