Worst pharmacy i have ever been too in my entire life and most unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful employees working in the pharmacy that i have ever seen. Always out of stock of medication then takes hours upon hours to fill simple small medications. I wonder how they still have a job. Altogether i have a horrible experience getting meds for myself and kids every month.

Why do the employees smoke outside the door. I always see someone smoking and leaving their cig butt's on the ground. This is so disrespectful to our environment. The parking lot is littered with butt's and to see that the employees contribute to it makes me sick. Foodlion get on top of this..I watched two different employees smoke and flick their butts on the ground during my visit 1st one was when I arrived and then when I left about 10 mins latter I see another employees doing the same.. maybe if you had them go out and clean up those butt's they might think twice about littering and disrespecting our environment. Check your camera's... you will find those whom are guilty...

Even though this store is the closest to my home, I try to avoid ths Food Lion location unless absolutely necessary because of negative experiences in the past. I reluctantly visited over the weekend with out of town guests and the associate who checked my items had a terrible attitude. As I struggled to use a card reader I wasn't familiar with and asked for help, the associate just stared at me and didn't answer until I had asked several times. My friends were surprised and upset by the encounter, but I wasn't. This is the type of service I've come to expect from this store, which is why I normally drive past it to give my business to a store that appreciates it.

This food lion is very clean and always stocked very well. The employees are friendly. The produce here is really good compared to other Food Lion's in the area.Plenty of parking as well.

Decent, guy at the deli counter could've been a little more friendly.. but it was okay.. Update. I was recently there and decided that I wanted to try the chicken for the first time. This was a horrible experience. I know from being an employee of a deli department that you must temp the food and at least drop the chicken breast two times into the grease before you can actually call it done. This is not thoroughly cooked.

Self check out staff not at all helpful in tracking lines. People just walk up to open registers before next person in line can get to them and staff do nothing about it.

Whoever was on register 4 at 3:42 on April 22, 2023 needs to be fired because she does not know what she is doing.I went to use a $1.00 off total purchase coupon from Lean Cuisine.After it wouldn't go through even though the expiration date was May 3, the cashier decided to say it was my fault instead of calling a manager to assist her.I should have gone to self checkout.At least I would not have gotten an attitude from it and it would have done it's job correctly.

I have been a loyal Foodlion customer for many years. That ended today! The newest AD had Seapak shrimp bogo. The price said $4.99. When I get to the checkout they charged me $6.49! The manager said "Look at the tiny print, it says $6.49. The $4.99 is for the rest of the week. " In fact the price you pay is in teeny tiny print and the price you can't pay is in much larger print! That is totally dishonest, deceptive and total trickery!!! Who, trying to be honest and customer centric, does that? I think Foodlion should be ashamed of themselves for such a dishonest practice! I will never shop there again and will make sure ALL my family, friends and social media contacts are aware of this. And yes I did use my MVP card.

I have been shopping at this location regularly since moving to the area and have had zero issues. The store is clean, organized and I have no trouble getting fresh produce. The staff are also friendly. Especially Karen, who helped me out with a small issue and was kind, attentive and apologetic for a minor mix up.

The Food Lion in Poquoson is absolutely the best place to buy produce. Not only that, their shelves are always well stocked with products. I live closer to other's but I make the trip to Poquoson because they have what I need in stock. The other stores are never filled up. Sometimes, the shelves are even bare. I will just take the trip to Poquoson instead.

Without question the nicest Food Lion in the area. Great salad bar, although combining the hot bar did cut down on selection.Great seafood and meat counter, the butcher is very helpful, just ask, he'll take care of you.All staff helpful and friendly.

My mother and I had a great experience at this Food Lion. I couldn't find our cashier's name on the receipt, but I'm pretty sure his name was Jaylen. He did a wonderful job, and was so friendly!

This store usually looks great as far as being stocked and fresh perishables. However, this evening was a little disappointing. I mainly shop at Food Lion for produce and meats. Some produce was fresh and looked great and some need a good culling! Also, there were some meats with expired dates, some with today's date at regular retail value and some with dates 7-10 out. I guess it was just one of those days because this store usually looks great. The staff are amazing! I've been shopping here for years before it became Food Lion it was Farm Fresh and I'm glad that the employees are still there with the change!

Being in this Food Lion and looking around was a new experience for me. I was glad to see some organic products that I know and recognize. That was good to see. I also took the opportunity to try the fried chicken while I was there. It tasted fresh cooked, even though I hadn't seen them take it out of the fryer. I liked it! My cashier was smiling and friendly. I enjoyed my visit!

Great place to shop. Great customer service. They always greet you with a smile and is willing to help you with shopping.I'm kosher and the deli is very accommodating. They clean the slicing blades before cutting my meats from blood and other contaminants. And they have a separate slicer for cheese. It is clean and they always wear their hairnets and gloves. Make sure you say hello to managers Robert and Eddie

The food prices are ridiculously high. The shelves are empty. Where is the food? What going on? It's not just this store it's everywhere. If people aren't working how are they going to be able to afford anything. Pay people the wages they deserve and are qualified for , to get this Country back to the great American that we have always been. This is ridiculous
