I brought my standard poodle in to be groomed and Sarah B. did such an amazing job! He's not the easiest to groom so i appreciate the time she took to make him look great! Thank you!

Meia did such a great and amazing job with my standard poodle puppy. This was her first professional haircut done and she came out looking like a brand new puppy. I didn’t even recognize her!!!. Meia, we will definitely request your services again. You’re not only great and very highly skilled, but you’re also very nice, professional and personable. The employees were not only plentiful and friendly, but also really knowledgeable. The layout of this PetSmart was one of the best I've seen thus far. And this one was also the most well stocked. Very impressed.

Very pricey of course. Not keeping up with current trends. Poor location, it's difficult to get to. Always under staffed.I waited 10 mins for an employee to appear, then finally pushed the "call" button. 5 minutes later, a guy walks up to a couple that had just arrived, and asked them how he could help them after looking at me, and then them, he asked them. He was just a pure jerk all the way around.

This PetSmart is a little smaller than most but still provides a variety of options. I am only giving it 4 stars because I haven't experienced the grooming/pet training. The employees were very helpful even near closing time, taking the time to answer my questions. It was clean despite the employees stocking the shelves. Great store.

I can get an appointment within a few days usually. Service is great. Princess usually goes in every 2 to 3 months. They listen to what you want. Calls if there is a concern. My baby looks good!

I've been using PetSmart for over 7.5 yrs.i have two pups that have been with one groomer the entire time,I couldn't imagine going there not having our groomer to take care of my.babies. Also,I do purchase their food,FRESH PET from the store. I'm comfortable knowing my dogs are safe from the moment I drop them off til I pick them up. Thanks especially to our groomer, Megan.

Refused to bathe my dog after informing them of a medical issue she has and is treated for. She’s been to Petsmart across the country for 2 years from West Texas to now Virginia and never been turned down . The girl at the register went to talk to her manager and stayed that we were to reschedule because they were busy and couldn’t have her in a kennel if a seizure happened. You can’t control these things other than woth medication which she is on and never the location of a breakthrough seizure was to happen. This is due to the girls nerves and not being educated on seizures. Don’t play this blame game on her condition of you didn’t want to care for her to begin with. You’ll never have the honor of my dogs love. You could have had a dog that loves her baths and makes it a great experience but you chose to place a value on your own ideas rather than educating yourself. The staff is uneducated, incompetent and inexperienced. I wouldn’t trust them with her ever.

I just had the rudest interaction with an employee that was mopping the floors @8:35am on 08/11/2023. I’ve never been to this location before and had a grooming appointment scheduled before store hours, thus the front sliding doors were closed. On the outside of the building there is a doorbell to alert employees to open the door for clients with appointments prior to store hours. After pushing the button I patiently waited and noticed an employee come to the doors and say the doors are open. She also motioned with her hands as if I couldn’t hear her. I communicated to her that I’m unaware of how to open the doors, as I’ve never had to before. I attempted to open the door with my one free hand, because my other hand was holding dog’s leash. The employee just stood there and watched me struggle to pry open the door then after I was able to open it enough just to get my body through, she said “oh so you know how to open it,” with a nasty attitude. I responded and said, “No, I’ve never had to open a sliding door before.” She cut me off and said, “yeah you have.” I simply said, “well thank you anyways.” And removed myself from the conversation out of frustration.***after calling I was told this cleaning employee doesn’t work for petsmart, however the poor behavior should still be addressed.I love petsmart and this business, but this location has to understand that their cleaners have poor interactions with customers. I’m extremely disappointed in the interaction I had received this morning.

I was trying find my big girl Honey Glazed Bunns something to keep her busy. She is the metal to my magnet and seems to think I just must play with her 24/7. I picked up this stuffed bone, very unsure. My girl deserves a medal for destroying everything I give her in record time. It's impressive really. Well I get to the register and this sweet angel told me it was great for heavy chewers and she had got one for her dog and it was a hit. Listen you angel, you had me at "great for heavy chewers". And like Charlie from the Chocolate Factory I ran home with my golden ticket. People listen to me, I was able to watch TWO movies, yes two, uninterrupted and now she chewed herself to sleep. Might get wild and watch another one like the rebel I feel like. I should have asked that sweet angel if it worked for men lol. Honey Glazed Bunns says thank you!

I took my dog grooming early this week which I have been doing for the last 3 years at Hampton. I can only praise the exceptional service at the Grooming department. Everyone is friendly and you can tell how much they care for the dogs under their care. I have to say that what has made my experience an outstanding and remarkable one has been my dog's Groomer Jessica. I do not have enough words for this young lady who is caring and kind to my baby. Every time I took him was like meeting with family (in a good way!). My dog is very standoffish with people and takes a long time to warm up to them. Jessica was the perfect match for him! I never had to worry about how he would look afterwards. I knew it would be exactly what I asked for. If I requested something different, Jessica was very attentive and confirmed with me what before stating the service. She was always very accommodating with my dog. This week was the last haircut with her since we are moving. It is going to be hard to find another groomer like her. Jessica is super sweet and caring and, most of all, an exceptional Groomer!!

Was there when store opened and it wasn't crowded, shelves appeared well stocked.Prices appear to be same or a bit higher (pennies) than PetCo (think convenience).This store is somewhat difficult to get to, due to its location within the shopping center. It is on the back side of the shopping center, requiring driving through the narrow car lined streets and navigating around the shoppers that walk out in front of cars without looking, and other impatient drivers.

The store normally has what we're looking for and this is the only place I'll take my pup to get groomed. Groomer Kantrell was who she saw during her latest visit and I was really impressed with her service! Definitely will try to see her again for our next visit.

The last 2 grooming stylist that cut my dog was not very experienced. The bath and brush visits are exceptable, but some of those stylist need hang up thier clippers. I do not recommend a cut there. 😕 If you can't handle the job. Give it up. The service is not free!

I've been here twice recently and I definitely plan on going back! Every employee I've spoken to has been very pleasant and insightfully helpful. Plus my cats eat Purina ProPlan, and it's much easier and more reliable to buy it here than on Amazon.Update: Several more visits and purchases, and this is still solidly and consistently good for whatever I need!Bathroom notes: Far back corner on the opposite end of the store from where you come in. Two single-stall rooms, both with specific gender labels. Toilet flush is very loud and very sudden - which is disproportionate to the small amount of force required to push the button.

Refused to bath my dog after telling me he's to old and to risky cleaning his eye tear stains. Yes it is an older dog and has a cataract small mole near it. I asked them if they can clean around it. Her uneducated & incompetent response reflects their lazy grooming practices. I've frequent PetSmarts for 15yrs of grooming and never been refused service. This Petsmart also looked a mess with dog hair all over the floor and flying around in the air. They are not cleaning up after each grooming.This was Definitely a waste of time! Do better Hampton Petsmart!
