Always overcrowded in the store..boxes everywhere all in the isles. A person can barely get buy.

I went in with my grandson to get couple of things,, went in with bags from food lion and wasn't asked to leave bags my grandson went to get some nerds candy and cashier told him to leave bag with an attitude,, she told him I told you twice not realizing he wasn't by himself. I was about to go ratchet on her but why waste my time. I left everything I was going to purchase. I suggest Family dollar should start giving trainings to their employees on how to treat customers. I realize some people young and old do shoplift but it's a way to approach certain customers.

Usually not long lines. Usually...but they have a good selection of things. Decent prices. Alot of low prices items as well and good assortment of socks..shoes.. pajamas.They have gotten better as far as dog treats... Need more selection of cat food and cat treats!!! And a bit overpriced its a shame foodlion and major grocery stores have cheaper prices! This supposed to be FAMILY DOLLAR for a reason! Need to work on that part!

The cashier/manager tried to steal one of my bags. When questioned, she acted confused then eventually gave me my bag. I asked to speak with a manager, so I could ask them to see what happened on the camera, then she informed me that she IS the manager of this store. Check your bags before you leave! She will hide them under the counter then act confused when you ask for it back.

So I was told by the cashier Ruth Ann that I had to give her my bag from another store in order to shop in the store. Since when? I asked her for the policy and of course there is none. So clearly it was discrimination. She looked at me and immediately thought I would steal. Just be careful. Don’t have a bag from another store.

I'd give zero stars if possible. Bought a beach chair, it broke first use. Took it back for an even exchange. The rudest sales associate ever ( wouldn't provide her name young short hair African American woman) snaps "you gotta receipt". I said no but... She cut me off said "nope not here" and walked away. I'm Caucasian. She refused to speak to me, the other sales associate apologized so I explained I could go get the receipt in the car. The same young girl came back up, told my husband to leave or she was calling the cops. Called corporate, she told them all kinds of stuff that wasn't said. They wouldn't listen to a word I said. Mind you, I don't want money back I just wanted a chair that wasn't broken. Beware if you shop here and stay away from this "customer service".

Store was a bit cluttered and unorganized looking. Could use more lighting as well. Felt a little dark in there. Like a creepy old book store. But I got what I needed at a reasonable price.

It's a great location for me, they are always stocking the shelves. Friendly staff on the floor . The front needs help with customer service , they always have a attitude with customers everytime Someone is always telling the front off.

Depends on the day. Some employees are fantastically nice others are complete jerks. Store is always cluttered and dirty but prices are decent.

Friendly staff but what aggravates me everything is still in the buggy that you're stuck with and it never gets empty you never have coffee I something always in the way in the Isles
