Always pleasant. Great with the dogs. My friends from NC bring their dog with them when they visit. Always go to Boutique a Yo Yo for a nail trim as neither their vet nor they are able to trim Macy's nails. No problem for the staff at Boutique a Yo Yo. Their amazing.

Leo loves going to the groomers. The ladies here always do a top notch job and Leo looks so happy and handsome with Botique Yo Yo's bandanna collar. I highly recommend B Yo-yo

We took our pup here earlier this week. When he came home he smelled lovely. But the deodorant spray that had been sprayed on him quickly faded and I was left with a stinky dog within just 12 hours of his grooming appointment. I’m not sure if he wasn’t bathed or if they just used a bad dog shampoo. Either way, we’ll be giving him a bath ourselves this weekend. His nails were trimmed, but not efficiently and we ended up having to trim them ourselves.

We had a good experience with our 3 month old golden retriever, Mozart. I called and they were friendly and accommodating. we arrived and they were friendly to me and Mozart. he was ready very fast and when they said. They gave us a 'report' on how he did and he looked great, had a bandana and a new toy which he loves.We will definitely be back for his monthly bath and I recommend this place.Why not 5 stars? Its 2014 and every business should accept credit cards. they don't. I didn't see any sort of client info system to record details of Mozart. In general they could be a bit more polished with these things.Still its a good value and no place is perfect. definitely a lot better service than pet smart.

Excellent service. I have been reluctant to take our 4 year old rescue to the groomer because he is so nervous at the vet. The ladies were very nice and patient with him. We will defiantly be back.

You get what you pay for. When I brought my poodle home she was matted where they shaved her to from lack of brushing after, they didn’t pluck or clean her ears and I had to ask them to cut her nails because they were just as sharp when I came to get her as when I took her there. Her cut was also all kinds of crooked and I will have to go back and fix it myself. They seem rushed to get all the dogs out. Wanted to try out a small business vs Petsmart but honestly Petsmart does a better job. I will say she was fluffy and smelled good, maybe I’ll take her for baths there. But won’t be going back for a full groom with my poodle.

Great place been taking my dogs over 10 years. Took my dog Killa there yesterday. With my cuz dog. I was late. But I never got a bad groom like I did. The hair uneven. Under her neck was missed. Face was not cut down at all. Nails wasn't done. Maybe they was in a rush or whatever but. Very dissatisfied this time. I drove from Richmond just to get my dog done because I like how they cut her. Hope next time is better. I took pictures cause couldn't believe it.

I stopped in to get my dog’s nails cut & filed. They were so gentle and patient with my 10 yr old chihuahua , and did a great job! Will definitely be coming back!

While my dog looked and smelled wonderful I saw a groomer around the corner working on a large black dog which she punched right in front of me. She kept yelling at it constantly. ( she didn’t know I was there). Not sure what that was about but never an excuse for that kind of behavior. That woman needs fired.

I have been taken my dog to BAYY for over two years and never had any complaints. I bring them and and they know my dogs by name and they will tell what time to pick them up. They are always ready when I arrives. The price is reasonable than the other places and I will continue to take my dogs to BAYY.

I went to Boutique A Yo Yo because my regular groomer was booked. The atmosphere is very unprofessional. When I dropped off my dog noone bothered to asked for my name or my telephone number just in case he was ready early. He was not ready when they said he would be. The worst part about everything was that when I sat down to wait for him I heard the groomer being very rude to my dog. She sounded like she had been having a bad day. Breathing hard, using harsh tones with an dog who is less than 10lbs. If you are not a patient person YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN THE GROOMING INDUSTRY. I wouldn't leave a pet mice with them if I had one. DO NOT GO THERE.

I took my dog there for the 1st time and never again her grooming was unevenly cut nails weren't cut i took her back they fixed her a lil bit but when i got home i looked her again just a horrible job over all. I'm very dissatisfied.

Thank goodness for Boutique A Yo Yo!!! I have a very stinky beagle and a big Labrador that hate bath time and make it almost impossible (minus a hot day and a water hose) to scrub them!!! The team at BAYY love their furry customers and make you feel like part of the family when you walk into their shop. They always do an amazing job on my boys (even add a little "bling" to make sure they feel like they've gotten the royal treatment when they leave). Best of all, it costs me less to have 2 dogs washed, cut, and pedicured (haha!!) than it does for 1 at the major pet store chain.Thank you BAYY!!!!Sincerely,Bingley, Duncan and their mom :)
