I purchased a chocolate milkshake from Hardee’s today. The cost w/tax was $4.55. It looks like I got a little over 1/2 of what I should have gotten in that cup. When I questioned this, I was told that this was what the company wanted. Buyer beware if you want a whole milkshake.On the plus side, what I did get was delicious!

I was robbed with no gun last night ! I waited for over 20-30. I was charged $40 for a combo. After trying to explain to the store manager Jamie that I already paid twice which my receipt would have shown but she refused to even look at the receipt. I also explained to her that there was a car in front of me that left without paying. Which she said she already knew about the car in front of me not paying. But had she looked at the receipt she would have realized my first payment was for the wrong order it was for the car in front of me. So my daughter paid for the car in front of us and I had to pay for me and my daughter separated orders. I feel so disrespected and inconvenienced. This situation could have been resolved by simply checking the receipt but not only was my time , money and patience disregarded but the integrity, respect and good customer service for Hardee’s customers are in question when you have fill-in general managers like Jamie representing this company . Oh and my fries was cold. Hardee’s y’all can’t do people like this! Check out the time stamps on the receipts.

This place needs to definitely work on consistency. I eat here quite often mainly because there aren’t many options around. I have to say it’s a winner about half the time. The other half the food is old, and seems to have set under a heat source for quite some time, or you don’t get all the items you ask for or realize once you on the road again you have no condiments.

Facility is nice and looks very clean. Food was good once I got it, and then got the right food. Maybe they’re understaffed? Is 3 people enough for a not very busy place? Maybe they should at least put napkins and ketchup out where customers can get it. Especially if they’re already slow. I’m pretty sure I coulda ate at any of the sit down establishments nearby in the same time.

Took several minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then cashier told me we'd have to wait at least 20 minutes for an 8pc fried chicken - at 5pm on a Saturday with a football game going across the street! When I then said I'd take a 4 piece with 2 legs, she counted the chicken already in the warmer and said she could do that... then sauntered over to the drive thru window to lean against the window and chat with them. It took us a half hour to get our food - without waiting the "20 minutes". Got halfway home and realized she had given me 2 wings instead of drumsticks... turned around to go fix it. The only redeeming factor of the place was the young man who helped fix my problem when we returned. He was quick, polite, and easily took care of the issue with an apology for the error. This is the third time we've been to THIS Hardee's with horrible service. Every time we show up, they seem annoyed that we are interrupting their lives. I'd rather drive to Richmond than deal with these yahoos. Don't waste your time here.

Terrible service, wanted biscuits and gravy - no gravy. Waited 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. The chicken smelled bad when we opened container. Had a bite and NASTY. Greasy and old oil. We then ordered a burger. Which was just ok. Burnt. Tables were filthy. Womens bathroom dirty -- dried feces on the floor. Took picture. Almost called health department. DO NOT GO THERE.

Went there because l wanted some fries and a milkshake. This order sums up alot of whats wrong about our society today. The milkshake was 1/2 full if that as you can clearly see from the photo. When l brought this to the drive thru ladys attention she couldn't of cared less when l spoke to the assistant manager she said they usally fill the rest with whip cream. The fries where cold and over cooked somehow? Never have we had such a lazy worthless and useless generation of workers. Teenagers in my day wouldn't had servered food like these adults did. We pay more than we ever have and get less. Its time to demand better please do not go to this hardees let them go out of business maybe then we can hope a chick fil rises in its place and we get the service we deserte. Who ever owns and manages this establishment please give up now you're failure as a business owner and manager is thoughly complete it is clear from the service at this place you couldn't manage a snow ball stand and have no place in a leadership role.

Not a good place anymore. They recently had issues due to covid, some days it was shut down, other times it was closed before 8PM. Now you have staff that really just don't care about the customers happiness and much prefer you go to go somewhere else so they can continue to goof off outside. Done coming here and will not return, recommend Subway for now on until management or regional which I issued my complaint to, changes the staffing.Update: been a year, still no improvement. I will be making a few calls about this place. Staff are not trained on customer interactions. When you request something different to alter a menu item, you get an attitude. Food was cold, sand-which was smooshed, due to I suppose having to deal with a "unique" customer when they simply asked for a fried egg. Lady claim she didn't hear me, yet I repeated it 3 times, and she repeated my total 3 times...Place needs to shut down.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. Ordered the gravy biscuit, it was served quickly and was delicious. What kept me from giving it five stars was that the fountain drink was a disaster. I know that most restaurants are cutting the syrup to save money but this drink was all fizz and was undrinkable. Come on Hardees charge a little more money and give us something we can drink.

Had to wait 45 minutes to get breakfast and then they couldn't find it or the order and the food was cold and my biscuits was hard so I wanted until lunch and ordered a dabble cheese burger and it had bacon on it so I told it back up and all they did was take the bacon off of it and gave it back to me I will never go back to that place again

Once again disappointment comes in the form of fast food. Ordered the breakfast platter and was lulled into a false sense of happiness. The platter looked good.. tater tots were kinda clumped together and the sausage gravy was in a cup. Soo the biscuits wouldn't get soggy and because of this, I give it 3 stars. Cause the gravy was bland, the hash browns were greasy and flavorless. Biscuits were dry and tasted chalky.

Been there twice and not the greatest just the only choice if you are in a hurry to keep going. Fountain sodas always have too much ice even asking for a little ice and the syrup/carbonation mixture is always wrong. The fries are too salty and not fresh. The oil needs to be replaced or something.

It was awful!! First the cashier at the drive thru was rude and had an attitude...then french fries looked like they had been fried in old grease or had been sitting all day..which I returned by going inside. While being inside I noticed how unorganized the place looked, dirty countertops and floors! They even had a Halloween bowl sitting under the counter and it is now summertime!! Just very unclean and unfriendly

Horrible experience. Staff ignored and when someone did finally come to take order was wearing hoodie. Gave cash rang up wrong, wrong cash returned. Food was terrible. Bun cold and hard. First visit and will be last.

I ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich combo. It was very disappointing. Not sure what batter the "waffle" was made of but truly disgusting. My fries were soft and tasted like old grease. I will not be returning.
