I just visited this location while passing through Rt 42, the employees were so kind and helpful with locating the items I needed in a hurry. The manager happily helped with the cashier with a few of my transaction problems. I will definitely stop by again in future visits.

They seem to be keeping regular hours now most of the time but the shelves are very understocked. Reading some of the other reviews I question if they are shopping at the same place I am. So many rolltainers of product not on the shelf you can't hardly push a cart and the shelves look like a bomb went off things aren't in the right places and prices aren't correctly marked. They do seem to be working on it tho. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Love this DG! It's my favorite out of all of the ones I've been to in VA! Always has what I need in a pinch, and turn cutest clothes! Staff is pretty awesome too!

Craigsville store is nice but some of the workers need some training on people skills. The customer needs attention so get off your phone please.

Went in for a quick item and there are 15 people in line an only one person working at the store.I almost bailed, but I really needed the item.
