PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Worst place ever! Ruined my baby’s Christmas photos. I took him here on Sunday morning, they asked what type of cut do we want. Showed them a picture they called back and said they weren’t able to cut him like the picture but they can keep his face cute. I told them that’s fine. When I receive my baby he was shaved all the way down and it was not an even cut. I called them and asked if they would be able to give a refund or at least a partial refund and they said no it was not their fault. I will tell everybody not to come here unless you don’t care and just want your dog shaved completely with patches. Also I don’t know what kind of products they use because he doesn’t smell good at all, and they don’t check shot records and didn’t ask for pet information. What a complete waste of $75 and there is no way he can take his pictures with Santa now! I’m begging you please go somewhere else!

I really wanted to stay with this grooming salon as it has great prices and is very convenient however my dogs last cut was horrendous. I’ve been going to this salon since last May/June. The past two grooms there has been a new groomer I don’t recognize and she is the one who cut my dog this last time.First I had to remind the groomers about my dogs extra nails that need to be cut as I could tell they were getting way longer.Then another time, the day after my dog was groomed he got a severe ear infection. I went to the vet and was told it was trauma from plucking the ear hair. At his next grooms I requested they leave that hair alone and only trim as necessary.His most recent groom, they completely shaved him down and his coat is very uneven. I’ve been to 2 other groomers and I’ve had my dog for 2 years so I understand matting but my dogs coat was in no condition to be shaved down the way it was. When i asked why it was so short she said she wanted to make it even. She also cut his eyelashes which I have specifically requested for them not to do.Additionally, the new staff member had her 9 week old puppy in the salon. There’s no way it’s fully vaccinated and how do you attend to a roaming puppy and 3-4 others dogs you’re supposed to be grooming and tending to. There’s also a concern about a level of cleanliness in this salon. I’ve had dogs my whole life and I understand grooming salons don’t smell like roses but this salon seems to have a worsening level of cleanliness.I only Post this review because this grooming salon has high stars but it is not the same as it was when i started going last year.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! I’ve Brought My Dog Here A Handful Of Times But This Last Visit Was The LAST Straw For Me! I Did A Walk In And Yes, My Dog Was There No More Than 4 Hours BUT When I Picked Her Up I Noticed Her Eye Was Extremely Red. I Asked For Grooming Notes And What Happened Since Her Eye Has NEVER Bren Like This, the Response I Got Was “She Was Very Dramatic And Anxious So Maybe Shampoo Or Hair May Have Gotten In Her Eye.” I Took Her To The Vet And They Stated This Was Caused From Trauma That The Collar They Put On Her Was Too Tight And Caused A Blood Vessel To Pop. This Is Straight Up Sad.

They have earned a customer for life. Rudy had been to several other groomers (Pet** and Pet******) were always unable to complete the service resulting in Rudy walking around with a lion mane. The staff at Critter Cleaner were patience and very informative and understood the challenges with a rehome dog and getting them comfortable. When we received Rudy he was matted from head to toe, now he’s mat free. And running happy free

I LOVE this groomer. I have a 16 yr old Maltipoo who gets extremely nervous when it's grooming time so I like having a mobile groomer come to my home. They are on time and do a really good job cleaning her, she's all white and her eyes and around her mouth get really stained but they got her cleaner than any groomer so far and she smelled so good! Definitely worth the money

Took my toy Australian shepherd here this morning! They did a wonderful job. She's a very nervous little thing so she takes a minute (or more) to warm up to people. I was relieved when I returned to find her calm and at ease. I knew then she had been treated well and that she was quite happy. We will definitely be returning!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I will never bring my dogs here again. Walked in to drop off my and all I heard was babies crying. I went to use the restroom and 2 babies were in their playpen being ignored. Ok, I get they're busy but that is no place for babies. The nose, the fur everywhere and it's down right dirty. After picking up my dog, I found his paw bleeding and they never told me they cut his nails too short. After coming home, I noticed my dog kept locking himself down in his private area. I didn't think anything of it but after a couple of days of him licking I had to check. Came to find out, his bottom has a burn mark on it, rash and swollen. I don't even know how they managed to mess his bottom up. Now I'll have to take him to a vet to get this taken care of. I will never recommend this place to anyone I know with animals.

Hi, please call me asap. My name is Olivia Hall. I came with my dog Shakha con about a month ago. If you still have my information on file. I left her collar there and I need to pick it up. But you guys are not answering.UPDATE: Very sweet people. I lost my dog Shakha on Christmas Eve. I just had time to go get her collar in April. I was praying they still had it. My heart filled with love when they handed me her collar and said they don’t throw any dogs belongings away ❤️. I cried all the way home. Yall are awesome. Having my girls collar back, bought back so many memories. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. A million times.

Brought my dog here and had her groomed only to pick her up looking like she was barely trimmed and stinking definitely wasn’t given a bath ! The store manager is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered. You are charged 65+ for your dog to look like a toddler cut it!

