Not unlike other Wal-Mart stores, this one is also crowded and always seems busy. However, it has large spacious parking spots and friendly staff. They do a good job of keeping the parking lot clean and not too much stuff in the aisles blocking the path. The one drawback is the workers picking online orders. They are everywhere and don't shy away from blocking the aisle to get their items before moving on.

I haven't been in Wal-mart for a while now I came close to passing out due to No air flow., I also hear other shoppers are not all together happy as well. What's up with no Air-condition?? It's On in some section's of the store & Off in others. The Cashier's are using Fans. It's SUMMER !! Get a grip Wal-Mart

The Walmart Pharmacy in Gloucester is pretty nice. They have four to five workers there in the front, and enough workers in the back so that people don't have to wait very long even when there's 15 to 18 people in line. I wish they would put in a Drive-Thru window so we don't infect each other. But no choice as of the present unless they put in for an upgrade. When I mentioned it the front line worker said it wouldn't work because the canisters get stuck. But in my hometown that was never the case. Everybody from two peninsulas comes to this Walmart because it's the closest. I hope that changes sometime soon.

The worst store!! I ordered a birthday cake for my daughters 1st birthday a month agoand they called me the day I'm supposed to pick up the cake to tell me they are cancelling it, because they don't have any one to make it. I will never shop or order ANYTHING FROM WALMART AGAIN.

It's Wal-Mart, so what else can I say. My biggest complaint is that the restrooms are ALWAYS dirty or in need of some repair. I think that's a store management problem as well as speaks volumes about some of the people that use them. I use them with caution only because sometimes I can't wait to go due to medication I take.I shop there when I absolutely have to.

Becoming busier and busier! Sometimes they have what you need and sometimes they don't. They need more shelf stockers. Every walmart I go in seems stocked except ours. Otherwise love the people. Always friendly and helpful. Not their fault its hard to find people to work!

Went in to get 30 bags of black kow manure, they said they had 130 bags. After 20 minutes they could not locate it. Apparently they don't update their inventory everyday so they dont know what they have and like wasting customers time.. no way to run a store.

Staff tends to ignore you unless you directly ask them a question. Managers have no problem berating staff members where customers can see them.

One of the better Walmart locations. Friendly staff, reasonably clean building, well stocked for the most part and the curbside pick up has been right on time the few times I've used it.

This Walmart is well stocked with their products and is a safe location to shop. The staff is friendly, and they always have carts by the front door so you never have to go out into the parking lot to get carts.

Today we had a really great trip to walmart. We got everything we needed plus a few extras and we stopped at the deli to grab some brunch and Douglas was soooo sweet and very patient with us. There was 3 of us being indecisive and then I had to call my mom to see if she wanted anything and he was patient and sweet through it all. I will definitely be back!!!

So sick of this Walmart went in to get 4 thing just got a snake so had him wrap around my wrist wont bothering no one or nothing got approached about it so a snake that's not doing nothing is a problem but not dog fights among fake service dogs n fake service dogs pooping in the floor same person who approached me about the snake accused me of shop lifting that i did not do n proved

I've shopped walmart in Gloucester for years, phones, clothes, groceries, and I get my medication from their pharmacy which is grate they are quick, even though they are extremely busy they still are courteous, and your never waiting long. I'd give it an A-. The reason for the - is , to far to walk around and get the things you need. Without using the motered cart. Which most of the time they're all occupied. And it's a good distance from home , Walmart is on one end of Gloucester and I'm on the other end . I'd say 10 or 11 miles..

I went through the self check out as an walmart associate watched me scanning my items. Then going to the door I was stopped by another walmart associate asking for my receipt. I have never felt like a criminal until now. There is no sense in this. What's next rescanning my items as I load it in the truck? Walmart has lost their minds.

Kilmarnock walmart is the worst walmart i have ever been to. Never have items in stock and never ever have employees working the registers. Lines so long its better to just leave your cart and walk out than stand in line while 2 people try to check out 100+ shoppers.. always plenty of employees standing around looking at their phones but none actually doing their jobs..

I used the bathroom and didn't feel the need to prep the seat. That's an A+ in my book.Also, searching a product online yields directions to what aisle the product is located at within the store. Also, A+Last, there is great people watching at this location. Set aside extra time for this.

Needed to grab 1 thing!! I know Walmart closes at 11pm now, I got here 10:55, I wasn’t trying to shop by any means… the doors were already locked. People were still in checking out VIA self checkout. I literally could have gotten in, grabbed my 1 item from electronics, that being a universal laptop charger.. in the midst of doing my assignment, I went to plug in my Chromebook and that’s when I realized the charging cord /port was bent and basically ruined, which warranted me dragging my 3 y/o child out for a quick in and to Walmart.. well the doors were locked at 10:55, and the employees were so kind to communicate with me through the glass door, they told me they close at 11, I said “I know this, it’s not even 11 yet, I literally have to grab 1 thing. I’ll be in and out!” Trust me I wouldn’t be here unless i had absolutely NO OTHER CHOICE! they wouldn’t let me in, one employee was waiting to exit the building… mind you people were still at the self check outs.. as the twatwaffle employees laughed back and forth with each other jokingly asking each other “you wanna handle this one?”Since their no longer a 24 hr store, they really don’t serve much purpose,.. this store is a “when your in a bind and have no other choice” kinda place, the work ethic, part time hours, Comedy Central, might as well change its name to DisneyFart!

For a Walmart this is a good one. Seemed very clean and the employees we dealt with were actually friendly, courteous and helpful. AND they REALLY DID have employee run checkouts. That's a MAJOR A+++++

Shelves empty. No cat food dry or wet. I was told the truck had come in delivery unloaded. Shelves down the isles empty. Prices are ridiculous. You should get more people working on stock. Pharmacy lined up out into the isles.
