Skip Sheets, support local and get better food to boot! Get your hot dog “all the way” to get a sweet chili, chow chow relish, and chopped onions on top. Really delicious. The biscuits are legit, and they have jojo potato wedges! Jojos are special because they’re fried in the same fryer as the chicken, giving them extra flavor. Their BLT is also very good. They have booths inside if you want to sit down to eat. Love it.

Food is usually pretty good and fairly priced but last visit there was a hair in the sausage gravy. Pointed it out and got a refund, but still a turn off after eating 3 bites. It will be a while before I can stomach to try it again. Staff is friendly, as always.

Go to the Deli and ask for Kim to make you a BLT! OMG! Everyone is wonderful, but Kim's BLT's are the Best! I had one last week and just got one this morning. Absolutely Delicious! Definitely did not disappoint!

Very appreciative, firstly, that the lady behind the counter allowed me to stay overnight in the parking lot. I delivered a load in Amherst, the evening before. I was scheduled to pick up a load in Lynchburg on Wednesday morning. As I head down 460, I couldn't find a truck stop to sleep over. I was out of driving time. I saw this place and assumed it was an actual truck stop, as it is posted, "Truck Plaza." There really aren't truck parking spots. However, I have a pickup and gooseneck trailer.I walked in and asked the lady if there was any issue with me parking overnight, and I'd be out of the way in the morning. She kindly told me to just straighten up my truck a bit, and it would be no issue. She recommended I'd get some breakfast from their kitchen in the morning. I tell you what, she didn't fail me. Biscuits are freshly made! I had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a hashbrown patty on the side. I had to order another, to go! Very clean establishment, and you can feel the hospitality and rapport they have with the folks that come in and out. It appears most of the community stops here. I'm sure I stood out as a stranger, I could sense the stares. However, I was not bothered. It's always a good thing to watch over your community. Anyone passing through 460 Lynchburg Turnpike, I recommend stopping through here and grabbing a fresh breakfast meal or one of their fresh sandwiches. Thanks!

Love their food, but today was terrible! I understand raising the prices on food but giving smaller portions on top of that is a shame. Almost $12 for two sandwiches is ridiculous. See pictures and you will understand.

Rude staff in the kitchen. Wanted to buy six wings. We can only sell you four wings ! WTH. They always have an attitude. They have it cooked up but won’t sell it to you. I ran a convenience store for some time and this is not the way to treat people. I can’t feed three people on four wings. I would encourage everyone to find a different deli.

We won't be back, my breakfast was cold, and the lady told the other lady to hold up on the bacon. If I knew it was cold they could have it I would have left and went back to roanoke va and ate at bojangles.

BISCUITS! Best example of southern biscuits I've come across. Big, made to order, and if you like egg they cook it up fresh. A MUST STOP on any local food tour. Also a great example of the areas Hot Dog! Ask for it "all the way" for the full experience. Toppings included for all the way are: chili, onions, a unique yellow relish, fine chopped Cole slaw , and a little mustard. Not too Spicy , more towards sweet and satisfying. Most people order 2 at a time. Fried chicken is fine , but biscuits are SUPERB. Some of the best gas station food around!

I love this store. I spent a lot of time here as a child as we lived close by. The food is out of this world. Give them a try and you will be glad you did. Owen Family runs the stores day to day and they are all very nice and treat customers like family. You will always see regulars about every time I go in.

Local truck driver and stop in here for lunch most of the time when I'm on 460. Great service and awesome food! I use to go to the Exxon just a little up the road across from Sheetz, quit going there due to bad service. Owens food is WAY better and a great price. Thanks Owens Market!

Have been stopping here every Tuesday and Friday...Will not go back. Today we ordered our usual 2 BLT'S, she proceeded to hand me the bag with our order and I noticed there was only one in the bag. I made the statement nicely that I ordered 2, she proceeded to tell me I only ordered one and rolled her eyes...Not good customer service.

Have stopped by here a few times since it is on the way to my jobsite. The service here is FAST and friendly. They also have amazing bacon cheeseburgers,will continue to shop here.Love this place.
