We bought a full breed shitzu in March of 2022, he is the best dog. I actually think he is part human! We fell in love so much that this past September 2023 we went and bought a frenchie from pet world as well. Our babies have completed our family circle. Thanks petworld, from Bentley and Yoshi and the Clay family.

We definitely love this place, we got our goldendoodle here back in 2019, and throughout the years we have been getting different fishies and supplies from them as well, staffs are very knowledgeable, Sheree is such a great owner and very friendly. Yes there are times I have complained about something the employee did or did not do but Sheree addressed them and handled it professionally. There's always some flaws but overall I 100% recommend this place.

This store is always my number one to go for pets/pet supplies! They’ve always got new stuff in and stay relatively stocked with supplies. Their animal cages look clean & the animals look healthy.Highly recommend! 👍

I gave 5 because everyone their today Sunday 3 / 5/ 2023 was very helpful. I've been looking for a tokay gecko since January with no luck what so ever. I stopped just to look around guess what they had what I thought was one and was told their was 2 not wanting 2 but ame home with 2. The guy was busy moving and cleaning tanks but took time out to help me with all my crazy questions and to make sure this what I wanted. Very knowledgeable of animals here. Most pet store are just like oh hell it's just another sale for us. I will come back again.

Filthy store. Bathroom has no TP, no soap, no hand towels. Has not been cleaned for so long that there is a big spider in the corner.Also - no cat litter!

Wide variety of pets and all their needs. They have an extensive fish and reptile area as well as the more snuggly soft type of critter. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean well kept up and all of the animals seem very happy and healthy. This is where I currently purchase my pets needs and will continue in the future.

Been going to this place for the past 10 years growing up. Have some fish tanks and tired asking for help/ guidance on some things and they don’t really know much. Talked with the owner on the phone this morning and about taking some chiclids cause I am trying to do all peacocks. The owner was very rude and very disrespectful to me over the phone. I will never come here ever again.

My husband and I are on a hunt for a puppy and we went into the store the other day to check some out and there’s some we liked , but getting a dog is a big step we wanted to think on it together about the puppy we were playing with and the whole time we were playing with the dog barely even 5 minutes spending time with the dog the lady with the long brown/black hair stood by us the entire time and constantly asked us if we were going to buy the dog she explained the dog was $2600 and she mentioned how the dog was new and won’t be here very long $200 deposit that they’ll only hold for 3 days she briefly mentioned about financing , but my husband had just got a toy to play with the puppy she asked again you buying the dog ? We didn’t even answer her because it was RUDE ! my husband was playing with the puppy and she came inside the play area and took the dog away from us without saying a word and walked off !!!!! I just sat there and watched her I can’t believe she done such a thing ! my husband and I got up and left !!! Don’t ever assume someone doesn’t have money just because they don’t give you an answer the minute you asked you can’t rush someone to spend that much money on a dog that we didn’t even get to bond with for barely 5 minutes while being hovered over it wasn’t even busy there and puppies need their play time and to social with other people so it wasn’t a big deal that behavior was ridiculous and very uncalled for someone that miserable with their life shouldn’t work there you guys lost a sale and customer because of that woman maybe if she didn’t rush us and let us have sometime to think about the puppy we would’ve bought him we will take our money elsewhere shame on her !

I went in looking for a new puppy (bought my current dog from there 2 years ago) I had to walk to the front and ask for assistance (I’m not sure her name but she had colored hair and an accent, THE SWEETEST) she helped me and got the girl who was in the back (rude girl with glasses) she tells me she’s not going to show me a dog unless I’m going to buy it .. I told her how am I going to know I want the dog if I can’t even see/play with it she proceeds to tell me at 6 is when she doesn’t let dogs get seen but the girl from the front told her she would take the dog out and let me see him. I loved the dog but spending money there when it was a struggle to even see a dog would’ve been crazy!!

I took my dog in on Friday 9/15/23. I do admit the price was reasonable but when I pick up my dog, I was told that she lost a tooth. Ok she is a Libby. Now after on paid for her bath and got her into my car and started to drive home, I looked down and noticed her hid paw was bleeding , which tickled me off mainly because I wasn’t told. Now if you are a groomer of dogs you should know that you cannot cut their claws to short because you cut the veins. So Pet World I will never bring my dog into your facility ever again in life.

Went into this place thinking it was a regular pet store where I could grab some cat food and general pet supplies, boy was I wrong. The place was an absolute mess inside, it was very warm in the store which is especially concerning because they have puppies in plastic cages (cages way too small for most of the puppies), and there were multiple kennels that had feces inside. There were dead fish in the aquariums, and a random finch that had escaped flying around the store. The staff really didn't seem to have control over their facilities. The most frustrating part was that for a pet store, they are sure lacking in cat food. If the store had any, I didn't manage to find it. Lack of organization and general chaos in this store don't lead to a very good experience. I'm glad I didn't spend any money, and I won't be returning.

Please do not judge me as a snake parent!! My snake had a thick layer of skin peeling on his underbelly (enough to have me in tears seeking answers as to what the issue was). I brought my baby to the manager at this location because I witnessed her assisting another customer with a similar issue in the past. Let me just tell you she went above and beyond her actual job to help me out with his belly burn. She took him to the back to clean him up and told me what to look out for and how to treat his wounds.I am sooo thankful for her assistance!! Highly recommend for suree!!

I truly understand that customers can be difficult to deal with at times but I do not understand why employees would be rude to customers asking simple questions. As I walked in I overheard a customer ask an employee if they could pet an animal and the employee answered back with a nasty “no” and kept on walking.Then, while I was looking at the dogs the lady was very short with me. To the point that I would no longer want to support this business. Someone else asked if they could hold a dog and they were told “you can only hold them if you are thinking about buying them.” I get that, but I have heard other answers to that question. The lady wouldn’t let me see the dog prices which I didn’t understand. This business is not welcoming at all and I am sorry if it’s due to employees being overworked.

Great selection and cute animals, just confused because i bought 2 mice yesterday and was told the pet mice were $17.99 each and my total came out to $95, i bought them because i thought maybe she made a mistake but then i saw the total was confused, they're so cute and i love them but just extremely confused about the price. There also wasn't a label so im assuming they're fancy mice, but im not sure about the sex :/

Had my dog groomed and he is a small morkie with curly hair. I came to picked him up and they shaved him all the way down. I showed them how he got groomed before and they took a picture of how I wanted it. They said his hair was matted but it was just curly not matted. She said she could do what I wanted but then come to get a shaved down dog. They didn't even say sorry or anything then they made me pay extra and said there's nothing they can do about the price. I would never tell anyone to go there worst customer service ever. They need professional people working there and people that know how to groom dogs. If I could give no stars I would

The employees are rude and the establishment could use some deep cleaning. There were live roaches by the fish tanks and under the ferret cages. It was also uncomfortably hot in there.

Best place to go when getting necessities for your fur/scaley babies. Came here many a times to get ours food as well as other things. Staff are nice and very helpful. 10/10 will go again.
