The front cashier Barbara is extremely prejudice. I was waiting in line with my two year old right behind another gentleman. He was quite impatient and he walked off to ring the bell for assistance. Barbara came right up and when I say she babied this man. She literally treated him as if he were a baby just for waiting not even two minutes. I had no issues waiting it is what it is. When it got to me her whole demeanor changed. Barbara looked at me in disgust didn’t even apologize to me even with me being with child. I asked her to help me find some children vitamins and she called for assistance but was ready and willing to walk off and help the other man. ( needless to say they are both Caucasian ). I just feel like the right people are needed in customer service and if Barbara only wants to service Caucasian customers , she needs to visit the 1800s. FIRE HER. Disgusting personality.

I went to the two competitors for a medication. I asked if they have an over the counter equivalent. Both looked at the bottle I had and said no. Rite aid took a much different approach. The pharmacy representative looked at my bottle and said yes then showed me what I needed. She even compared the two and explained they both are the same medication.Customer service, attitude and professionalism at its very best.

Rizalina Alfajara the absolute WORST UNPROFESSIONAL in management i have ever seen in my life!and her FRIENDs that were socializing and hanging around the store not only followed but harassed me throughout the store today!I was not the only shopper (and decided not too and play along with them today) in the store but for some reason decided to pay me ALL THE ATTENTION!Which made it very uncomfortable and weird that everytime i looked up THEY were there , around or on the same isle.When confronted they RIZALINA acted as if she had no clue as to what i was talking about but I pay attention to my surroundings and am not dumb so I had to ask for corporate numberGot to my car and it was the WRONG NUMBER I had to go back in and get the correct number from herNext time I go inside IF it happens again im going to give her alot of work to do in the store!!!Because it was NOT APPRECIATEDnot ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL or HAVE to STEAL MS. ALFAAJARA!!

Love the Rite Aid but the pharmacy tech first hung up on my aunt. Then when my aunt called to ask if her prescription was ready she said not yet and hung up before my aunt could ask.But the worst was when the pharmacy tech asked me for my aunt DOB for her NON - NARCOTIC COUGH SYRUP and told me there was no prescription there for her when I got the year wrong. Seriously?!?! I gave you her name, her month and year, who called it in and what the prescription was for and you couldn’t say “are you sure about the year?” Come on! I have been up with her since 4 am. Have some grace.

I reordered my prescription for Vitamin D3 10 days ago! Every time I called or drove up there, I was told it was out of stock or in process of being refilled. I went there AGAIN today at noon and was told "It's almost ready" so I came back 4 HOURS LATER and guess what, IT WASN'T READY. I was told to drive around so she could service the other cars...NO PROBLEM. When I came back, she said your refills are for "tablets" but they only have "capsules" therefore they will not refill my prescription until my physician sends another order stating "capsules". Keep in mind they filled my original prescription w/CAPSULES despite it saying "TABLETS" on the bottle. They knew this 10 days ago and did NOTHING! It's Rite Aid's responsibility to contact physicians for prescription clarification not the customer. Nonetheless, I reached out to my physician regarding this matter. Now, I'm a week late taking my medication due to Rite Aid's Pharmacy INCOMPETENCE!

I sat at the drive up window for 10 minutes. Pushed the call button and could see the employee moving around the pharmacy. They never came to the window. No closed sign either.

The associate took time to make sure I knew I was eligible for $10.00 off my next purchase & showed me the coupon on my receipt. This was most helpful & kind.

After waiting almost 24 hours for my prescription to be filled, that I specifically sent there because they said it was available, they told me that the bottle was missing...and I would need to wait a few more days until the next shipment arrived....Needless to say this is hands down the most ridiculous pharmacy and I wouldn't trust them with your meds.

The Rite Aid on Kecoughtan is great! Prescriptions are filled quickly and staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help or provide additional information. This is my "go-to" pharmacy and I'm grateful for the consistently high quality level of service and care that I receive here.

