7-7? Not really interested in the working man. Back to the big box that gets it.When i pulled in there were 3 other men angry they were closed, could be because it was 6:50 and the doors were locked, i observed 4 additional customers pulling on the locked doors by the time I pulled off.

I placed an online order with Hampton store pickup on Nov. 23. All 3 items in the order were showing as in stock/available for pickup the same day. I have not heard about the order until Dec.18 when an email said all 3 items were cancelled due to lack of availability. This business is not treating its customers seriously. I recommend shopping somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

When the other 2 are out of what you need Northern Tools has it. Checked for power washer hose and extension wand online at HD... out of stock.... Checked online L's they showed 2 on isle 7, drove there from another city just to find nothing. Thanks to Northern Tools, they had both and price matched their online sale price. Both the employees that assisted me were very knowledgeable of what I was looking for and full of conversation.My new go to store.

19 Nov 2023 -around 915- To the short white man with the beard salesman, who was very rude and abrupt and acted like a woman doesn't know what she was talking about when it came to her 311 stihl chainsaw, with a 16in bar.. The women who asked you for the 60 link 3/8 pitch .050 gauge. and you said ohh that can't be right? Let me tell you something you are very demeaning towards woman.. and I hope your wife doesn't put up with your attitude.. First of all I've been running chainsaws since I was 8, so I do believe I know what I was talking about even after you said no, that can't be right and persisted too contradict me, even after you looked it up yourself, you didn't even have the balls to apologize or to say ma'am I stand corrected, you were correct. If my Father was in there with me, He would have would have put you in your place or taking you out back to the woodshed. Shame on you for demeaning women. I hope the store manager or someone puts you in your place for your cocky attitude the way you spoke down to Customers who purchased the chainsaw chains.Jodi

The past two times I shopped here the prices at the register were different than what was posted on the shelf. Originally a chain saw file and this time fuel treatment and 2 tape measures.The file wasn’t too big of a deal 2 dollars more. The two Milwaukee tape measures today were a 20 dollar difference each along with 5 dollar difference on the fuel treatment. Manager understood what I pointed out but couldn’t do anything aside from remove the product from the shelf. I returned everything from today.

Actual store is clean, well organized, has various price opportunities for both high quality/higher cost and lower quality/lower cost, on -line purchasing opportunities (often the best and preferred method of purchasing). I do not live near actual store, so visit infrequently. Thanks for excellent customer service ALWAYS!

Used to be a favorite place to shop, not any more. Warranty EGO mower and they could not find anything wrong, intermittent cutting off and they charged me $60 and did not fix anything. Then refused to refund my $60. I told them up front that I am legally handicap and needed assistance putting it in my vehicle and my neighbor would get it out for me, I had to ask a stranger in the parking lot to put it in my car. I refused to sign their paperwork. They lost a customer.

Patricia went above and beyond expectationsI left a zip lock bag with lawnmower parts on a shelf Wednesday realized the bag was gone Friday at my house went to northern Saturday morning to try to find it and she said it wasn’t there but she would ask the manager when he arrived. She took my number down and I left.2 hours later she calls me and the manager found it. Great customer service

Ordered a generator to be delivered to store which came in quickly, about a week. Curbside pickup was great. They brought it out and put it in my truck. Now ordered an electrical 240 male plug and its available in store (no charge) and they'll bring it out in about 2 hours. So nice!

I went to northern tool on 10/12/19 and made a purchase and the cashier was probably the most helpful individual I have ever encountered. The woman went beyond the call of duty she gave me the internet price of the item I purchased and when I came back because of an issue with the items months later the customer service representative Matt was equally amazing..... My conscience wouldn't allow me to have peace without acknowledging the exceptional service and customer support. The ladies at the cashier on 4/16/20 were just as amazing. I really am amazed.... Picked up good deal on trailer tires ,but no in store notice of sale may have been charged full priceif not questioned price , just saying, as it took a while for price ck. Seem corporate and store prices need to b checked. But do find stuff I need here.

I walked in the store and had not even made it 3 steps before Sherrell greeted me and asked how she could help. She was amazing. Other employees have been wonderful too but I truly enjoyed speaking to her as I’m also in customer service. Kudos to Northern Tools of Hampton Virginia for hiring Sherrell. The store is spotless and well organized as well. It’s a mans candy land.

I brought my Generator here to fix a Simple Gas Leak... 2 Months ago and they still have not worked on it! No one has bothered to call me, I’ve called there at least 5 times now and keep hearing different stories as to why it’s not fixed. If you’re looking to have your small engine worked on, it’s best to take it elsewhere unless you’re a VERY PATIENT PERSON.... You might even forget that you left it there! I did briefly 😳 UPDATE: These guys did absolutely nothing to my Generator... Was asked to come Pick it up...TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE 😡😡😡

Tommy and James went out of their way to help me when they did not have to. This tells me that they care about their customers.
