I love our local store. They almost always have what I need and the prices are good. I bought a metal water bottle for my husband's lunch box yesterday. It was marked $10 but when I went to pay, the cashier said it was marked down to $7.50.

Some of the staff is very nice. Some not so much. This store is the only store for miles and ok to pick things up, only game in town, so to say. The store is always filled with carts and boxes in the isles. Some you can't get down with a cart. Some employees have an additude because you need help finding something. I will not buy bread here because what ever is sprayed in the store makes the bread smell and taste like it looks. Was in the store today and one of the staff members was quite nasty.

Today I stopped at the NEW dollar general in stuart draft this evening . I have never seen a store that dirty and disorganized. There were so many empty shelves and nothing was where I was told it would be. Doilies were sitting everywhere piled high with boxes. The girl who was stocking was somewhat nasty to me. This was my first and last visit to that store. The girl at the register was polite and talkative. To be a new store, somebody needs to do a surprise visit.

Forget about the store in Greenville. Poor stocking, long lines, very rude staff. Convenience is the single reason anyone would stop here. Products are out of date - Nathan's hot dogs are green.

Just went in to the,greenville location after the young man with red hair and glasses the,cashier was very rude i left . Sad part is all the other dollar generals are nice. They have a sign up saying now hiring I hope they hire someone nice to take his place...If you can't be nice don't work retail.

Would go to staunton much farther away than ever return the greenville store. The employees laugh and smirk about customers. The large guy that works there is rude and unfriendly. Is constantly on his phone even while ringing you up. I needed to ask for something behind the counter but he would not put down his phone to be approached. Used to be much better managed.

Honestly one of the worst dollar generals around. Usually always out of stock. More of a store issue as it's understaffed and busy, so there is no time for employees to stock. Long lines frequently. Store is poorly designed as well. Bathrooms only accessible by asking for key, not good for children. Use to go here frequently, now go to draft.

You have to waste time whatting on one cashier to get you checked out of the store you need another cashier because when you have to go get another one in the store expressly the the Boy with the Red Hire he is not berry nice when you tell hem they need help up front at check out he's kind of nasste about of it when you have 15 or 20 people whatting in line to go home every day to cook supper or drekfast and that store is Greenville va stelstavern rt.11 pleas take care of this problem right away thank you un known every day kustermer it's to be fixt write away as of tommrow thank you for herring me and reading this pleas help with us all shoppers in Greenville va stelstavern rt.11 at dollar General thank you

Customer service is horrible. Although they usually have everything stocked, it makes a bad experience when there are rude, angry cashiers all the time. Management should learn to treat people like they want to be treated.

Old, dirty, dated, junky, cluttered. Stock sitting on floor in walkways. Half stocked severely understaffed and pathetic. It's clear to see no one there takes pride in their workplace or even gives a decent sh!t. Pull the time, collect a paycheck and go home is all they care about; and it shows.

There's only ever 1 cashier working and they're always so rude and ready to rush you out the door. If the one big guys in there I just turn around and leave.

Clean friendly stocked to best of ability with the crisis going on but no one is wearing masks or gloves for their protection at any Dollar General stores why not?

Nice store but since it's been remodeled the prices are too high for this area. It's the only store in the area since the log cabin burn down. We need a store that's cheap without having to go to staunton.

I had my cart full to the top with stuff cashier did not look happy.....As she rang up my order she started mumbing I ask her was there a problem,she said no but then said she smushed her finger, she then started slam in my food and stuff around.......if she doesn't want to work she shouldn't b there.

Called ahead of time arrived at 10:00 couldn't sell us the diapers we called about in advance. Horrible customer service from the manager! I wouldn't want anyone to shop here

Got more products sitting on carts in the middle of the aisle then they have on shelves. Probably because they cannot keep anyone working there long enough to put in out 😁
