Ollie's has pretty much everything you'd want to buy. Merchandise as well displayed. I was looking for books and children's toys which were plentiful. But it's best when you go in the store just walk around and see all the things that you didn't know you needed. The staff is very friendly and we'll help you locate something if you're interested.

Nick is a very helpful fellow! Good store overall, but Nick has always shown the best customer support and friendliness when I visit. He knew exactly where to find an origami kit after asking if I needed a basket for my armful of items, then he let me know that the 20% off sale is happening through the holidays. 10/10 service, Nick.

15percent off coupon doesn’t specify one item only however the rude employees here are making up there own rules only allowing the discount to be for one item!!! And some of them are very nasty when attempting to correct it and they won’t honor what the coupon states!!!! Buyer beware

Their slogan could be MAKE SHOPPING FUN! The signs posted throughout the store are worth the first trip. The savings will encourage subsequent trips. For those who wonder what type of store Ollies is, I'd describe it as a supersized Big Lots but oh so much more!

Places like this, Big lots Ollie's to a certain extent Dollar general always have a lot of cool stuff in them especially always they get like that book section it's just there's no rhyming reason as to how they stock their shows it just doesn't make any sense like you'll have like dog food on one aisle and then the next aisle would be like potato chips and then across from that aisle would be like all the bleach and chemicals and you're like are these even allowed to be around each other but it's a good place also there's a real cute brunette that's there but I think she's a little too young for me I don't know if that's appropriate or not also my biggest pet peeve with any company is when you try to get me to sign up to your company card because no offense all these I'm not going there but maybe like once a month like I live in Middlesex bro like I'm not coming to Ollie's I've never in my entire life and like hey I really need to go to Ollie's they got a great deal but they do have cool stuff especially if you're in a pinch and you're broke like tools and things like that but yeah anytime in the area I usually shoot in cuz I got really good deals on energy drinks and things like that

Went to the new Ollie's in Denbeigh. It was nice. The store is huge and I was able to find what I needed quick l y. Checkout was a breeze. It wasn't crowded when I was shopping which made it nice.

I love Ollie's but this one is much bigger than my local one so every time I visit Newport News, I go there...didn't find them until recently when I went to visit a friend in Gloucester. I found the new one in Newport News also and went to it too.

This store is legit about their low price. The 2 things I look for is courtesy and price. The only challenge in price are tge pet items. Those items are priced about the same with Walmart. Other than that, it still a great store.

Love this place. The bargains are not as good as they used to be. If you are looking for reasonable flooding, this is a good place to go. Some appliances and household equipment is okay. But the prices can be close to the big store costs. Awesome book selection. Some good art supplies. I like the bed and bath materials such as towels, sheets, etc.

Low key store that offers some great discounts. Some items are brand name and some generic. Some items are refurbished. I have found some items to be cheaper at Wal-Mart, so careful with things over $30. Just price compare.If you see something you like, buy it, they don't always keep the same stock. They even have appliances and flooring. Staff is always friendly. Small store, so it's easy to walk around.

The prices are great - sometimes. Watch out for appliances a lot of them are remanufactured. The employees have no clue what they have or where it is. I do understand that their stock changes frequently so that could be a factor but when I worked retail we were required to walk the aisles and learn where things were. Employees at this and other stores should have the common sense to do this when they have a spare second or 2.

Ollie's has a bit of everything in this store. It's biggest selling point are the low prices. Although most of the items are "off" brands, they still have some quality to them. It's definitely worth a look if you're shopping with some time on your hands

When I heard that Ollie's was opening a store in the community I looked forward to their coming, having seen their TV ads and bought their pitch. The trouble began though, when I saw a product that I purchased at another store, priced higher than the name brand store at Ollie's.Needless to say, since then I am not a regular Ollie's shopper. I may on occasion, when there, purchase an item that I know is less expensive than retail. But I do not go there, expecting to reap the savings that ads would lead you to expect from a typical overstock buyer.

It is close to Christmas and the store has no empty shelves. Every thing is well stocked.My cashier was Denise and Robert. The epitome of great employees. Slammed busy but kept the lines moving and extremely polite and friendly to all.

Love this store. Just afraid I won't be able to continue going one day because my latex allergy. Latex and rubber go hand and hand since it is from the same tree...so I am allergic to rubber and unfortunately there is a lot of it in this store. I will go until that day comes though... Great prices! Great staff! Just wish I didn't clutch my epipen the whole time I was in there...haha

I love Ollie's, it is by far my favorite store. I am a major book worm I get the best deals on books, spices, jams, basically everything you have it all. I also like the discounts 10%-15% off please keep them coming, I'm on a budget and it helps, I saved almost $12.00 last week. Yes, I'm headed back there today! Thank you, very much for the best discounts, you can't be beat.

Ok ... I was pleasantly surprised about ALL that Ollie's carries !!! You need about an hour (or more) 2 truly check out their stock ... My sister and I ended up purchasing a DIRT DEVIL WAND VACUUM CLEANER on sale 39.99 ... Love it ... Works great ... A row of different vacuum cleaners ... Who knew ... Lots more stuff ... Rugs ... A-Z things ... Yikes ... Aisles a bit narrow and not a "fancy pretty place" but definitely lots of bargains ... A public restroom right near front doors ... Not like other places that you have 2 walk a million miles 2 the very back of most stores 2 get 2 their restrooms ... Friendly cashier 2 ... Great location ... Lots of parking ... Within open shopping center ... Right off main route 17 that runs from toll bridge in Yorktown all the way past Historic Circle in Gloucester ... Masks worn by all workers and required ... Connie 😊

Have a lot of different things. Get set up . Easy to find things. Completely different setup and more easier to find things in store than the one in Hampton, Va. and the associates are way more helpful and more friendly; definitely recommend this place and will definitely be going back to this place again
