Really like the folks at this store. Friendly and they know their stuff and really happy that they carry my favorite potting soil and compost from Coast of Maine!

No one wants to help anymore. Asked a question and instead of finding out for you and so they would know, want you to get out of line and go ask someone else. I asked them to call the person and they wouldn't do it. This was the second time I had to get out of line, the first time was for them to check stock. Took me 20 minutes for something that should have been 5 minutes. They were not that busy. More staff on the floor than customers. Changed cashier's after getting out of line the first time and had to tell the next one what I wanted again. Said he would save the order, he didn't and had to tell him again what I wanted. I guess answering questions was not in the cashier's job description, and not in the stocking person's either. Had to go to the back office where two people were snacking and chatting at their desk, both with a phone beside them.

Love looking at the website to see if they have what I need and being able to walk right in and get it. Very nice and friendly. I miss the southern states we used to have in Cumberland

The guys understood what I needed and where to find it. 1 minute solution, that's why I prefer to shop with humans versus online and robots.Good job.
