It's a Clean store. Much better than Prior owners - Dollar General. Staff is much more polite.I assume today was delivery day. Just need to hire more staff. Four associates can't unload an entire backroom, replenish the merchandise, and 1 have to cash out customers. Need at lest 2 more on the roster. But it much better than before.

The Dollar Tree/ Family Dollar on Warrick Blvd.in Newport News the female manager who work April 5th was very nasty. She caught me on a good day. She was very rude. She's not a people person at all.She needs to work stock in the back away from customers just saying. The employees look like they are scared of her. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN! PERIOD!

Hermenia the cashier was extremely friendly, professional even under what I would call SERIOUS PRESSURE. She was being yelled at by very rude customers because of the line. She just kept scanning "working with the customer whom was in her line" she was very polite to everyone, even the loud rude one who was just on an on about i will just leave a dollar and walk out. After finishing with her customer she picked up phone to call for back up assistance at front registers. She never missed a beat nor got upset. Way to go 👏 I feel she needed to be recognized for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 😀 POSTIVE ATTITUDE

I was going alot when they first opened. It was nice then and staff was pleasant. Today. ..rude and nasty. They need to get in different people.

I seen from my experience, the real reason I dislike dollars tree now is because of two things, since November 8th, 2021, the prices are too high and they don't have enough varieties of dressing that I really like to get, and that's for sure though, you know!
