I entered the store to get some body wash which was locked so I asked one of the assistants and she said she can't open it. She had to get a manager. Well, Lex is very rude! She started walking away without even explaining. I have to put it at the counter! I think Walgreens needs to retrain this manager how to be polite and engaging.

The woman at the pharmacy with the long blonde ponytail is always so nice! I've never had any issues picking up prescriptions and love that they have a drive-through. I've gotten multiple vaccinations at this location, and it's always been quick and easy.

I hate the fact that this Pharmacy closes At 6P.m.It's not fair to those of us who work and don't get off until after 6 during the week And then they're closed on the weekend. You need to extend the hours of this Pharmacy. Other then that the Associates at this store are great. Only reason for one star is because of the pharmacy hours.

I called to make a vaccine appointment and the person on the phone said we had to make the appointment online and would not speak to us. So I went online and made an appointment for 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:20 pm and was very rudely told that no one would be available for at least an hour, despite the fact that I made an appointment. It is now 2:25pm and I am still waiting. My husband just asked how much longer it would be about 10 minutes ago and we heard a person in the back say, “well I guess I have to give them their shots, don’t I?” Still waiting…

Only because zero isn’t an option. I have to go to Walgreens, because they are the only place that takes my insurance. Every time I have to pick up a prescription, they have a sop story to tell about why they can’t do their job. They have ONE job! Fill a damn prescription. And they can’t even competently do that ONE JOB!

went there to get shots . the staff was great. they were helpful plenty of staff. A shout out goes to Earnest , in the pharmacy. he was friendly, helpful , kind and treated me like family. . the store is also very clean. never had a problem GREAT, GREAT, GREAT people.

Just back from my 10:00am "appointment" (aka fiasco).Made appointment approx 2 weeks prior for a shingles shot. Received confirmations and reminders via text which was awesome. Filled out forms online 40 minutes prior to arrival. Showed up 15 minutes early.Upon arrival I was told I wasn't in the "system". After showing them my text reminders and confirmation# from Walgreens with their store location I was told they would try to "squeeze me in"... despite having an appointment. huh?The young clerk, while not what I would call rude, surprisingly started taking an accusatory posture as if I had done something wrong and was making it known that she was going out of her way to process and squeeze me in. Another clerk whispered to her (right in front of me) whether I was in the right store when she saw the clerk acting as though she was struggling to deal with the situation. I'm too easy going and way too polite as I simply answered any questions figuring things would move along.After more time she started pulling out forms for me to fill out. I told her I had already filled out those exact forms online. After another 5 minutes she came back to tell me I would have to fill out the forms "since it had been so long since I had scheduled the appointment... which she did not see in the system. I let her know that I just filled out the forms about 40 minutes before arrival.She then started talking about the COVID shot. Confused as hell, I say "covid shot? I'm in the system for a shingles shot." Her response was "oh. okay."After another 5 minutes or so she came back and said my Cigna insurance wouldn't cover the shot and I would have to pay and/or call ExpressScripts. (My head voice is like "am I being pranked?")At that point I was done... I told the clerk never mind. This just isn't working out, I'm cancelling the whole thing.Then my wife showed up (who was browsing the store waiting for this shot to be administered). I had to explain to her what was happening. Of course my explanation isn't making any sense... so she has to have the clerk explain the situation all over again... which makes no sense. The whole time they are talking I'm trying to explain to both that they just need to stop worrying about it. There's no way anyone is sticking me with anything at this point.... no matter what conclusion you ladies come to!After another few minutes of the wife trying to "fix" this I'm telling everyone I've lost all confidence in this entire process and that I'm going to a place that has a system that works.Finally, there is silence and I say, do you need anything else so this can come to an end? Her remarks were... "nope". I said, "this did not go well at all" and started to walk away. As I turned to walk away I saw the eye roll as I heard a curt... "okay"... as if there were no problem on their end.It was the first and last time I will ever try to use a pharmacy for medical/health services.Once home, I called my primary doctor's office to set up an appointment to get a shingles and flu shot. Their "system was down" and I was told to call back next week.God help me. :(

Firstly, the pharmacist was terrific. He's friendly and had great customer service skills. My problem is that the pharmacy was slow to refill my mom's prescriptions when we were on a time crunch, and they didn't have one of the pills in stock, so we had to go elsewhere. Also, I signed up for the text message notifications, but I was never notified when my mom's prescription was ready...

