I am also grateful for true honesty but disheartened when I see unsatisfied customers. I can not imagine a bad experience for your baby. I know that being an animal lover , every person who works their truly loves animals, and we do the best we can. I love this place so much. The women who work here are phenomenal and will forever win the Sweetheart Award! Our dog is our baby, and I want him in a safe, clean, and loving environment. They take such great care of him. I'm at peace when I drop him off here for daycare. Milo is a handful, but he's in the right hands of love. Thank you, ladies, for everything.

I brought my doodles in and they came out looking great!First let me say, both my doodles had mats and a lot of fur to work with. They have not been to a groomer in a year due to a bad experience at our previous groomer. My boys went in happy (which made me feel better) and they left happy!My apologies to the two groomers on the past two days for them needing so much work but from now on we will continue at this location on a regular basis! Thank you!!

Let me tell you about Ms. Ashley! She is such a beautiful soul ,you can tell she really loves her babies and care for them as if they were her own. My dog Buster is such a difficult dog to groom. I was called to pick him up because the groomer (Sam she is awesome also)was unable to handle him , Very understandable! Ashley stepped in and got him done!From Buster and myselfThanks a million Ashley, she is such a great person to have on your team!!!!!

I normally bring my dog in and express what Iād like. Itās honestly a hit or miss sometimes theyāre great and fast with the services. Other times Iām asking them to go back and fix something. This particular time I dropped my dog off for a 1 oāclock appointment. They took until 6:40 to call and say she was ready. And I wasnāt satisfied with her cut. I had them go back and cut more off of her tail. I heard my puppy scream when she was cutting but didnāt realize until a bit later that she cut her to much. She has bruises everywhere from being shaved to close. These are just two sheād allowed me to get close enough to without jumping from the pain. She has this deep cut on the side of her neck thatās swollen and draining from being cut too close! We wonāt be returning !!!

Have to give two stars for my recent visit with them. They were really packed that day for some reason and I usually book an appointment close to closing time so that my doggies get the best care but this time I booked an early afternoon appointment and I was very disappointed in the service that was given to my doggies. Iām usually very impressed with their place but now not so much. The person that I also booked my doggies to get it done by didnāt seem to be at the store either and only one of them out of the two were there so I was very disappointed. The main thing that I was excited for was my poodles to be brushed and blow driedā¦. they didnāt seem to get fully brushed like they usually were and I didnāt even receive a call from them like I usually do to pick up my babies. I had to call the store and ask if they were done which was frustrating and then when I picked my doggies up they didnāt look like what I expected from previous times Iāve been there. So sadā¦. Do wish that they didnāt overbook themselves so that they give the upmost care to each dog that did schedule an appointment for that day and I did pay over $100 with no complaints so I do wish that this problem gets fixed soon.

Dropped our Australian Sheppard off for grooming for her 1pm appointment and was finally notified around 7pm she was finished and ready to be picked up. When I picked her up she just wanted to go so at the time I didn't go into how displeased we were. When we got home she was so thirsty and dehydrated that she drained the water bowl twice. She seemed to be tramatized and she has never acted this way after being geoomed. She was shaved down and it was bad. Her coat was extremely uneven, her crown and face didn't appear to be touched (in fact it was uneven and she had a beard on one side), her tail had stripes in it. I sent the business a message via their Facebook messanger and although it was read at 11am it took until 7pm for them to respond stating that my dog had a fabulous time and that they worked on her the full time....which we don't feel is possible because in all the years of her grooming it's taken a max of 3.5 hrs. I would not recommend them at all.

This has been the best grooming experience. My dog Spoticus doesn't like nail clips but they are so kind to him despite his complaining. The pick up and drop off service is so helpful. It saves me from getting fur all over the car. The groomers really love what they do and they are always smiling. Very positive vibe there. It is a great opportunity for my dog from a one dog family to have some social time with other dog friends. Thank you ladies for all you do for the pets of Hampton.

I brought my two chihuahuas here and they looked beautiful! The owner is so kind and passionate about dogs and general coat care for dogs; gave us some really good suggestions for keeping my long hair chihuahua perfect. She also actually enjoys spending time with the dogs (she posts tik toks of her clients; the dogs seem so happy to be there!)

Where do I even begin? This place is absolutely amazing in so many ways. I have had some pretty bad experiences with dog groomers. I have a German shepherd mix who is also my 8 year old daughters service dog. Bubbles & Bark went above and beyond my baby girl looks amd smells amazing she sheds like crazy, I mean seriously like something you've never seen before, amd the magic this place did is beyond words. Best part they listen to your dogs ques when they are telling you enough is enough tell listen. The didn't muzzle or even have to leash her. They make the experiences as calming and relaxing for your dog as possible. Want your dog to have a true spa day bring them here!! Hands down best experiences ever. Definitely will be going only back to Bubbles & Bark from here on out.

Literally the worst grooming salon in the 757. They are rude, incompetent and donāt care about your pet(s). I brought mine in and they shaved him without my permission nor did they give me a form to complete prior to the appointment. Found out afterwards that on the form they wouldāve needed to contact me before continuing the services, in which I wouldāve declined. Also, the person in which I scheduled my appointment with was not the person who actually cut his hair which was problematic in itself because considering they did not do the initial intake, they didnāt know what I wanted done or any concerns or questions I asked. Also, they are not business oriented and need further training on customer service etiquette, which by the way, they severely lack. Donāt take your babies here. They arenāt any better than your local PetSmart or Petco. They are racist as hell, so much so that my father had to come up there and then when he stood on business, they switched up real quick and was very nice to him but rude as hell and disrespectful to me because I was upset about the way my dog looked. My baby was completely shaken, whimpering, had big blotchy uneven patches of hair where they didnāt properly shave him. He had paw pad burns from the razor they used to the point where I had to take him to the vet the next day and they gave him pain meds, paw pad ointment and a shot in the stomach because he was vomiting and had diarrhea so bad after his visit. Needless to say I havenāt been back since and will NEVER come back.

