I would have given a higher rating if it had not been for the employees. Every employee I saw was scrolling on their phones, barely even acknowledging me as I looked for ibuprofen, a candy bar and a soda. I wasn’t sure that they were even employees, but since most customers do not stand in one spot scrolling on their phones, I came to the realization that yes, they were in fact workers. One lady at the counter with salt and pepper hair (I heard someone call her Sheryl) gave me her full attention and Iy looked like she wasn’t even holding a cell phone ! She was so kind and had a genuinely helpful and professional demeanor. Her friendly attitude was a breath of fresh air, you just do not see people in customer service behave in this manner anymore. Most front line store workers act as though they are doing you a favor when they ring up your items ( I guess since you are encroaching on their cell phone time). I digress. I just wanted to commend the drug store for having such an exemplary worker. I would have rated higher if people had been off their phones and at least acted as though they cared that there was a customer in their midst.

Very nice and friendly ladies and young ladies who work the drive thru! Each staff member greets you with a smile , and quickly acknowledges you as you first pull up. Everyone looks happy to be there , and that speaks volumes. I rarely ever go inside only because I have a small child , but the staff is superb! Nice clean friendly affordable ! You can't go wrong with Gretna Drug

Decent place if only you check out in the back at the pharmacy. The cashiers put at the front are always rude, belligerent and unhelpful. The pharmacists are much kinder.

Traveling to the area from NYC to visit my mom in Gretna. Found out that we forgot to pack something very important. The pharmacist was incredibly helpful in remedying our problem.Incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful.I can't recommend highly enough!

We’re making the transition of my Father coming home from a rehab facility. I’ve had to get all types of prescriptions, equipment, otc meds as well. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and making everything simpler for me, the pharmacist even took the time to show me how to check my Father’s blood sugar and it’s going really well!

Why offer online bill pay service if your not going to train the staff to do the service!!! Too trips for that purpose wasted.