DO NOT COUNT ON THIS PHARMACY. Everyone in the pharmacy department is RUDE as HELL. They NEVER answer the phones and if they do they literally hang up on you. They never have medication filled on time and complain they are short staffed. Hire then?? They made me come in while I was super sick to have my meds filled. They wouldn't fill them unless I was there to pick up. Save yourself the pain.

It used to seem like every Rite-Aid I ever went to was run down. I used to think if I wanted a "nice" drug store I would go to CVS. But I moved to Hampton last year and barely realized this place is within 1/2 mile until I needed medicine for my daughter urgently today. WELL I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SLEEPIN ON RITE AID! Because this is the NICEST drug store I have been in in a long time! SOOOO much stuff! I mean all the stuff you want or expect, but also like...ceramic gnomes! Love it! Glad this store is in our neighborhood! I only wish that now that I know about it that it was 24hrs.

Response to the owner: I tried calling your 1-800 number and once again, no response. There's no way to talk to an agent because when you request to speak to one, it automatically hangs up on you. So, please don't patronize me with "we'd like to hear more from you". Your response is a copy and paste, with no intention of actually fixing the problem. Make sure your phone works and make sure when your pharmacy answers it (if they answer it at all) they don't leave the person on hold for so long that the system automatically hangs up. Thanks!If you're trying to find a pharmacy don't use this one. They rarely answer their phones and when they do, they put you on hold and never pick up again. Then when you try to call back, no one will pick up. So you'll have to drive to the store to check on the prescription status and find out that they don't have the meds in stock/won't be able to fill it til tomorrow etc.

This pharmacy is horrible disrespected my mom and laughed at her injury to her face a black male pharmacist the manager did nothing while I was recording he tried to snatch my phone but my mom quickly jumped in and made sure he didn’t touch me this is a horrible pharmacy all the pharmacists are ghetto and unprofessional even the women

The pharmacy employees are extremely snobby and rude. Cant stand the pharmacy employees , wish there was another pharmacy within close proximity to me because id never return to this one again. But until i find one im stuck dealing with the rude attitudes. Otherwise a great store. The front cashiers are always nice and welcoming. Restaff the pharmacy and itd be great

The pharmacy closes for lunch, doesn't tell anyone and the signs don't show that. A prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday is not, the pharmacist says it will be five minutes, then proceeds to help others in line, even though there is someone else to help them. Says she's "behind ". Quite an understatement.

I was in the store on 1/22 at approx 430. I only had a question for the pharmacist. Although it was not busy at all I received no help from anyone in the pharmacy. Everyone looked at me but no assistance!!! I drove to Walgreen s and received great service. I will not ever go bac .

The staff is outstanding some are rude tho . They hardly ever have meds done with in reasonable time . auto refill request never happen on time there fore no point in requesting it . There times it takes weeks to get a medication refilled even with being a constant customer with a family of 5 getting our meds for 3 years sadly we will be switching else where very soon.

The pharmacy is slow and rude! They never answered thier phone and I've been calling everyday for the last three days. When I go in for pharmacy services I always waiting for someone to help me for more than 20 mins when they weren't busy. I would highly recommend never going to this pharmacy I'm glad this isn't the only rite aid in my area. However this is the only pharmacy I can go to to get the product I want. Terrible services and rude employees...ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!!

Multiple prescriptions have days longer than was told to me. Pharmacist even contacted my doctor to initiate a transfer of a medicine and then somehow didn't give it to me so I had to go through a headache of showing my doctor a paper that said they never gave me my medicine so my clinic would reopen that prescription so the pharmacy could try the transfer again. Only reason I went here a second time was on accident. Now it's marked in my phone that I won't be using it again.

Brandon pharmacy tech needs to learn his job and to understand writing down birth dates vs typing them into the computer is very sketchy and I will also contact corporate for this and see that he is retrained as well .