The whole pharmacy team is outstanding. They are not only knowledgeable and professional but take an active caring interest in facilitating all of your needs. It’s as if I have a pharmacist in the family. I’ve been a customer of other Walgreens but there I was just that a customer. Thank you Ulysses, Linda, Cassana, and the other members of the team that make this facility the best in town.

Hey Squishmallow fans!Don’t shop at this store, they won’t let you order for pickup and won’t let you order the ones you want online. They do play favorites as they can pick and choose who they can sell to. My first order lasted 8 hours in the system, then the store manager cancelled it saying items not available. We went to the store and asked the man at the front to see if his inventory is off and if it’s a website glitch.The man said that they have them in the back, but due to being undermanned he can’t do anything at the moment because they haven’t opened up boxes. He needed his two personnel to come in to open these boxes, I’m guessing Managers don’t do that type of work for Customers or he didn’t know how to open a box. He took down our name and number and said he will call us when it comes available. So we called Corporate, corporate can’t do anything to this store *I guess they don’t like business either*.Anyways, I tried to put in another three orders as placeholders to hold the quantity. They didn’t let them go through and only lasted five minutes each. Apparently the way Walgreens works is that you can only order for pickup what’s on the shelves not what’s in the back. The way receiving these assets works is there’s a code on the box, once it’s scanned from the shipper to the store it’s automatically becomes available on their website. However, this store saids if it’s not on the shelf it’s not available for pickup.I believe that, due to the store managers being incompetent and not caring about their customers that all Squishmallow fans would be better shopping at another Walgreens, CVS, Amazon, Target as I was able to order squishmallows from those businesses today for pickup.Don’t let this store push you around with your orders, save time and go somewhere else! They’ll figure out soon that Customers control how good a business does. 😁😁😁If this Walgreens can choose who they want to sell to then the customer can choose who they want to buy from 😂😂🤣🤣.

They said it would take 2 weeks for my film to be developed ( and this is normal film). It took them over a month to develop and then they lost my photos. I got a call after speaking with someone there saying they had my photos. I came to pick them up and it was this lazy girl who said my photos weren’t in the bin that correlates to my name. I asked her to look in the ones by it and she did and they were there. As I was leaving I bought one of the dog bones that have peanut butter in it for my dogs to eat on the way home. Once I opened it, it was all moldy and crumbling.

This pharmacy was decent. Now, this place is horrible. I had a prescription put in 4 hours ago. I called to check the status they said one of two medicine ready and the other yeo will be ready I’m 20 minutes. She verified my number. Nothing. I called back and someone answered and hung up.

No one greeted upon entry. I sat at the counter for minutes before helped. The cashiers were rude and didn’t ask me if I was ready to check out or they could take me elsewhere. Instead, they started ringing up other people at the photo counter. I think that was very rude. I would rather drive to the next available pharmacy before I enter this one again.

Mistakingly went to the store for a walk-in vaccination, based on information we saw on-line. Manager was curt and off-putting, and cut us off by getting on her terminal rather than dealing with us once she let us know we were wrong...the store was empty. We live around the corner and will never use this store again.

Tried to ask a question and the employee cut me off and said it would be a few minutes. She then went to check people out. I got to wait about 10 minutes to get help. Horrible customer service. I decided to just get into the line to get help. Second employee at the register was polite at least.

Can’t remember the woman’s name but the person I spoke to on the phone in regards to a photo order was very rude. She didn’t even let me finish asking my question before she puts me on hold and never returns back to the phone. This is the first negative experience I’ve had so far.
