Was there on Friday. Picked up pre loaded trailer. Trailer was over loaded on trailer axles. They charged my company a $250 rework fee since I took the load to get it scaled at the closest cat scale. The supervisor on 1st shift was rude and not willing to work with my company. Was very rude to me. Was there 18 hrs waiting for them to rework load. Would not recommend any companies pickup here or do any business with them at all. It was my 1st and last time I will be there. Told my dispatchers next time they want to give an attitude about doing a rework on a load. I would drop the load back off there and let the trailer nose dive in the asphalt.

Very good place to pick up from. I showed up a whole day early and was quickly assigned a door and loading started right away. They also do allow you to park overnight and do your ten as long as you park in a spot where you are not in the way, so please respect that and don’t mess it up for others. People here are also very nice, from the office to the loaders and the yard jockeys. I would not have a problem coming back here again.

I have to give Sunshine Mills an A+. I picked up a load there after I delivered to a dollar general distribution warehouse that was an absolute disaster. A half hour to unload and 4 hours to process an unloading fee. The associates at Sunshine Mills were so nice upbeat and professional. They helped turn an ugly day around.

If you driver with a hopper don't deliver here. Ive been sitting since 11 it's now going on 3. The employees are nice and respectful but the unloading process is unnecessarily long.

First and foremost they do allow overnight parking. Secondly I had a good experience, showed up around 10:45 pm the night before an 11am appt, got loaded that night.

My loads worked out smooth. I had two loads one at 1300 and the other at 1600, delivering at dollar general. I started at 1030 and they loaded me early on the first one and was finished by 1935 with the second.People are friendly, smooth workNever ignore detention, it adds up people

7 hours to live load. They are extremly slow also racist! Highly do not recommend to send your trucks here. My first and last time.

Mine was a Pre-loaded trailer, 20 minutes out of yard, which included scale. Yes, one on site. It's was the same weight #'s as the cat scale I got 60 miles down the road. The lady in the shipping office was nice. There was definitely no racist activity like the other dude commented.No problems.I would recommend being on time, per driver in front of me, had to wait for an opening but a driver's that showed up after him on time go ahead of him.

Slow and inefficient, been checked in since noon, appointment at 3 so knew I’d sit a little, but same 2 trucks in door as when I got here. Also when I went back up at 3, my appointment time, I was told 2 were still in front of me. Not sure how a place like this stays in business. Be prepared to be here for your 10 hr. Good luck driver. I know I won’t be taking a load from here ever again.

The pace at this business is 1 speed…SLOW, unless they are heading to their cars to go home. 2 hour wait for a door and 2 1/2 at dock…plus a shift change in the middle? It’s pallets of dog food, should be an easy load process.

This place is anything but sunshine. The amount it took to load my trailer was insane. It was like they loaded a pallet or 2 and went to smoke and then loaded another 2 and then smoked again. I was the first one there and it took over 3.5 hours to get loaded. Avoid this place.

The people who works here are so lazy, rude and disrespectful with no morality! waste driver's time please do not accept any load from this facility.They hung out and talk with each other instead of working or loading the trailer.(Dog Food)

Don’t ever come here they take there sweet ole time and they’re by appt. Even if dock doors are empty if it’s not your appt time you’ll sit till it is even if docks are empty which in my case they are but no one will let me load. So drivers don’t think you can come here early and get loaded

Arrived at 6:30am and checked in with shipping/receiving (wasn’t expecting them to talk to me until 7am). Had to wait until the yard guy got in at 7am to follow over to the warehouse to get unloaded. Was unloaded by 8am. Everyone was super nice too. Nothing for me to complain about. 🤘🙂

This place sucks. I got hear at 10am for a 11am pickup and they told me my load was not ready till tomorrow. But they will take me in anyways. Been hear going on 5hrs and I'm sill not done getting loaded. Hope who ever has to get a little e load at this place likes to sit and wait for hours on end.

Dirty & smelly work, but one of the top paying places in the area. Had I not relocated to Pennsylvania, I would more than likely still be employed now, making it 8 years of employment. Hard to get in, but if you do I would think twice before leaving!

Been there many times. Great place to pick up even though we normally drop and hook. There's plenty of room and they always are friendly and give me more paperwork quickly

Don't go through the hiring process through a temporary employment service. They take advantage of their temps. $9.00 pay on a job that pays nearly twice that. 620 hours until eligible for hire... then I hear it'll be on their time when they actually get around to it.That's great if you live with your mom. But for those who don't want to put their families on foodstamps, maybe apply straight on?? Or avoid the trouble all together.

Owner operator stay away from this place, appointment time was at 1pm , So far till 8pm and waiting for them to load me , 5 hrs waiting to get a dock, then dock then personal left for home and I’m still at dock , I should off believe the review b4 I come to this place. A lot of driver and owner operator has same issue ,

It took them 5 hours to load my truck. Arrived on time. Avoid coming here if possible. I see a lot of dropped trailers here and now I know why. Live loading is a no!!!!

This place is horrible appointment 12 o'clock after five hours still on dock every hour they go to tell you one more hour.

I didn't want to believe the horrible reviews about this place but they are all true. Absolutely horrible. 5 hours and still not loaded. I've never seen people walk or move so slowly. Make sure you have plenty of hours if coming here. O/O's avoid this place at all costs if you can.

6 hours to get dock 3 hours to load once in dock only loaded 2 trucks in 6 hours ran out of time had to use yard jockey to get trailer loaded due to eld couldn't move truck were not even busy gost town idk y it took so long I was on time lol never again will I come here stay away u were warned
