I ordered a small plain pie for pickup and asked for a little light on the cheese. Easy, right? When I got home, 6-7 minutes away and the pie had supposedly just came out of a very hot pizza oven. The pizza was cold. There was no light on the cheese, the crust was hard on the bottom yet the dough was undercooked. The tomato sauce could only be discovered under a microscope like light on the tomato sauce and not on the cheese. I ate one slice and had to throw out the remainder. So very disappointed, all for valid reasons. And yet I have had acceptable (not great) pizzas from this place before tonight. Not good, I'm still hungry after having paid full price for this experience. I'll try buying here again but please escalate, standardize and maintain your quality. Sorry. Please accept this as constructive criticism. Thank you.

Thankfully they offer delivery and some food options are better than others. My only issue is when I call to place a delivery order there is a female who more often then not acts as if taking an order is the end of the world. I certainly hope the delivery guy doesn't have to share tips with her.

I ordered a large pepperoni, large sausage, cheese bread sticks and 2 orders of onion rings. The pizza was delicious. The onion rings were mediocre. They were greasy and soggy. Mainly I assume is because they are placed in styrofoam containers and not drained well first.Otherwise the food was good and worth the price.

The salad that came with the pasta had lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and croutons. The croutons were chewy 😔 but the homemade ranch dressing is so good, you could drink it. 😮 The fettuccine alfredo is creamy with heavy garlic, delicious! The steak was undercooked, but had great flavor. The garlic bread has a slightly crispy outside and chewy inside, a perfect dipping bread. We were offered dessert, but had no room. Service was prompt with a smile, no wait, but we arrived before the dinner rush.

The main problems I have are with the sauce and the service. It took me walking up to the clerk to notice us. It was only around six at night, we should have been noticed. I also didn't like how the sauce was too tomatoey, like they took out the sauce from a pasta can and rubbed it onto the pizza.However, the food still tasted wonderful.

We had two deliveries out of like 6 times we ordered using the SLICE app become undelivered to our home. Both times, when calling for a status update even hours later they would hang up saying let me talk to the driver but never tried to fix it.After I had hit up their facebook, and google maps ( i had forgotten about) The owner (Juan Carlos Hernandez) Contacted me through facebook messenger. He asked to be given the chance to make it right, and offered a full refund of the second order and to deliver what we had not received. I told him I just wanted the money back.Well the refund did come through later on that afternoon that he issued it. I am glad he had the respect to reach out, and make the best effort he could to redeem his team's lack luster effort. I hope from his reassurances that if we order again, we will not see this happen a third time. I told him he has the only food in town I like, and sometimes it's just easier to have it delivered. I do appreciate his efforts. I again hope the crew understands. even if you think the customer is full of it. Make your BEST effort you possibly can.

I ordered chicken parmigiana and didn’t realize you had to request your chicken to be breaded. I order this at other restaurants and have never been served just plain chicken on spaghetti with a sauce that taste nothing like a tomato sauce. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted!!! You should be informed you have to request the breaded style chicken when ordering, which is how it should be served. A couple bites and it went right in the trash.

My first time at ciro’s pizza in grottoes Virginia 24441 , and my experience was pretty great the service was excellent , and the pizza had my taste buds partying with greesy , yum yum get you some enjoyment , a great variety of sauce grease cheese pepperoni , and jalapeño to wash it all down , also I got YouTube channel you should check out it Jansen via . We ordered a pizza, steak and cheese and a side of fries. Our fries are pictured. Unappetizing. The pizza was extremely thin and not good. The steak and cheese was the best part of our meal. Only place in Grottoes that delivers so we tried it again (unsatisfied the first time we ordered too) we won’t be ordering here again.

Ordered pizza at 7:14pm for just a pepperoni pizza for delivery, got a text saying be delivered at 8:20pm, at 8:51 pm I called the this restaurant to inquire on when it would be delivered, the girl excuse was we only have one driver but it’s on the way it’s out for delivery now. At 9:15pm I reached out to customer service to inquire again and they said the same excuse above but it was on the way, at 10:15 I reached back out to customer support and they looked into it and they said they were short staffed and checked with the cook and said it was sent went it came out of oven, and that they can’t even do a credit back, then they cancelled my order totally. I just a pizza for dinner before I went to bed, now will be going to bed with no food. I hope whoever this one driver is that was delivering my pizza since 8:20 pm for the last 2 hrs enjoying eating it! Least he gets to eat tonight hope he enjoys my tip I gave him as well!! On a fixed income and wanted to get take out for the night blew up in my face!!! If takes this long for service they are probably not following any health and safety protocols and keeping place clean for anyone!

Pure disappointment! This place used to be great! I ordered two chicken cheese steak sub deluxe for delivery. The order arrived with the cold drink tied inside the bag..one drink was in a cup..thr both were warm. The food was cold, french fries soggie and wet, a nd the bread was not toasted..on the plus side..the sub was flavorful, but bread was soggie. 1 star rating.

I only gave this restaurant a star because it was the only way to be able to leave my review. Walking in with my service dog that had the medical service dog vest the front lady said no dogs allowed, as I looked at her and pointed at the vest and said she’s a service dog she replied no dogs again. I stayed polite and asked if I could sit out side and she said yes. We went and sat a outside for an hour and waited no one came to serve us. I went back and asked if we were going to be served she said yes. After waiting for 40min someone took our order. The food was horrible. The sauce looked and tasted nothing like marinara and the pasta was burned on top and hardly any meet. My party ordered the Stromboli steak and it had nearly any steak it was mostly cheese. Not to mention the service was rude and the bill was outrageous. I will definitely not going to recommend this place. Worst place in this area.

My wife and I ordered from Ciros for dinner. When I picked up the order I was told it was complete but when I arrived home I realized they had forgotten the Stromboli that we ordered. Called in to let them know what happened and they were able to have a fresh made Stromboli for us the next day to come in and pick up. A class service from the staff and also the owner/manager - the food quality was great and service was just as great. Highly recommend!

Food is better than wood fire pizza but the fries need more work. Only place that delivers in area. Delivery charge totaled $15 includes tip. Restaurant has to make a killing on deliveries.

I order delivery from Ciros all the time. Never once was I disappointed. My food is always made right and the delivery drivers are always friendly. I will continue to order from Ciros! Their chicken cheese steak subs and boneless wings are beyond amazing!!!

Been ordering pizza and subs past 5 years now. Very good pizza and delicious subs! If they aren’t the nicest on the phone like people say, it is because of short staff and being busy. Just be thankful and support local restaurants.

We eat/order from here at least once a week. Love everything I've ever tried from them. Their steak and cheese subs are by far the best around. Love their club sandwiches and pizza as well. Not sure what happened with everyone that is reporting bad customer service, but we have always had great experiences and we've been going since they opened. Always very friendly.

The food is pretty good, but the main lady who runs the register is usually rude and makes it seem like any mistakes made are the customer's fault. We specifically placed a curbside order this last time since a member of our household was sick, but was told when I called after getting there, "Oh no, we're too busy. You have to come inside to get your food."Too many other good places with the same food to keep going back to that.
