The best Ace store I have ever been in. Well worth the 20 mile drive to get there. Store very large, well stocked, very clean and the staff are top drawer.

This Ace is not. The staff that know anything, make you wait for half an hour while they banter with a previous customer. After attempting to ask for assistance through his yacking , he gave a lukewarm "it's over there" while he continued his conversation, dissing Lowes and others big box stores... Well, I headed to Lowes... at least their stock is better organized. At least the thin staffing doesn't ignore you. I cringe every time  I'm forced to enter Ace!

Super friendly and helpful on staff. The store was calm and clean. I found what I needed quickly and didn't have to stress my kids spending 45 minutes walking up and down every aisle trying to find it. I felt like their prices were extremely reasonable as well

Not sure if I feel comfortable returning after basically being ambushed as soon as I walked in the door by a VERY loud female associate (never saw her before) who then carried on a very loud discussion with another customer about how Covid was God's wrath. Not my idea of a welcoming experience after 3 years of loving my Ace.

The staff at this location is helpful and friendly. My parents have both had good experiences, as well as my family. They are priced higher for some items than some other larger department stores. The quality of products sold is usually higher than the lower priced items you can find at larger stores. We generally find what we are looking for. Recently, there have been visits where we have left empty-handed due to inventory being unstocked or not available any longer at the location. They recently renovated the store, so if you haven't been in a while, it may look different to you. The store is organized nicely and is conveniently located.

I went in today needing advice and supplies from the hardware department, and was truly impressed by the awesome, knowledgeable and accurate help from Kenneth. I'd never met this gentleman before, but in my 72 years I can honestly say that Kenneth provided the best possible assistance ever, and all with a gentle manerism and smile! Ace is THE place!

Ace used to be the place but not anymore. About 20 years ago, I had Ace cut a key fob for me and the cost was around $4. I ordered a new Honda key fob online because the dealer wanted $60 and I paid $17. I went to Ace to get the key cut and was told they only cut key fobs that your purchase from them. They said if they don't have it, they can order it. I asked about what that cost and they said around $200. Ok, so Ace is probably getting the key fob for around $15 but charging $200 to cut and program. A professional key programmer is around $400 and you can buy a DYI one for under $100. I have my own equipment for programming key fobs and TPMS sensors so why would I pay someone $200 for a key. That's almost as much as the dealer charges and more than a locksmith charges, Shopped at Ace for 40 years but will never go in an Ace store again.

The store has what you need most of the time. Parking lot is easy to navigate.The employees are extremely friendly but not very knowledgeable. They don't know about how things work in the store. For example, I needed a key programmed they said the guy wasnt there and to come back. After returning twice, they told me they couldn't do fob keys after they told me they could and to keep checking back for the key guy.

Went here day after Christmas. Store was clean. The very old white hair woman at cash register could use more training, of knowing if Mr. Buddy heater has rubber propane hoses in store stock. Guess what it was there. Go look or research before yelling out Ace doesn't carry them or don't say there is no such thing of a propane hose for portable heater. I can not stand lazy people that only collect a check, with out doing the work!!!! U Army Veteran very disgusted with that one's customer service..Shout out to the young man working near middle aisle that rang me up for my hose, because I refused to have that lazy woman ring me up. Bad taste in my mouth to have gave my money to her. Thank you Sir for your understanding. You need a raise.👍👍👍

Great customer service! The staff is always friendly, polite and eager to assist customers. I appreciate that I can always find a knowledgable staff member at ACE willing to answer questions and help me to get exactly what I need. Some other stores you might walk the distance of 3 football fields and never see anyone to help you!

People that work there are really helpful. The person at the register greets you as you walk in and if not busy, asks if they can help you find anything. They do a good job at servicing equipment. They do sell parts, but my only complaint is that Stihl parts in the back are not sold after 5 on weekdays and limited hours on weekends. Which is frustrating for people who work. You can see what you need behind the counter but no one can sell them.

We have lived in Southall for 10 years and found this hardware store to meet just about all of our hardware needs. This place is special, the service and friendliness goes beyond what one would expect and distant wise it’s just a short hop away. The manager is extremely helpful and I always enjoy saying hello to Amy when checking out…..a welcome relief compared to big box stores and a real community treasure.

Prices do not ring up at the register as labeled on shelf. Dewalt charger ring up 49.99 when it was 32.99 cashier. Brought this to cashiers attention to have to recheck the price myself. This is a huge difference in price and the cashier had no concern. Please check your receipts at this location. Floor staff was helpful in finding the product.

Far from cheap. Make keys also let you bring out the kid in you (Hello Kitty)They hv sunglass that are a nice price. Brands of soda you never knew exist. They also give you great discounts. Free to join I think. The store is organized & neat. I don't like the prices. If you can't find my dad check Ace. You know it's bad when they know your name.

This is my go to for all of my hardware needs. Ace has a lot of brands you can't get at your big box chains like Stihl! You can also order Car Keys and fobs, they have a specialist that sets appointment for programming.

Great, customer service! I called to see if they had a trimmer and i stated that it was available online but they couldn't locate it. I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes and they stated they found one. When I got to the store everything was ready.

The manager Rick is awesome. He helped me with curbside pick up before the governor locked down the state. He, and the clerks, are very friendly and helpful. I'm thankful for them. I couldn't feed the birds right now otherwise. A+++++
