My family has used this pharmacy for many years and Ive never been treated as rudely as I was this morning by “Victoria.” I called several days ago and was told my prescription was canceled. She was rude and unhelpful, but I thought maybe she was having a bad day. When I called back today to tell her my doctors office didn’t cancel the prescription and try to get it sorted out, she refused to help me and was extremely nasty and rude. I did finally call her a bad name, which I shouldn’t have-but I was just so shocked that she would be allowed to treat a customer this way. She even called me back to tell me to find a new pharmacy. I did finally reach the pharmacist who was very nice and looked up the prescription and easily helped me figure out the problem. I have no idea why Victoria was unwilling to do that unless this is something personal (I have no idea who she is). This is probably the worst customer service experience Ive ever had.

Great service! In and out in a few minutes everytime! Staff is great! I just want to update this review. I wrote the first part like 10 months ago. The staff is still amazing. They try to find me the lowest price for my meds and treat me like family eveytime I come in. Everyone want to feel welcomed when they go into a business! If you want to feel happy and look forward to picking up you medication this is the drugstore for you!

When my babies diaper rash was flaring up and he was screaming in pain I went to 2 different drug stores and noone had greers goo but this place had it and quickly filled the script! The man was super friendly and helpful! Would go here rather than waiting an hour or two at cvs or walmart for people who dont care. These people truely care! ❤

Wonderful Pharmacy with wonderful staff!I called to inquire if a controlled medication was in stock before filling my perscription and faced absolutely no judgement and was able to get honest and transparent answers. I have filled additional perscriptions with this Pharmacy and they are always so incredibly fast and call as soon as it is ready. I am truly thankful for these folks.

Great pharmacy that has always gotten my testosterone presciption as a transgender male with no issue for the last several years since 2018. No issue as in no hassle, no incorrect quantities. Sadly cant say the same for certain other pharmacies that are supposedly more mainstream.

Just moved here and we have had two terrible experiences already. We would love to support our local pharmacy, but they have been rude and unable to fill two basic prescriptions at this point.

I just got my flu shot there by Melissa, the pharmacist. Didn’t hurt a bit, she’s a natural! I even got a goodie bag and stickers! Everyone there is so sweet and kind, made me feel welcome! Thanks Your Gordonsville Pharmacy! I’ll be back again 😉

Brooke took the time to help me find ear plugs to take my girls swimming. When I checked out they were wanting candy at the checkout, she offered all of us lollipops. Above And beyond service, will definitely go back because of her

I think they are good in general, but they aren’t open later like CVS and other pharmacies are around the clockA pharmacy needs to be open on saturdays, sundays and holidays this isn’t a lark it’s a pharmacyI had to switch to CVS because they are always open and actually charge less for subscriptions

These guys know you by name, it is a small pharmacy with a staff with big smiles, they are friendly and helpful, the store has a mix of the basics you might need, plus some cool gifts, assorted things like earrings, coffee mugs, inspirational little signs, etc. They deliver, you can always reach a human on the phone, and they are offering Covid vaccine shots right there in town, no driving all over.

I needed a epi pen I was told that my insurance would not cover this. That if i wanted to buy it out of pocket I would have to pay $300 CASH to get it. I of course complained but before I could even ask why I had to pay in cash I heard some one say its not worth it just hang up.So the girl I was speaking to told me to have anice day and hung up on me.
