While the staff makes every effort in keeping shelves stocked neatly, overall patrons are not respectful of the order they try to maintain. Selection is good & prices can’t be beaten. Love the cashiers!

Stopped in this location on Mercury Blvd 2/3/24 about 12:30 pm.There was ONE cashier and a line. I bought 11 items (= $13.75) plus tax. She asked if I wanted my receipt and knowing I wouldn't be returning anything,I said no. Well never again. She said my total was $15.86 and I gave her $20. The change should have been $4.14. She gave me $2.68. When I questioned it,she played dumb. I know she could have pulled the transaction up but she didn't and the very long line didn't seem thrilled I was challenging her. So I left and she pocketed some of my money.I will not go back to that location.Lesson learned...ALWAYS get your receipt!

Dollar tree is a good place to pickup small items like foil pans and I like there large storage containers

The Manager was very rude when she said about a product that was in the $1.25 range and not in the $3-$5 range and her response was buy it or leave it, I can't change the price

I love shopping at the dollar tree it has everything I need and it's close to where I live. They have a variety of things for the home and outside.

Filthy! Parking lot is a dumpling ground of trash! To be a new store, management needs to step up! Inside of store not much better. Loud staff, yelling to other customers, just chaos. I live a mile away from this location and I choose to drive across town to another store.

Manager is great...she will always there and a hard worker..but today...I came in..a regular worker named Jessica had bad customer service...she got mad because she was going fast ringing me up and closed the cashier's drawer without getting all of my change...put money in my hand roughly and then say have a good day or nothing..I'm tried of people at work wit attitudes and bad customer service..if u dnt like your job find another one...I would have gave this store stars because the manager is great..but Jessica needs a customer service training class..Sad

It's the old Walgreens so it's very big & they hv a nice selection of things. It's very neat. The only problem is sometimes it's only 1 person at the checkout. Overall it's a good Dollar Tree where you'll find lots of things that cost 1.25.

Staff is very friendly. Store is well stock. They typically have most items. However corporate needs to invest in this store. Specifically, I should not be walking past cups of urine and see a sea of trash throughout the parking lot every time I go…and I do mean every time. If you navigate the trash successfully then you have to deal with people begging for money or scamming people. One evening I watched a man approach four different women outside of their vehicles. I know that the Newmarket store has paid security. This is an amazing location and with HU close by it is one that could really make some money. But no one, including HU students, should feel unsafe or unclean shopping. The “if you build it they will come” motto isn’t good enough anymore. You have to build it and take care of it. The employees are doing the best they can. It’s time corporate helps them.

Went to Dollar Tree on Pembroke Ave in Hampton, VA 3 weeks ago. I was insulted and disrespected. Made a complaint on their website regarding the poor customer service. I guest the employees know that the company is not going to investigate. I made a complaint on the Dollar Tree website. On 2/24/2022 the District Manager did reach out to me via telephone. She assured me that this incident would be investigated. I am waiting for a written reply. I would hope, at the very least, that the Associates involved will receive training or retraining (as appropriate) regarding Customer Service. I do not want this type of incident to occur with another person, especially an elderly person.

Nice neat store. Always packed with new items and nice holiday items. Fast polite staff. Nice location. I hv no complaints. It's one of the large Dollar Trees so they hv lots of inventory.

The $1.25 store shouldn't sell toys to CHILDREN that'll annoy their employees. Employees shouldn't vent to other customers about said child. Poor Corey for running his mouth about my nephew with his mother near by. 🤣🤣
