I got a fish from here once. Tanks weren't as clean as I'd like to see them, but I like to support local businesses.There was a large, crusty, dried up, dead angel fish in the net that the employee had to throw away before catching my fish. I was stunned at the carelessness and how unsanitary it was. At that point I should have told the employee I no longer wanted a fish, but I was embarrassed for her. The fish I bought was dead within a few days. Didn't even try for a refund, just took a loss and was thankful I hadn't exposed that fish to the rest of my tank.

Bought dog from owner (not through pet store but personaly) spent extra $500 to get breeding rights said he would send me the AKC registration it's been about a month haven't received any thing and he will not answer his phone or text me he's a cheat. Being a breeder myself and observing the dog it very obvious came from a puppy mill style breader. BUYER BEWARE

I used to work at a local veterinarian clinic. Many of the puppies came to the clinic sick with parvo. Like ALL pet stores, most of these puppies with the exception of the ones from their own backyard breeding come from puppymills. I saw the paperwork from a Missouri puppymill. Missouri is one of the "puppymill capitals"!

My brother bought a dog from the owner.The dog came from a puppy mill not a reputable breeder and the man was dis honest.

Fish tanks are filthy, some had dead fish in them. Looks like nobody cleans the animal cages, cobwebs in most of them. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Over priced also.

Dirty and smelly. Poor selection. All the animals I saw looked a bit neglected.
