It was clean, employees were really nice and they had more stuff than the other one I went toSo I lost my phone in the store. I didn't even realize what I had done until about 30 or 40 minutes later. I freaked out and drove straight to the store. I walk in panicking! And with a smile on his face the young man behind the counter says is this yours? I just want to thank him for holding on to my phone for me. My faith in humanity was restored . Going back tomorrow to thank him properly. I was freaking out so bad I didn't get the chance.I love updating.So the new manager is getting this location in shape. Sometimes it's tidy and sometimes it's not but it's getting there. I wouldn't mind getting a job there just to help out with the organization. It would help with my OCD/ADHD. I just really love that location and showing some love.The pictures are of the things I made from dollar tree items. The pictures in the bathroom are of a little tray I made and the one with the bathroom mirror I used the faux wood peel and stick for the backsplash. The Easter baskets are for teachers, our favorite crossing guard and staff at my daughter's school.

Maybe it was just today, but the store was filthy. The isles looked like a tornado came thru. Not very inviting to shop.

This store always has homeless people out front you have to step over to go in. They beg and harass you for stuff every time you go by. Don’t feel safe going in here. Store is a hot mess anyways. Shop elsewhere. Not worth your $1. Sorry - $1.25 anyway - rip-off.

It was very satisfactory. The clerk was very pleasant and professional. She really showed professionalism when one of the customer s got a little loud. She keep her composer. When I got to the register to check out I told her how wonderful she was. She is an awesome employee. I just left about 15minutes ago.

The prices keep going up, it's a bit ghetto. Only 1cashier is very sweet and professional to be honest. I just shop here because it is close by

The store constantly has people just standing outside the store, asking for money or just watching you, and the inside never looks clean. I'm not trying to be a downer but I have never experienced good customer service. People have bad days I get that but damn everyday is a bad day?

Store was a complete wreck. Male associate couldn't barely help me. Seemed lost. The register lady was the best part. Friendly and super helpful.

The staff is always courteous and the inventory is almost always sufficient. I like the quality of the products too--many brand names at great savings!!

Nice, well stocked shelves and we'll kept store. But I don't think I'll be going back until after covid is over. a few employees weren't wearing masks.

I love Dollar Tree but the one on Kecoughtan Road know they are wrong got not having a better selection of tampons like they used to. I only saw a 3pk of Tampax pocket ones and they were regular. They didnt do me any good. And I was looking for american cheese for hamburgers and they were out. I will go to another Dollar Tree next time.

The customer service from the management and employees are excellent. There is normally a wait period at most places especially Dollar Tree but not at this one. They take care of their customers with a smile.

The cashier wanted to argue with me when I told her that some people wont have to wear masks for medical purposes. She told me they would have to have a drs note and they can refuse to sell to anyone who doesn't comply. Dollar tree needs to better inform their employees of the governor's order on wearing a face covering.Another customer told her I was correct. At that point, the cashiers attitude changed.I wasnt being rude, I was just pointing out that her corporate sign was incorrect.Oh well, there are plenty of other dollar trees I can shop with.

I think Dollar tree is one of the best places to go shopping for low income people who can't afford certain things when they can reach out and get to buy a lot of items to survive I do appreciate

Refused to honor my coupons saying they only took 4 coupons per transaction. When I quoted the coupon policy (which states otherwise) a female employee started yelling at me from across the store. I left everything there and walked out to avoid any further confrontation. The employees there are just as rude as they could possibly be. SMH

Mabye it just happens to be when I've been in but the front is always a mess and the cashiers always seem to have an attitude. 3 stars for the convenience and benefit of the doubt. Some people have bad days.

Lately going into all of the dollar stores they don't have items normally purchased and some employees act like you're bothering them my cashier was pleasant though

Great Experience. A worker stopped what he was doing went out his way to get me more milk from the back because there was only one carton of milk on the shelf. I was impressed.

the lines are relatively long, but the staff is great, especially DON, he always has a smile on his face. makes the wait worthwhile, to have great customer service

I love the morning cashier at the dollar tree on kecoughtan road in Hampton Virginia..they are so friendly and have great customer service.. positive attitude when guests walk into the store

Everything is ok until I got to the register there was nobody at the register only one register was open as soon as I got in line at the register I did have a full basket in like a bunch of people got in line behind me so the cashier was putting two to three pieces of stuff in each bag and then yelled across the store to another cashier can you open up because she got a lot of stuff and causing everyone to look at me like I've done something wrong because I was buying a lot of stuff made me feel like an idiot and I'm sure I won't go back there

The lines are way too long!! There is usually only one register open and the cashier got told that a guy was stealing alot of stuff and he said he didn't care cause it happens all the time.