The service was great. Both women that arrived were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and did a great job grooming my Australian Shepherd. Being mobile made the service that much better as it was so convenient with my schedule while working from home. I'll definitely be doing business with Critter Cleaners in the near future!

Critter Cleaners did an amazing job with my anxious shiba inu. He needed a nail clipping and Pepper took care of my dog quick and easy. They were very accommodating and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero starts I would, I’ll start by saying the staff was polite and seemed to understand instruction. We let them know that we have a senior dog that has a few sensitive spots from previous groomers and hip problems. They brought him back half way through service, without washing him and stating that he was too difficult to work with and he bit them multiple times. Of course we apologized for his behavior, once he was back in our care he would not let us near his hip or pick him up. He was visibly traumatized and had one eye closed as if there was soap in his eye. Matted hair clump’s were literally ripped out of him, I know this because they are the type that can only be cut out or shaved. He has sores and has been in so much pain since his visit LAST month. Please be more careful especially with fragile dogs. We literally handed him over to careless groomers. My dog is 14, so even the slightest amount of trauma is too much for him. I just want my dog to be his happy energetic self again.EDIT: Coty finally let us touch him after a month and a half, here are pictures I found of scar that we originally could not see from this terrible grooming session. Terrible scar, can’t believe my dog was in this much pain.

This business has no respect for HOA's rules and regulations. On two separate occasions this business was asked not to set up shop in our community and take up more than one parking space to groom pets. Do not use this service. The lack of respect speaks volumes.

I moved to Georgia from Hampton three years ago but every time I visit here which is home, I bring my pets to be groomed. I’ve tried many places in Georgia and there is no comparison to critter cleaners!!!! They are the best in business!!!!

My poodle is 14 years old I dropped him off at 11:40 am he was not done till 7 pm.I called 3 times no answer . Got a call at 6 he would be done in 20 minutes.I get there and his feet were not done, which for a poodle is important so I watched as they pulled his little legs in a painful way . His ear hair was done poorly. He was dehydrated ! No dog should go 6 hours without water or to pee . He cried all night I have never heard him cry in 14 years. He was there on Thursday the 20 of October today is Sunday the the 23 he is crying and yelping , can hardly walk.I will take him to the vet tomorrow. The place was ok not great at 11:40 at 6:30 the smell was horrible the floors were filthy, the workers looked so exhausted . This place should be closed down! My 14 year old poodle can’t hardly walk and is still crying!

My fur baby, Brady, who takes awhile to get use to strangers, took to her like he's been knowing her for years. That a lone made me feel very comfortable. Now the groomer, off the charts. She is totally amazing. Check out the before and after pictures ❤️❤️💯💯. Oh this was his first visit. YES, he will be returning.

My Kaia had a great experience! It normally takes 3 people to help clip her nails but she was so relaxed and trusting that they had no issues. Critter Cleaners Pet Grooming is professional and inexpensive. We had such a wonderful experience that we will definitely be back for another grooming every month!

But if I feel what i requested as usual and you don’t live up to my standards for the money .I spent,, and address it immediately how you gonna charge me extra for a service already included! I dropped my doodle off at 9:00am and they said she would be done at 1:00pm. When I called at 1:00 they had not started on her yet. My dog was there from 9:00am-3:00pm, which from 9-1:00pm she was in a crate. I am satisfied with her cut, but the customer service and communication was not up to par.

They did an excellent job with my friend's dog (a Labradoodle). She had to be alot of work with having a thicker coat. They were on time and she looked/smelled great when they finished. Highly recommend!

My dog suffered severe injuries from a grooming appointment last Wednesday. His groomer admitted that her clippers may need maintenance because she was out on maternity leave and had just returned. She was apologetic and took accountability for the injury and told me that she would be in communication with management. However management- specifically Pepper was rude and not compassionate. She has tried to minimize his injuries as a razor burn and was unhelpful when I requested reimbursement for his medical bill. She would not adress and or communicate respectfully with me. I will be speaking to the proper authorities to further rectify the situation. In the meantime I would not recommend spending money with this kind of establishment as it is apparent that management doesn’t care about the animals that they service or their well being.

My dog will never go here again she been maybe 3-4 times last time is where I draw the line. I dropped her off at 9am and she wasn’t ready until 4pm. I asked could they shape her ears and they just did what they wanted to do the cut was sloppy and uneven. Also my dog was extremely thirsty when I picked her up. And the worst part they cut my poor baby under her arm. Never again.

We been taking our 3 very large Bloodhounds here for years.. And they are not fans of getting clean... Even still.. They always come back looking pretty & smelling nice.. No one there ever complains even tho my dogs often refuse to go into the tub... Lol.. This Place is great.... employees are friendly and skilled at what they do... I have tried other local places but this is the best
