We have 2 dogs. We have them gets the works once a month. Usually takes 2hrs. This time 1hr. They didn't get everything y and nails done not cut. She had to hurry and get to the doctor. We did the appointment 5 days before. Could of rescheduled. So we paid the full price, and didn't get it all done. Very disappointed and upset. They corrected what the person did. They redid the bath and nails and ect. Now my babies are in great shape. It helps to tell someone. This was the first time in many visits. So don't worry try them out. Love getting my babies done there.

In the past I have taken my two doggies to their Vet to be cleaned and have their nails cut. One of my dogs is very sensitive to having his nails cut, but Dakota our groomer was EXCELLENT and she had NO problems what so ever. Both of my babies (dogs) were absolutely gorgeous, clean and their nail trimming was EXCELLENT. I have been told by the past vet when they trimmed one of my dogs nails that they couldn't do much or go any shorter due to them being so close to quick, Well they were Excellent, never have looked that good. Will be back in 4 to 6 weeks for another bath. Thank You DAKOTA!!!

They did a wonderful job on a severly matted long hail dog . He looks show ring ready now. Second trip I made my appointment in person to make sure that if I needed to bring in his rabies certificate again and the woman told me as long as it was current I would be fine. After waiting two weeks for my appointment was told they could not do him with out his certificate did not offer me a different day was rude and sarcastic to me. Don’t think I will go back if they treat my dog like they treated me

Dakota has been grooming my dog, Lily for several years. She is like family to us. She always calms Lily down and proceeds very carefully with her. The grooming is always neat and just the way I like to see Lily (like a little teddy bear). Dakota is professional and on time and consistent. She is the best.

The groomers at the Gloucester PetCo are good at what they do, patient with the pets and their parents, and always have a smile. The groomers are on the ball, wish I could say the same for the cashiers who are always stocking shelves instead of noticing people are waiting at the cash register. They are as pleasant as can be once they get to the registrar, but I have had to track them down the last 5 times I've been to PetCo.