They did a fantastic job with my pup! She was so happy and comfortable there and came home feeling and looking great. Itās the best haircut sheās ever had and absolutely worth it! (She doesnāt take very good pictures, if she ever lets me take a better one Iāll post it lol.)

I love it here Milo my cockapoo loves Ashley when we pull up he gets super excited itās a spa day for my baby!! Ashley is great at communicating Milo needs you can feel the love and the passion for what she does as a groomer!!! Love you ladies!

Absolutely amazing! I took my 9 month aussiedoodle in because her fur was getting matted. Not only did they spend 5 hours saving as much fur as they could but they taught me a lot about my breed! They could have easily just shaved her to the skin but they didn't. And they could have been mad as hell when I got there because they had to do so much work. But they were not. They were kind, and seemd to be really enjoying their job. I've made a follow up in 6 weeks so she won't get that bad again! Thanks again to frances and her team for everything!

They always do a great job with our doggos. We get the bathing and nail clipping services, and they always come back clean, smelling great, nails well-done, and a nice new bandana, usually festive for season.One of my dogs has very sensitive nails. Heās a sweetheart and super gentle until you start seriously messing with his nails. Then he starts to get scared. Other groomers have had problems with him nipping (which shocked us when he started doing that a couple years ago). But Bubbles and Bark uses the hanging grooming harness, and he does so much better with it!A new perk is the pick up/drop off service they just started. We just used this service for an extra fee, and it was super convenient. Love this place!

I was fairly underwhelmed by the experience but maybe I took the reviews at face value or my experience was just different.The appointment was supposed to take an hour but took closer to two. Considering the ratio of dogs there to dog groomers, I wouldn't be surprised if my dog was not getting groomed the entire time (yes, this was a scheduled appointment).We got the deluxe package and de-shedding treatment. I'm 98% sure neither scissors or a razor touched my dog's hair as I had given him a cut before and knows how it feels/looks afterwards. His claws were barely trimmed. He was still covered with shedded fur when picking him up and the business said that was normal but that we would notice a lack of shedding within a few hours. While we did not count every hair that fell off, we did not seem to notice a change to his shedding so I have no idea if that service was ever done.Ultimately, we spent over $75 on services that were subpar compared to what we've gotten before at places like PetSmart. Again, it may have just been this particular visit but it did not leave a desire to go back for repeat business.

This place was horrible! On 2 different occasions they did work I asked them not to do. The last visit was it! All my request for my fur baby were written down. To my surprise when returning to pick him up all my baby facial hair was gone. His ears unevenly cut. The groomer who worked on him was on a personal call and never heard the instructions given. It was like taking a patient in for an operation and not reading the chart. The manager was there through it all, and never once did she address my concerns nor apologize. Don't ever take your fur baby here!! So Sad.

This was only my second encounter with the particular groomer. The first time I brought my dog in he looked pretty good not to badā¦but this time I picked my dog up and there are literal chunks missing from my dogs ear..and itās very noticeableā¦I just paid and left I will not be returning. Heās literally whining. :(

Did a great job with my lab who doesn't do well in cages and was his first time grooming. He seemed to have a good time there, and they said he did well with them. Staff was nice and pleasant to interact with. I do love the text option for appointment reminders and when he was ready for pick up. Very convenient location

My Sassy is already a Cutie Pie, but she hasn't been groomed this well for the past 9 years.I'm so happy I found a new Groomer with exceptional skills. I was very pleased with the service provided. Let me start off by saying the staff is extremally sweet, at least the two ladies that I met. I have a 5 month old goldendoodle, who is not new to being groomed, however, this was our first time taking him here. His appointment was at 4pm. When we first got there we were greeted by a young lady who was very nice. We gave her instructions how we wanted him cut and she said ok.he was not ready until 8pm, he was the last dog there and his cut seemed rushed. He was uneven, still wet and he just was not acting the same when we bought him home. They took him down lower than what we asked. I don't think we will be bringing him back...

Please make Bubbles and Bark your go-to salon for your pet grooming needs! The salon appearance and customer service was stellar! My husband and I were so pleased as first timers. The owner was extremely pleasant and greeted us with such joy! The love for pets and quality service is extremely evident. The staff was also warming and welcomed us. Itās truly one of kind experience! We will be returning for sure!

After speaking with the owner and explaining the condition of my babies I made and appointment. I took them in today and spoke with the cheerful lady at the locked door . I explained to her how I would like my toy poodles clean faced and feet when cut. I dropped them off at 9 a m and they were now ready till 3:30. When I was called to retrieve them. To only see a cut that looked like a student had cut it. The hair was still on their face so I asked if they could shave it off. 1 of the ladies then call called the owner that then explained to me that they had already spent too much time on my dogs because 1 of my dogs needed extra time on her and they had other dogs to tend too. When I asked if they would clean my other babies face the lady at the door stated to the student groomer to go ahead and do it so they could send me on my way. Not only was the cut terrible but they smelled like the washed the dogs in the same water. I still pulled dirt off my baby on the way home. After paying $140.00 for a terrible grooming I had to go to care a lot to buy shampoo for to clean them. I wouldn't take my muskrat there
